All I remember about the money game is it started the day after the superbowl and I had the worst hang over in the history of hang overs.
I think I died early in cathedral |

It doesn't matter though because Lathum scanned you. Any NK except Lathum would have had the same result.

Night one, small game because of my stupid, STUPID decision to insinuate I was the mayor to get votes off of me. In hindsight I probably had enough time to get them off me anyway, not sure. Gahhhh!

My first night one lynching - it sucks! And to top it off, got lynched in the Spawn game the same freaking night! So now I'm on cold turkey ww detox!!!

To be fair you weren't lynched you were duked. It wasn't anything personal, I just needed somebody to duke and you had the second most votes.

See what happens with no lynch in the first two days of a big game? People forget to post in here when they are killed!
I'm extremely disappointed that I was slower on the draw than the Spawn. Stupid rules and/or random # generator. I take back my five * rating on that thread |

True...but I still died so the end result is the same. And Alan, day 6 is not early...be thankful we let you live as long as we did |

I think you should be thankful that you let him live as long as you did It extended your own Spawn-like existance one more day, because without the threat of a duke I would have gone all vigilante/ninja on you |

And it is damn hard being a wolf as many times as you have been now.
You can always look back fondly on the glory you achieved as the cultist ... |

It was actually quite a good reveal, and you almost pulled it off. Fake reveals are very hard. I don't think I've ever pulled one off succesfully.

Yep, I think people are a little bit smarter than they used to be when it comes to sniffing out the fake reveals.

I think I'm a much better player because I was a wolf a LOT in my early career. It'll be a tricky transition the first time you are a villager, but you will find you have insight into bad guy play that lasts.

I agree. It's remarkable how many times a reveal/countereveal is decided in the villager friendly way no matter who reveals first.

My mistake was thinking "who I would have protected if I were the BG?" and you made sense at that point because of the keep the CoT alive thing and that I would most likely have not been a night one wolf target. After I believe it was you who pointed out the fact the wolves would not have gone after you I really wished I could have done a rewind on my reveal but I also couldn't think of a good reason to argue that the wolves would have attacked me night one. |

Oh, and please don't take offense over the elitist statements. I was just trying to play the game and someone else made reference to that early in the post so I went with it.
I don't enter these games with any intention of taking things to a personal level and hope things I say are not taken that way. I actually felt bad in the last game at getting oliegirl as frustrated as I did. |

I'm actually pretty happy -- I think I lose more of those one-on-ones than I win. Might have gotten away with a fake reveal once or twice but no more than that.

That's sweet EF, but no hard feelings...it's the nature of the game. Especially when you are a wolf...I don't get frustrated so much when someone goes after me, but more when I know I'm right (like I was in that game) and no one else in the village will listen! |

I thought you would have pulled it off had you claimed to protect yourself.
The wolves can go for anyone night one, you could claim you were attacked because the wolves wanted to go for a low profile player who may not be protected... |

I'm not sure if that would have bought him more support from where I was watching. I actually think like St.cronin said his play was probably the best one he had.. If he had said he guarded himself and then Path came out saying he was attacked instead, I still think people would have believed Path. I think saying he guarded BK and blocked an attack was probably his best play there personally, but Path did a better job of supporting his case. I think ultimately the thing that helped Path the most were the day 1 clues that actually had told Eaglefan to even try to attack him that night. The foundation for a more believable story for Path was there is all. In the end, a bodyguard block is pretty huge in most games, but in a small game even more so. So to get as close as he did to getting out of that with even 1 extra life taken would have been huge.. I thought it was well played by both Path and Eaglefan, but also equally well played by some of the villagers who also chose correctly. |
