And really, getting a wolf with the first vote is very difficult. Likely 4/19 odds (but even less so since the wolves have more info) is not great odds. |

Fair enough, I just meant our top 3 vote getters for the day are villagers, assuming DQ is telling the truth. For a while the vote was stuck at 2-2-2 and a lot of 1s though, so we might be able to get something from that.

Everyone goes to sleep, hoping that the nightmare of the prince's reign will soon be over. You have not started out well but know that if could have been worse.
You wake and gather in the center square. Someone is missing.... Autumn, where is Autumn? You find him, with a dagger would through the heart. Further investigation reveals that he had an eye patch, a collection of swords, a treasure map and a deed to land that he seemed to have earned after dancing with a mayor's daughter. You have found the Dread Pirate Roberts. Autumn was Dread Pirate Roberts. |

So I'm getting ready to drive at 8:54 thinking I'm okay to go and there probably wouldn't be a reveal... I click refresh at the stop light at 8:59. Yell "fuck" as the light turns green and I have no flipping clue what to do so all I could get in was the unvote of dq.

Damn you wolves! Every time I put what could be a fun role into a game it seems the wolves end up killing that person with their first kill.

definitely could have been worse re: path
DPR is certainly a better kill than a roled villager, but i'm very curious to know what his role in the game could have become .. probably a wash as he likely could have caused havoc either way. i guess it's a positive that a wolf can't fake reveal as DPR now |

I find it interesting that we now know two roles in the game, Grampa and the Dread Pirate Roberts, that would have been high on our list of roles unlikely to be in the game. It makes me really wonder just what roles we don't have. For instance, maybe there is no Prince (and no Princess as a result?). Maybe EF removed what appears to us to be a key role, either as a WW role or story character?

Thats possible, though I wouldnt put it past EF for Grandpa to be a non player character either and instead a game mechanic. Probably not, but it is possible knowing EF. |

Maybe. I feel like EF (and most people running games based on things they like) probably would keep those roles in the game. There's still other roles that could be missing on both sides |

Wouldn't that be kind of harsh on the wolves as an automatic game mechanic? Unless things would be tipped in their favor in another way |

I dont expect to have much time to post tomorrow until I get home from work around 8-8_30 eastern. And even less time Thursday and I may get home even later that day. Will likely do most of my posting up to deadline and right after.

Yeah well that's pretty par for the course then. Heaven forbid that we should have a game without a roled villager on the block. I'm sorry to waste path - I always vote hoping that I the person I don't vote for on day one won't be lynched.

Vote DaddyTorgo
I know this is ironic given how I've played this game but I think he's playing differently from how I remember. I don't like people proclaiming that I seem villagery either. Unless I'm a wolf. Otherwise it makes me suspicious. |

Holy hell...I was around up until about 5 or so last night, I should have known better that things would stay quiet At least we got a fairly decent result last night (no major losses) and a lot of analysis to go off of.

Be nice if we knew what JAG was.
Katy and CR leave themselves on JAG instead of moving onto one of two villagers. Danny bounces from villager to villager - I'll probably wind up regretting this (mainly 'cause I can never read Danny), but that leads me to actually give Danny a bit of villager cred. Given the above setup, there's utterly no reason for the wolves to move around and draw attention to themselves. |

I think I will be more inclined to vote someone outside of the DQ/Path group - simply because like CW said, the wolves would know if it was villager/villager and would have no reason to jump around. That leaves folks like me that were the "outlier" votes.

Quick FYI: It looks like I am going to have a previously completely unexpected trip to Vegas next week. I don't know the specifics of it yet. Once I know for certain I will let everyone know how that will affect the deadlines. I will probably keep them the same but they may be processed a little late during the days that I am away and most likely on days that I am traveling.

I wouldn't put DQ as green just yet. I'm not going to visit the paranoia theory yet, but the wolves know a role that's not in the game and though I wouldn't think EF would leave Fezzik out of a Princess Bride game, the role does kind of overlap with Miracle Max as a protection-type role. Thanks for putting those together though Coffee.
