Didn't bid day 1, put $800 for the seer day 2 and didn't get it and tried for the dating service last night but only bid $200.

I blew my wad on the seer night one. I got a little money back from winning a third of a bullet bet on Day One, but I haven't won a bid since. Went seer each time. It seems my initial bid on Day One has set the bar for the seer, because I haven't come close again.

JAG, when you use the ladies on someone, do you get information on whether your "target" was actually stopped from doing something or only that he was entertained, as expected?

I didn't receive any info about having stopped actions by the player, just that I sent it to them.

Too bad. It's possible our missing nightkill comes from DT Receiving the ladies. I was hoping whoever sent them to him might have received info to that effect.

Like yesterday, there's some ambiguity as to what happened, whether it was the BG that stopped the NK, it was used on a mob target, or if the escort service that prevented it. I don't think we will know for sure unless the person who bought the NK steps forward with their info.

I find it hard to believe that person will step forward.
I will likely try lynching them. |

The hitman. Trying to keep it away from the mafia guys. But I didn't win. And yes that makes me look bad I'm sure. Cue the "oh you actually won and you were blocked" lines. But I'm telling the 100% truth.

Somebody else won the NK and was blocked by the BG-purchaser. Hopefully they can corroborate who they sent that service to, because that's the mafia member.

I think the BG protects whoever that person is whom he is sent to, regardless of whether that person is mafia or not. We won't be able to tell if the NK target was mafia based on who the BG protected. Unless I am completely missing what you're saying here.

We don't know that for a fact. The person that bought the hitman may have used it against a mobster, which would have resulted in no NK, like when Jackal used it on font. Your second sentence doesn't make a lot of sense to me. |

DT seems to be the runaway. So I might as well counter with the usual, and see if we don't keep this a close vote.
VOTE BRITROCK For reasons already stated...

I do realize it would be a very unlikely shot that I blocked dt from killing someone as he would have needed to win the nk. I know he very well still could have won the service.
I'd go brit or dt today. This is great for us though that we aren't losing two a day when we lynch a villager. Too bad if the wolfies are trying to kill each other that they don't tell us who the target was. Although I'm surprised someone isn't using that to be honest... to get into a circle of trust. Perhaps they're waiting for the right time to throw one of the other mafia teams under the bus. Hmm |

Pending his response. To recap, he bid 1100 on the seer, more than we started with, so either he must have won his bet to be able to afford that or he had money pooled to him by wolfy friends. I want to know the last two digits of the prize money from his bet win if that's what happened. |

The payout is based on total # of people with a winning bid and how many people the winners bet. I know what I won for my share so it should be straightforward to tell if he's being truthful. If he's telling the truth, it doesn't guarantee he's good as a teammate of his may have won and gave him the info, but it would allay my current suspicions. |

I still think murrayyyyy is one place I'd strongly consider if I didn't think voting clarity was more important than gut right now. Curious to see what Zinto has to say as well.

Just to play devil's advocate, along the same lines, you and Zinto could be playing a wolf-wolf game as well, with maybe britrock as your third wolf. I'm not saying JAG and I should be considered clean, but just noting in a game like this, it's pretty hard to ever be truly cleared. We should look for as much concrete evidence as we can before we start taking out srong players just because it's scary to think they are still around and could be in cahoots.

Different than mine, actually, but I won on a third of a bet. I'll guess that's the difference.

I don't really like that we've been fixated on these two for multiple days when even if they're both wolves there are likely still another 3 to pin down, but we don't have a ton to work with.

Right, the only positive is that there haven't been nightkills, which can often provide answers through condensing the playerbase. I don't think we're in a bad place, but I'm still feeling annoyed at myself for switching to inblue. |
