VOTE J23

I gave my reason for the switch Render. The vote count when I moved was inaccurate. Shit happens.

I have no idea why you say I "locked down the vote" when there was a lot of movement at deadline by way more than just me.

Sorry guys. I JUST got home after almost a 12 hour day that wasn't planned. Worked and then tutored (as I do every Tuesday), and then went straight back to work. I had no idea that today would be like this.

I'll be catching up now.

This is my bad, I didn't read the rules/thread thoroughly enough. I was equating mage/warlock thinking people were just using diff names. Sorry!

Well, I guess some of us, including me, owe EF an apology.

Next up for me was going to be GE, so at this point I'm playing a terrible game.

I scanned EagleFan on night 1. He obviously came back clean. I guess I tipped my hand as being the seer when I stood up for him at the end. That is why the plan was such a BS idea that I knew would never work. I could have made my defense of EF a little less obvious.

I probably have one good scan left. Clap and J23 are both looking suspicious at the moment. Clap is really the one who deviated from any planning by doing his own thing and J23 made the switch that sealed EF's fate.

Hopefully, I can scan again tonight. If I can get protected, I will be able to at least clear/catch one person.

I still don't see why EF being a villager had anything to do w/ the plan not working. If going by the plan, he'd have had one vote just like everyone else. The only thing that would have screwed it up would be wolves or villagers that didn't understand getting in the way. Anyway, I should probably drop it at this point since I don't want to distract people from nabbing wolves.

Unfortunately, I don't think you get a scan tonight since you just got rez'd. Lathum could clearify, but that's how I read the role description posted. If you can get a scan in, you're more than welcome to scan me. I don't have any powers, so even if I get killed, it's not a huge loss anyway.

J23, why did you switch your vote from Schmidty to EF? To me, it reads that the wolves were in panic mode and felt they had to do something. I am not saying you or Schmidty are wolves, but you have to admit that the votes looks bad and you offering no explanation is even more suspicious.

From last night's miserable vote, we know that neither Spleen or Render are the warlock, or it would have been a tie. This of course doesn't mean that they aren't wolves, but it cuts down the odds slightly (provided the warlock role is in game).

vote RealDeal

I'd like to see a run-off between RealDeal and Clap myself.

I think I've mentioned it before, but I was going off the vote count in post #560. Then you and EF both switched onto Schmidty. I switched thinking it would tie it up between the two, and didn't have time to re-count it myself. It was a mistake, it sucks, and I'm fine if people want to lynch me because of it. I'd rather not see a full day wasted in doing it however.

VOTE CLAP

His move to EF was the vote switch that led to all of the chaos with last night's vote.

right now, i am leaning toward realdeal or clap as being the brutal wolf...they both have made plays that intentionally draw attention to themselves, with the mage in the open right now, i am leaning more towards a J23 vote today so we can get one more scan (hopefully) out of GE tonight.

Would the brutal really want to get lynched right now? The wolves are already down 1. I don't think they would purposefully try to get lynched and reduce their numbers especially after the circus the lynch turned into yesterday.

Scan won't happen tonight regardless. From the rules:
Priest- Can resurrect one player from death, may not resurrect themselves, can resurrect either someone who has been night killed or lynched. Can only be used once per game and must be used prior to the next deadline. If that player has a role that role can't be used until after next deadline

As I said, I don't have a role, so it's not a huge loss if I get lynched. That being said, I would obviously rather we get a wolf today. Other than the late vote that ended up killing EF, is there any other reason to think I'm a wolf? I put the first vote on DV day 1, which ended up being the cunning. I tried to coordinate the village to get us the warlock yesterday. I don't think I do either of those things as a wolf.

And not only will GE not be able to scan tonight, but even if he could, the wolves could still use the druid to negate a BG block anyways assuming they don't have to kill in a specific order.

im not sure how people can say I deviated.... there were a good number of people not follwing the plan, so I went for the most likly wolf.

It's been a hectic day thus far so catching up will have to wait. Did GE share with us his scan result?

And since nobody countered, I believe that Autumn is good, meaning we have a two man COT right now of Autumn and GE.

I've got to revisit last night since I was playing Mass Effect 2 when I tried to read everything.

When you changed your vote Clap, we had a 4-way tie, which would have narrowed down the warlock substantially. It accomplished what we were trying to do most of the day(though not quite as accurately as the plan). Changing it with 10 minutes to go caused the scramble. That's why people are saying you deviated.
