Guys, there is only one way RA's admission makes any sense - there is another wolf in our tribe.

Think about it.

I agree. Since our tribe was so big, I feel there are more wolves lurking among us. RA's reveal makes no sense at all.

I really do not think we need to go public with this info. Whoever the seer is should concentrate on identifying people within our tribe and not Lathum or whoever.

Yeah, the seer should work within our tribe for now.

My theory is this: RA figured that when he made his reveal, we would vote him off. Then, thinking we were safe, the seer would come out, or start scanning random people in other tribes, and the wolf in this tribe would be safe.

It's the only way his reveal makes any sense.

What about we say that RA was the seer? That might take some heat off of us. But then we would have to somehow explain how we voted off the seer.

Is there a downside to saying that RA was a wolf, outed by our seer?

Yes. We have no way of knowing his wolf, other than what he told us. We do not get traditional confirmation like we would in a normal game, so questions would arise as to how we know this.

What I'm thinking is we present that we know who our seer is, that he outed RA as a wolf, and that we believe there to be no more wolves in our tribe.

Whatever wolf is in our tribe will not be helped by this.
Wolves in other tribes might be confused by this.
Also tribes might be more willing to lay down for us.

I'm The Crew seemed in favor of a similar plan as well. I say we give GE a chance to express his doubts before bringing it to the other thread.

As for Schmidty, sod him if he doesn't like it.

Note that I posted in the other thread that Lathum was not a wolf. This appears to have caused some buzzing.

I have no idea if RA was telling the truth about this.

Should we ask how many wolves are in Oz? I think RA was eliminated before they asked their questions.

I still think we should consider playing RA off as the seer. Maybe say that RA revealed that he was the seer after we voted him off. The only problem with this is that if there is a wolf among us, then they know of our lie and it does us no good.

Because he wasn't likely to get voted off before his reveal. There was very little chance of us going along with his plan. The most likely explanation is that he was softening us up. Now, having voted our wolf off, we'll lower our guard and whoever his partner was will screw us.

Here is my rationale for coming out of the closet:

1. I'm out of the game in a few days anyhow if I don't.
2. I can help you within the game itself. During the night phase I can scan for another wolf. I scanned Lathum the other night. He came clean.
3. Once I find another wolf (like on another tribe) I can PM with them. I can then post that information in our thread, thus giving us a heads-up on other tribal information. For instance, on days like today I'll know their bids. You can be sure that no other wolf will even think of coming out of the closet.
4. I can kill once per night, but I can withhold from doing so (which of course I will for continued existence in the game).

I feel as if I can be a much more valuable asset than an ordinary player in the game. I became a wolf when I volunteered. What do you guys say?
i think it shows right there that its the volunteers if im wrong please correct me

I think it is exceedingly likely that there is still a wolf among us. I say we ask Helsing how many wolves they found in oz.

Lathum was perhaps the worse person to ask the question about our tribe. If he is a wolf, then he could slant the information. This game is starting to get interesting.

If we say that RA was a wolf, then exactly how much information should we reveal? going on the assumption that what RA told us was 100% true.

I did, in fact, volunteer, but received no information whatsoever. I IMed Barkeep and asked if that meant I got nothing, seer, volunteer, anything. He told me I was correct.

Where you're wrong ITC is that RA saying something doesn't make it so. He was only likely to be truthful with us regarding stuff we can verify.

Alright, we need to really plan this out. Lathum wants the information. Why does he want what RA says so bad? I am curious to know if our seer scanned Lathum., but I really do not want to know who the seer so keep that info to yourself for now.

I think we should give a condensed version of what RA said. We also have to consider the upcoming challenge. If we lose, I think other teams get to look at our thread.

How about just keeping it simple, like this:

RA was outed by our seer as a wolf. One player was more or less a consensus choice but then our seer stepped forward, and despite every tribe member having a chance, nobody contradicted our seer.

We do not know if there is another wolf in our midst. We also do not know anything about other wolves. RA in his final words admitted that he was a wolf.

Please remember that Lathum was outed by RA as a wolf. He could very well be bending the information. People do not 100% tell the truth in WW. This is your first lesson.

I think we should do something like this in the main thread.

We purposely held back information from this thread. RA not only revealed how the wolf system worked, but also gave us the name of the wolf on Heilsburg (sp?) Tribe. We are debating whether or not our seer should confirm this information.

Opinions? AE? Are you back yet?

So, any thoughts on if we should give the full story in the other thread now? Or on what we should say about Lathum, if anything?

I'm inclined to think that Lathum is not a wolf.

But RA had to do this for a reason. We need to figure out the reason why he did before we share any other information.

RA probably knew he was the only wolf in this tribe. The bit about volunteering is probably true - it would be too easy for somebody else in the tribe to disprove it.

I don't think anything else he said can be considered true yet. Although I am inclined to think Lathum is clear.

I can't figure out the reason why RA came forward.

Also, the way that RA gave us reasons for not voting him off really concerns me.

I think that RA knew he was scanned on night 1 and knew he was on a short leash. Therefore, he and the other wolves decided to do something drastic.

Or, he thought he was scanned. I think I was the only one who said I was voting for him before his reveal, and I didn't scan him.

I agree that it's at least possible that the wolves are in fact able to communicate.

By the way, the seer should definitely not come forward yet.
