I'm the only one of you who hasn't won a duel, I'd imagine that puts me at a disadvantage.

OK.
You are one of four left and feel the rush of the quickining. The end is here, it is time for the final battles. The final duel will be Saldana (30) vs. Clap (7) Packerfanatic (20) vs. Jackal (30) Total remaining points in parenthesis. The duels will be like a rock paper scissors match. Each time you win a throw it knocks 3 points from your opponents total. After your match your total does not reset, the final duel will be conducted the same way. Once I get each persons throw I will begin the duels. Please send at least 15 throws. |

well, i guess i will have to wait til tomorrow to find out if i won the prize.
in our pursuit of the final victory, we seem to have lost the fact that we won the Werewolf game. props to mustang for a perfectly timed seer reveal that really made it not much of a contest after the luck of mrs schmidty on the first day and the number of clears that we were able to make. i have a feeling that the wolves were only able to kill on even numbered nights, which i think really put them at a disadvantage since they lost Mrs S so soon interested to know the dynamic of the night kills...if the wolves got the points from the quickening or not...i would like to know how many points path would have had if he were in the final 4. good game to everyone, kind of quiet, not alot of chatter all the time, but it was a fun round...thanks lathum! |

Agreed, that was a great reveal by Mustang and I definitely was taking notes on how he did that, since I thoroughly botched the seer reveal in the last small game It should be fun to see how this finally plays out, but it was a pretty fun game.

I doubt it would be affected by anything other than our points. The points were affected by our abilities throughout the game, but this seems straight-up.
And I will Kurgen bonus your face!

The time is here. Saldana and Clap meet at Rocafeller canter where usualy little children ice skate. They both draw their weapons and rush at each other. It seems Clap has the upper hand with his superior strength.
Saldana is on the defensive, dodging blows and weaving about. Suddenly Clap takes a huge swing, over extending himself and losing his balance. He stumbles forward and Saldana uses his free hand to grab Claps long hair and swing him around. Clap is spun off his feet and onto his knees, Saldana brings his sword up lightining quick and in one motion cuts off Claps head. Clap has been defeated, he was the Kurgoen. |

Jackal and PackerFanatic meet up suddenly in the parking garage under Madison Square Garden. They are seemingly even matched. Exchanging glances and drawing blood. Both seem to have their eyes on the prize.
Packerfanatic strikes a blow to the stomach that would be lethel to any mortal man and Jackal falls to his knees, a crimson river streaming from his guts. Packerfanatic moves in for the kill and justas he does Jackal spins away and with cat like reflexes turns and cuts of Packers head. His limp body falls to the ground. And then there were two. |

Then there were 2. They meet on a deserted subway platform, a construction project long forgotten. The silence is deafining, as if the gods themselves know what's at stake. And maybe they do.
With no hesitation the 2 warriors draw there swords and begin a battle a thousand years in the making. the Jackal strikes first, making a deep cut along saldanas left forearm, just as quick saldana strikes back, slashing jackal across the shoulder, blood squirts onto saldanas face, like an accusing birthmark. Jackal waivers for a bit and that is all Saldana needs, he sweeps in for the kill. Jackal desperitly trying to thwart him off, but Saldana has to much strength, to much energy. Just as quick as it started Saldana ends it with a swift motion of his sword, a motion he has made countless times. He is lifted off the ground and filled with an energy surge, the world is at his fingertips, but what will he do with it.... Game over, Saldana has one. |

Nice job, Sal - and nice job villagers!
I would like to see how the four of us played out the throws, to see how close it really was. I am also curious to know how the night kills worked, as it seemed that the wolves could only kill on certain nights (or when in the same city as a villager?)

The theme of this game deserved more pages. I feel some sense of responsibility.
(Although I never post much anyway, but still)

I didn't post much early on because one, I was very busy, and two.. I wanted to leave myself UTR to be considered as a lynch candidate later in order to try and draw some wolves out. Which sort've worked?

lathum and i were talking about it, and we just didnt have any of the typically high posting guys...i normally stay quiet until i can run my mouth without fear of getting lynched or night killed, since that happens to me rather often.
once i got cleared by the seer, I tried to ramp up the conversations, but i just dont think we had a really talkative crew this game. |
