From D2 after Jackal's reveal:
#311 19:25 Jackal votes fontisian (1) #314 19:30 Coffee unvotes DV (1), votes fontisian (2) #316 19:34 Zinto votes fontisian (3) #317 19:34 murra5y unvotes Path (0), votes fontisian (4) #320 19:40 mau unvotes DV (0), votes fontisian (5) #324 19:44 Chief votes fontisian (6) #331 20:03 InBlue votes Britrock (3) #333 20:05 Danny votes Britrock (4) #343 20:56 DT votes Britrock (5) DT breezes in and tosses out a last minute vote because he had been away. He knows Jackal is telling the truth and by voting font he can remove a member of the opposing mob team. So why would he avoid voting font here and making himself look worse when her alligience is revealed? I think there's a very good chance the other members of his team were already on font. |

From D1:
#145 16:56 Chief votes Bullet (3) #146 17:18 Brit votes DT (2) #152 19:07 Zinto votes DT (3) #155 19:49 DT votes Coffee (3) #163 20:16 Danny votes Coffee (4) #178 20:32 murra5y votes JAG (4) #184 20:40 InBlue unvotes JAG (3), Votes DT (4) #191 20:46 JAG unvotes Coffee (3), votes Bullet (4) #193 20:52 DT unvotes Coffee (2), votes Bullet (5) murra5y (especially) and Danny have late votes that help DT. Chief's vote on bullet could either help font or DT, both who have a single vote. He was voting for his pocketbook to a degree though, which doesn't make it look quite so bad. Zinto and DT are probably not teammates based on him voting DT to 3. |

Makes me wonder if there's a conversion mechanism if the village wins a certain number of black market bids

Global view of things:
Scanned as good: JAG (by Chief Rum) Jackal (by Zinto) DV (by Narcizo) No sense going for this group before their scanners. Remaining Players: britrock: Probably the least likely to be a DT teammate of the players left with as much as they voted each other from the beginning of the game. font voted him D2. Evidence for how his money was spent from a scanned player. Did not reveal he was sent ladies N1. Obviously he's pretty busy which has led to him not being his usual self (2 missed votes, would've expected he'd be digging into a rule set like this). Could only be a font teammate in my opinion. Chief Rum: Chief put bullet up to 3, which helped DT. DT avoided voting bullet to vote Coffee Warlord D1, only switching when it would've otherwise been his head on the block. DT also avoided voting font who CR voted D2. D3+D4 CR voted for brit when DT was a candidate. There's some evidence he could be a DT teammate, though I think by D4 they would be in cut-him-loose mode. Less evidence that he's a font teammate, though you can argue the D1 bullet vote helped her as well. He has been pretty open about his finances and scanning me + revealing it did help the village make sense out of D1 while also putting more of a spotlight on DT (he was 1 of 2 unknowns left with multiple votes). Coffee Warlord: Based on D1, unlikely to be a DT teammate as they voted each other. After D1, there's more of a case as he was a font voter, voted britrock D3, and then piled on DT D4. Not a lot of evidence one way or another about a possible partnership on the other side. Was open about buying the NK last night which would be an unusual wolf play at this point in my opinion. Danny: Welcome to the worst voting record in the game. Voted Coffee over DT D1, brit over font D2 (the only uncleared left on brit from that day), brit over DT D3 (when it was a 4-4 tie between them), and finally voted DT D4. Claims he would've spent all his money on seer as either villager or mafia (Front Office Football Central - View Single Post - Werewolf CLX - Atlantic City - N4 - Bets Due ASAP or Mon 9 am EST, yet he hasn't appeared to have won it any night and we have no information about his finances. He has obviously not been himself this game (I have tripled his post count, tell me when that ever happens), though there appear to be out-of-game reasons for that too. My guess is he is a font teammate. mauchow: Initial vote for font D1. font avoided mau D2 though voting him would've looked suspicious so that doesn't earn much distrust. Voted font D2 and brit D3, so he could reasonably be a DT teammate, trying to get trust by using the escort service on someone who's going to come up wolf. Has been very open about finances since the start. He wouldn't be my top choice candidate, but if a couple others don't pan out it would be worth visiting. murra5y: Had a late vote on me D1 which helped DT (or would have if InBlue hadn't changed votes). Voted font D2. D3 voted Zinto then InBlue when DT was a possibility. Was beaten up by a thug. Gave a partial explanation for lack of services won, but otherwise has no alibi for nothing spent to this point. Seems a good candidate for a DT partner. Narcizo: Not much to be gleaned from his D1/D2 voting. Hard to tell if he was around D1 to have changed his vote to help out either font or DT. Did not have his vote on font D2 (that was all pre-reveal, so no implied connection between them, moreso that DT shouldn't have avoided font when he did so less connection between them). Switched to vote DT D3 at a reasonably critical time. Finance-wise, he scanned DV as clear.. I don't see a connection with him and DT, possibly between him and font, but not much evidence there either way. path12: Voted Zinto, then early on went bullet to 2 when font and DT had 1. D2 voted mau and wasn't around for the brit-font stuff. D3 voted murra5y then switched to DT and D4 voted DT. Was open about what he bid on to date. Again, don't really see him as a good candidate for a DT partner, potentially a font partner. Zinto: Voted DT to 3 D1, voted font D2, InBlue D3, brit D4. The D1 vote on DT makes it unlikely he's a teammate of his as there were lots of better options. The D1 vote was at a semi-decent spot to help font out, though timing-wise it's when he's available to put a vote down so can't read overly into it. Finance-wise, he proved he won a bet D1 to give a reason for his seer bid the following day, which he revealed. If he's bad it would probably be as a font teammate. Summary: Most likely to be DT teammate: murra5y, to a lesser degree mau / CR (maybe even Danny, though more of a stretch) Most likely to be a font teammate: Danny, to a lesser degree numerous others. There's a lot more evidence for DT teammates because he was in more votes than font was (also considering the way the font vote went down). Didn't really go back and do a post review, this is mostly just voting analysis + remembering / going back and seeing what people did with their money, other than the one Danny post I recalled and pulled. |

CW, assuming you're planning on using your NK, you should announce your target so we don't get overlap with the seer scan.

Hadn't planned on it, actually. Bought it to keep it out of enemy hands.
I suppose I could try and off someone, but it's a risk I wasn't planning on taking. |

Though I could be persuaded to hit a high suspicion guy.
Or, actually...it might be interesting (and a LITTLE gamey) to hit Danny. |

Not using it is probably the safest option seeing as we're sitting reasonably well at 8-2-2 with another scan presumably coming out.

When you figure out what you want to do for sure, you should announce it though, because your kill choices are high probability choices for the seer scan too. There's also the off-chance that one of your kill choices bought the seer in which case you shouldn't kill them.

I would imagine there are other ways the mafia can make kills so even if you don't put an order in I won't be surprised to see a nk this time. Seems a little against the mafia to require them to win bids to make kills.

Well, considering how few NK there have been, it stands to reason.
Plus, there were TWO available last night. Amazed no one big on the other one. I actually figured they'd jump on the other hitman, which is why I bet on the one I did. Was intending to keep at least one of them out of wolf hands. |

Well, remember we started at 10-3-3 we suppose, which means that two wrong lynches + night kills leave us with equal amounts of mob members and residents. Even with successfully making it 4 days without a night kill and lynching a couple mafia, 1/3 of the folks left are still mob. That's not exactly a cake walk for us either. Last game the mob did have a kill available to each side in order to kill a mobster on the other team though, as I recall. |

Personally I think you should send the hitman against someone you think will get the most votes tomorrow Coffee, but announce it now so the seer knows what's what. Even if it is a villager it means that there's one less suspicious guy to consider in tomorrow's vote. If it's a wolf then it's as good as a seer scan. Worst case is that you kill a compromised villager who we would probably lynch anyway. I guess there's value in numbers even if we're 8:2:2 but every suspect villager is someone for the wolves to hide behind in the votes.
Personally my hunch is that you're a wolf buying trust to get the minor win, after your "not-voting-DT-despite-him-being-one-of-your-two-suspects" antics on day three. But I'm normally wrong about those sorts of things. |

The reasons I have Danny on my trust list is because I can't conceive of a game where you could bid on the cunning ability and Danny wouldn't take it. But I guess he could be off his game as a wolf as well and not realised that that was what was on offer.

I think the wolves are either strapped for cash or they realised that spreading their bids like they did day three is a good way of narrowing the field down on themselves. So now they bid on the bare essentials.

Is there any reason for anyone not to reveal a full list of their bids and bets? I think it's possible that the wolves will slip up. Does anyone really believe that the wolves are going to try and hit the villagers with cash rather than people on the trust list?
I for one can see the value in the wolves killing me. Kill me and they clear DV and then the village can fully benefit from his in-depth analysis and reasoning. So I'm willing to sacrifice myself. So I've got about $3k. But how Narc, you ask? Well - I got lucky with InBlue getting the pointy end of the stick and made some spare change off of DT yesterday. Bets d1 - Britrock d2 - Zinto and Coffee d3 - InBlue d4 - DV and DT Bids d1 - 1000 on the seer d2 - forgot d3 - 1000 on the seer d4 - 675 on the seer I only went with 675 on the seer because I thought that the deadline for the night would expire before I came back and I didn't want to bogard the seer from someone who would make better use of it. But I didn't want everyone to go with new choices and the seer slip through the cracks. |

I wouldn't have revealed your bank account Narc, though I suspected you won money from the InBlue bid. Even if they don't target you for a night kill, they still have some abilities with the 'favor' they got from CW and there's the thieving service that is sometimes available. If they are strapped for cash, we don't want them to have a means of acquiring it.
I agree that we ought to reveal the outstanding bids won from previous days at least though, especially black market ones. Though at this point I pretty much assume we have got all the useful info we're going to get and the wolves aren't going to help us out. As for Danny, not sure I understand your point. We know that the crooked cop was purchased that day it was available. I haven't seen much of anything from him that makes me feel ok that he's good. You might have a point on CW's night kill though. Give ourselves an extra whack at an unknown and save a day of lynching someone that doesn't turn out to be right anyway. I could go either way I guess. |

If I were a wolf, I'da never opened my mouth that I had the hitman. And I will reiterate I had my vote on one of my two guys, but nobody backed me (apparently wisely, as it turned out). And I dunno about using the kill. I'm not 100% against the idea, but if I get a villager, we lynch a villager, suddenly we're in a lot worse shape than we were. |

On the other hand, if we were going to lynch them anyway, better to just kill them ASAP so we can move to the next candidate if we're wrong rather than lynching them. Their money doesn't go to waste either as it would in a lynch, assuming you're a villager.

Understood, though the other people you get an opinion from could be wolves too. I suppose we could put it to a vote and make it like an additional lynch, though probably not everyone will show up.
If you're soliciting opinions, I would prefer Danny or murra5y over brit though, for the moment. I think the evidence against them is strongest. No real preference between them. |

Everyone should give a opinion on who they think Coffee should NK. It's like getting voting info. Those who don't want to share their thoughts get a hairy eyeball from me, maybe two.

Me, DV, Jackal, JAG are my most trusted in order. Coffee - I presume he won't hit himself. Chief Rum I lean towards trusting for his vouching of JAG. Mau has been pretty open about his bids, makes me trust him a bit. Of course there's nothing to say that someone else on his team hasn't made the bids he claims, but I'll let that go. To be honest I'd be surprised if Path or murra5y aren't wolves, unless there are less wolves than we reckoned with. I agree with JAG that Brit might not be the way to go with a kill. Path or murra5y for me. |

I believe I've been just as open about my bids as Mauchow. I don't know why that puts me on your list.

That's from D1 Narc. I think the wolves probably wanted to be more hush hush about their bets than he was. He also gave his catalog of bids D4: Quote:
His vote switch to bullet (bringing him from 1 to 2) when a couple known wolves had a vote doesn't look too great though. |

The thing is that - of course Wolf Path is going to account for his bids all failing. Unfortunate if he is a villager and telling the truth but the same thing applies with bad votes.
Mau actually won his bids/someone on his team won them. I'm more willing to trust someone who can show that they've been actively bidding. |

All I'm gonna say is that I am a bad NK target tonight. Read that however you wish.

I know I'm not trustworthy in this game. For the sake of the village, though, know that I've missed enough votes, bids, et cetera that NKing me would only really enlighten the village as to my role. A seer scan would do the same thing -- and I welcome that. Narc, for your records, I bought the dating service, though Jackal beat me to the punch in announcing that. |
