I agree with you on the hot/cute/pretty/sexy scale. I don't think she's hot either, but she's pretty. Natalie Portman is cute, Taylor Swift is pretty, Megan Fox is sexy, Jessica Alba is hot.

Knowing she's at #31, that's good enough for me. If she wasn't in the top 100 based on popularity/relevance and at least being nice to look at, then I wouldn't be OK with that.
