You should have seen some of my drafts. Not only did they include pocket protectors, I also threw in Tandy computers, Omega Mus, and sweet Tri Lambda sweaters. It was shaping up to be a real beauty. I just couldn't pull it all together. In hindsight, I should have just gone with: Nerd checking in. Ah, mayhap next time. |

You awake in the morning and make your way to the common room for breakfast. You notice Lathum is not there. You go to his room and it is empty, the only thing left behind is a note saying " nerds go home, we will make sure of that!!" How could someone have persuaded Lathum to leave in the middle of the night? There must be alpha beta's among you!! But who?

I think that's what we should do. |

we should always lynch. Especially in a small game not lynching generally favors the wolves.

I only suggest it because we did it in a previous game and it didn't seem to hurt us any. The good guys still won.
This game seems to be a little slow this morning. Where is everyone? |

Vote Jonathan He just has seemed nerdy enough to stay around. I like some rationale for a D1 vote and there it is for now. |

I agree, its best to always have a track record of people's voting. We saw in Cronin's game how it was very important to break down who the bad guys were based on votes.
No-votes hurt that, A Runaway vote hurts that, everyone spreading votes out across 50 people hurts that. I'll do something a bit uncharacterstic. I'll vote Jonathan too. Put him under the spotlight early. This will likely get me some votes I bet as the second one on someone, but also hopefully gets us going in a 2 or 3 person race instead of 11 people voting on 11 different people. That didn't work too well for us in Cronin's game as it ended up getting the seer lynched day 1 without any time to really defend himself. Vote Jonathan |

We definitely don't need to lynch the seer Day 1. I see the seer being a bigger advantage in these little games.

I don't like being in the spotlight. The light glares off my oily skin and everyone can see how horrible my acne is. My mom says that one day it will clear up. I hope so. I'm tired of popping zits every day. It sure doesn't help with the ladies to have Mt. Vesuvius on your face.

In real life I'm more of a dork than a nerd, and I've worked hard over the years to repress my dorkness. Maybe I should launch into a discussion of great science fiction novels? Or why I think Star Trek has done more damage to the image of SF than good? How about an individual review for every episode of the original Twilight Zone?

Yes, but if you're not in favor of lynching anyone today, why vote for the person already leading in votes? Why not vote for someone with no votes? Or vote for Ardent or GE who have one vote? |

I didn't vote for GE because truthfully that's who random.org told me to. I didn't want to go with the coincidence of Dodgerchick getting the same thing. So, I just picked you out of the 2 left. It is all a guessing game today. |

No, I did ask if there was anyone who thought we shouldn't lynch, then say that I thought that's what we should do. I was seeing what others thoughts were more than anything. If you guys feel the need to lynch me because of that, you'll be losing a Nerd. |

Hmm this is a hard one, part of me wants a lynch tonight, but part of me doesn't..... I think I am going to wait until after GE and Olie get online to decide what to do.... unless spleen, dc, ardent, BK and alant have another suggestion

I am just suprised that not only did I not receive any votes yet, but no one even came out agressively about me placing a second vote on someone on day 1 before anyone else had a vote yet.
I also find it interesting that 4 1/2 hours after I placed the 2nd vote on Jon, spleen places #3 on him and suddenly within 30 min Spleen has 2 votes. I also have no clue what Spleen means by random.org picking goldeneagle which means he should vote Jonathan. I don't see how those two statements really tie together at all. |

I have always said that a day without lynching is good for the wolves. I have stated that numerous times. I dont want to go back on that and jonathan HAS to have my vote in order to be lynched so vote jonathan

You have to have 6 votes to lynch, there were 3 votes on Jonathan and 3 people who haven't voted. I guess the people who didn't vote for jonathan could switch their vote to make sure a lynch happens... but I didn't think of that. When is lynch time btw? I am used to it being in the thread title |
