Race #1 of 15 - Daytona 500 Results
It was a great day of racing in Daytona. 72 lead changes among 22 drivers throughout the day with only 1 caution flag. Nile Kinnick, Benton Gale, and Patrick Hutt had the best cars on the day but all that mattered was setting yourself up for the end. Kinnick was shuffled back and finished 33rd, Gale came home in 19th and Hutt was 11th.
At the end it was Comrade Twelve leading with a gang of cars behind him trying to make the pass. He was able to hold them all off taking the victory over Al Cohallik, Wheely McStephens, Helen Wheels and Dexter Jackson Sr. Event Details: Weather: Clear, 52 F, Northwest 4 mph Laps: 200 Cautions: 1 Caution Laps: 3 Lead Changes: 72 Leaders: 22 |

Good run for Dexter but from the looks of it he could have gotten the win. We need to have a better strategy there at the end.

Man, that was disappointing. My cars were both solid. But got into that top line and that was that.
Kinnick was very disappointed in that race. Led the most laps and finished 33rd. Ouch

Man- disappointing finish for Ginny Tonic after a respectable 14th place finish in points last year. I expected more of her this season

I'm going to peridocially update some of the paint schemes as I have time. Here is the first one. The #44 Sterzing's Potato Chips car of Nile 'Krush' Kinnick. Kinnick will start driving this car at Texas. Also, if anyone ever wants a change to their paint scheme or sponsor or even wants to run a 'special' paint scheme or new sponsor for one race let me know and I'll try and get something set.

Race #2 of 15 - FedEx 400 Results
This race looked to be going the same way that Daytona did. Good clean racing with a few different drivers emerging as contenders. But then, lap 364 happened. Ricky Anderson Jr. and Helen Wheels collided triggering what turned into a massive pileup. 15 different drivers were knocked out of the race due to the accident.
Comrade Path was the first driver to look to be on his way to victory. He took the pole and led the race's first 92 laps before pit stops shuffled him back and he wound up 10th. From there Blue Neckansack took the lead and led for 82 laps before relinquishing the lead to Wheely McStephens who would lead for 78 laps. Luke Duke was next up as he led for 91 laps. But with 35 laps remaining, Al Collalik, who finished 2nd at Daytona, made the pass on Duke and never looked back. He took the checkered flag by 3.05 seconds over Blue Neckansack. Luke Duke was 3rd followed by McStephens and Rob Nielsen. Nielsen as you will see in the highlights somehow miraculously drove right through that massive pileup on lap 364 and suffered no damage. |

Ouch. Grey blew a header and lost Kinnick in the crash. We must of had a plane to catch.

Looks like Anderson was a few laps down and still getting up to speed from the pits when Helen tried to go low in a hurry. We'll have to talk to her and her spotter about that. (And the AI! )

Race #3 of 15 - Duck Commander 500
Seven different drivers led today's Duck Commander 500 for significant portions of the race. Blue Necksansack started the day in 2nd and took the lead on the 4th lap of the race from polesitter Dicky Woodhouse. He would go on to the lead the next 76 laps, the most on the day, but would lose the lead during green flag pit stops and fall back to a 29th place finish on the day. Other drivers who would lead for large portions of the race were Hana Ginsberg who led for 74 laps before finishing 5th. Kellen Killinger led 61 laps and wound up 8th. Wheely McStephens led 42 laps, but much like Season 1, couldn't hold onto the lead and finished 7th. During the race's final 70 laps, three drivers ran up front and swapped the lead quite a few times. Benton Gale, David Ginsberg and Fast Eddie Chilton had a great battle for the win. With 11 laps left, Gale made the pass in turn 2 on Ginsberg and went on to the win by 0.71 seconds over Ginsberg and 1.27 seconds over Chilton. Cannon Pace was 4th and Hana Ginsberg 5th. Last year's champion, Rob Nielsen, struggled all day long as wound up in 34th.

Standings after Race #3 of 15
Wheely McStephens is the new points leader after 3 races, Al Cohallik is 2nd followed by Fast Eddie Chilton, Deacon Palmer and Cannon Pace.
Some of the playoff drivers from last season who are struggling a bit include our defending champion Rob Nielsen who finds himself in 27th place despite his top 5 finish at Dover. Aaron Kappe is 25th and Patrick Hutt 26th. Last edited by cmp : 05-22-2015 at 02:19 PM. |

I guess all the work the crew put in in the offseason for Anderson hasn't worked at all. Jackson Sr. on the other hand is running well and starting near the front today. Time for a win for Right Now Motorsports.

Race #4 of 15 - STP 500 Results
14 caution flags flew today at Martinsville as almost every driver was involved in an incident at some point during the race. The driver who was able to avoid most of it was Jace Hunter. Hunter came up from his 33rd place starting position and led 99 laps on the day, including the most important one to take the checkered flag. In second was David Ginsberg who also finished second at Texas. He led 58 laps on the day. In third place was Al Cohallik with his third top five of the season. Fourth was Red Neckanback who led 51 laps and rounding out the top five was Luke Duke who led 45 laps. Hana Ginsberg led the most laps of the day, 175, and finished seventh. Cannon Pace, driving a special Detroit Tigers paint scheme today, led 59 laps and finished 9th. Our defending champion Rob Nielsen's struggled continued as he failed to finish the race and wound up 39th. Last edited by cmp : 05-30-2015 at 09:09 AM. |

Al Cohallik holds a large 24 point lead over Wheely McStephens. Cannon Pace is 3rd followed by Red Neckanback and Comrade Path. After back-to-back second place finishes David Ginsberg has moved up to 8th. Defending champion Rob Nielsen has a lot of ground to make up as he finds himself 35th in the points.

Race #5 of 15 - Quicken Loans 400
Brooklyn, MI - What a finish we had today at the Michigan International Speedway in the beautiful Irish Hills of Brooklyn, Michigan. With 23 laps remaining in the race, Benton Gale, winner at Texas, took the lead and had his sights set on his second win in three races. All seemed to be going well until he hit lapped traffic and couldn't find a way around them. That allowed Rob Nielsen, our defending champ who has struggled, to catch up to Gale and make the pass on the race's final lap and take the victory away from Gale. Nielsen's win turns around his season which was beginning to look like a lost cause early on. In third today was Douglas Douglas who put together a great run in his #55 Frank's Red Hot car. In fourth was Bo Duke who led 76 laps on the day. And rounding out the top 5 was Magnus Nielsen. A big accident on lap 161 knocked out Comrade Path, Seamus Archer, Cannon Pace, David Ginsberg, Mustafa Henderson, Lew Sifford, Kyle Kappe, Dexter Jackson Sr., and Indy Wahl. Pace's car rolled over numerous times in the accident and he had to helped from the car. He was transported to the hospital for further observation. No word on his current status.
