I don't know who the Stone Roses are.
I do own 13 CD's on the list, all of which I think are misplaced. |

I really can't believe the strokes are #7. Who has the balls to do that? The highest rolling stones album is #52. Yeah, cause in 5 years the strokes will still be a big deal.

However it heavily influenced most of what I now like - and therefore I wouldn't argue too much with it at number 1. At the same time as long as it was in top 5/10 I wouldn't argue either. Somebody mentioned earlier in the thread: this is a list from a British based point of view, and these things are very subjective - the idea is to create debate. Have to agree with the general thread consensus about The Strokes though! |
