Max: It was all going to be so perfect, Lucy. Just like one big, happy family. Your boys... and my boys.
Edgar Frog: Great! The Bloodsucking Brady Bunch!

Alan Frog: We blew it, man, we lost it!
Edgar Frog: Shut up!
Alan Frog: We unraveled in the face of the enemy!
Edgar Frog: It's not our fault, they pulled a mind scramble on us! They opened their eyes and talked!

Checking in (also from work). I'll be in and out. Still getting a handle on the rules.

Quick question for EagleFan: Did your game changes remove any charatcers or are we looking at all characters in the game? Or is that unknown to us at this point?

Thanks.

The Frog brothers are now one character, a normal seer role.

Other than that all roles may or may not appear.

A poster in Sam's room is credited in the movie as being Molly Ringwold in The Breakfast Club. It is actually a poster of Molly Ringwold in Sweet 16.

The movie is credited for inventing the phrase "vamp out" which is later used in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Kiefer Sutherland was only meant to wear the black gloves he wears as David when riding the motorbike. However, while messing around on the bike behind-the-scenes, he fell off, breaking his arm so he had to wear the gloves through the whole movie to cover his cast.

Both the bandstand that the band is playing on the first time Michael sees Star and the Frog Brothers comic book shop were destroyed in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.

This was Corey Haim and Corey Feldman's first film together.

Yes...

It looks like there are more people around that haven't seen it than I had expected.

I know weird, I thought almost everyone would have seen this movie at some point. Work is going to keep me away so this will be my only post, I'm actually running a bit late as it is.

Life is proving more ... interesting than expected.

I'm going to go ahead and throw a vote out there. Often when I'm a wolf I throw out an opening post about "trying to understand the rules." I've noticed others do this too. I don't know why. But it's a good enough reason on day one to

Hmm, just because I wanted to know if all roles are in the game? Heh, I guess I'll be less efficient in the future and just toss out questions in separate posts after doing the obligatory "check in, villager, wolves pwned" post.

Oh, I know, I don't hold it against you (yet ). I know it's all Day One stuff. I don't have a clue yet who I am voting for.

He stated his availability would be sketchy at best. I would rather get the quiet players out early so we can have meaningful discussion later in the game. Weak sauce I know, but like autumn said, every D1 vote is weak.

You know, I never remembered exactly how terrible all of the music was in the movie until now.

Thanks for ruining my childhood memories EF. If I could vote for you, I would.

Hoops, Danny and Render are the no-shows up to this point.

vote Danny

I'm putting the vote on the only one of them with a vote on them up to this point since it seems we have more than enough candidates already. I should be back before deadline to be able to move my vote if needed.

Take it for what you will, I assure you it was just the timing of when I got home from class.

Being faced with 4 candidates, I didn't feel like adding a 5th, so I used a pretty neutral way of selecting who to put my 2nd vote on.

With Danny showing up, I'm considering moving my vote off of him, however his last post doesn't exactly make me want to do it real soon.

I can't seem to get FOFC to load up at all at work. It's probably one of the gawdawful ads. Anyway, I am posting from my phone.

I can't stick around tonight, and especially not with what a piece of junk this site is for me now. So I'll just say my piece and then I'm out.

I'm on the block. It's puzzling to me why, but it's day one & it's impossible to attack a day one vote. The only legit reason I have seen to vote for someone is for RA because of meta-game reasons (may not be able to participate much). I could see voting render since he's a no show right now. The Danny bandwagon started but he's here & I don't know why we should vote out someone as active as him right now.

I'm not a roled player, so I can't do anything to save myself. But no harm to the village if you lynch me. But I'm not going to defend myself from phone, so I'll leave that to you guys.

I'll vote RA for reasons stated & because his vote's on me.

VOTE RAIDER'S ARMY

see y'all on the other side.

Hrm, I thought J23 had other votes too. I dislike creating a worthless candidate. Question being, should I tie it up and see if we get movement, or just pile onto Chief and see how he turns up?

I'm back. I want to remind people that a vote is very bad for us in this game. Just as bad seemingly for the wolves, so I assume they wouldn't engineer one, but who knows. Hopefully we'll see some more votes.
