Aye, Wilfork. You guys have Cleveland taking a WR? No way that happens.

Actually Winslow is a terrible fit. Alge Crumpler people.

justify it by saying we are picking for slot. Mike Williams makes sense there, but nobody (except maybe Wilfork) does for Cleveland. Someone (who, we don't know) trades up to 7 for Williams.

With Garcia a big possesion guy makes sense...Williams could fit the bill out of the gate...

really, I think this is one of the least volatile picks in the first round. J'ville will stay still and take

Roy Williams

They frankly have too much $ invested into DE's to spend a high pick on them.

But if they don't do something about the OL, Garcia could be done by October.

There is no reason for Cleveland to draft WR at #7 when there are other major problems on the team. It looks like this draft is basically just ranking players.

No, we're simulating the bad management in Cleveland.

Now someone toss in some J-ville suggestions so we can move on.

10. DeAngelo Hall (CB).

I think if Wilfork isn't there, they will trade down.

Udeze certainly makes a bit more sense than Smith... but i think it's risky going DE so high with a 3-4 defense. It's easier to move out a quick DT than it is to make a 4-3 DE play end in the NFL (IMHO).

Udeze went to USC as a DT. He is actually more of a quick DT than an NFL 4-3 end.

still stuck on pick 10. A 3rd vote for Udeze or Hall would make him the pick. Here's where it stands:

DE Udeze 2
CB Hall 2
DE Smith 1
CB Gamble 1

And there is already 2 votes for Philip Rivers on the next pick.

And they will definitely go CB right here. My guess is one of these two will already be gone though.

If they go DE, I'm heading to their headquarters with a automatic weapon.

I think that Gamble is the overrated "top" prospect here. I also think that the Jets will pick him anyway.

1. San Diego Eli Manning, QB, Mississippi

I'm also very leery of Gamble, he's way too much of a ....risk (ha! you thought I would say "gamble"). He's only played just defense 1 year, and seems pretty stiff for a CB. That being said, he sounds like the perfect bone-headed move for the Jets. This front office is horrible.

I agree, the Browns already have Andre Davis and Dennis Northcutt. They don't need another WR as much as they need another offensive lineman or they would take Winslow to help Garcia.
