Well, wouldn't it be the safe thing to do, though? Poor DT, he has been type cast.

I will be out most of the day tomorrow, as usual. I will return shortly before the deadline (hopefully, and put a vote in), then I should be around to discuss the day's events, should I still live.
God save the Queen.

i'll be out from 11-7:30pm EST tomorrow for a lovely day of work.
with the nothing that's gone on so far right now and the randomness of day 1 votes, i don't feel bad placing a Day 1 vote at least as a placeholder right now, especially with a tiny shred of some sort of evidence. VOTE BARKEEP |

00 name, double oh number. Let's not get caught up in semantics here boys (since Dodger hasn't participated in this silliness). If it makes you feel better I have the lamest 00 number ever.

Well, a vote has to be made and since it's day 1 and the only thing we have to go on is Barkeep's "slipup", then so be it:

Let's do a little history lesson. Last game I slipped up as well and was killed Day 1. Except I was the seer. I am certainly not the seer this game, but the idea that I slipped up again, is a little silly.

I'm going to be out for a good bit of the day, though I will be home again some before lynch. However voting for the first person to cast a second vote, especially if that second vote is THE second vote, seems like a solid day 1 vote so I'll

I totally agree with Barkeep, the first person to vote second is usually hiding. And we did learn that Barkeep makes a lot of mistakes last game, so lets not hang him for it yet.

I don't know if I'm even alive still or not, I've been without power since Thursday night. I've got to get a couple things done here at work then will start catching up, but just wanted to check in.

I refuse to vote for barkeep here, because i think he told us his role and we cant afford to lose it.

VOTE PATH12
If barkeep is who i think, the bad guys wouldnt want to be one of the first to vote him. So a pile-on at the end makes sense...and path did just that

Look at the roles, do any of the roles fit his description? More to the point, do any have and 00 and a name like he stated? I saw that when he claimed it and asked myself why would a bad guys fake reveal that role on day 1. They cant afford 1-1 this early...then barkeep said this: Quote:
We have a bodyguard, so the chess game starts tonight...maybe im wrong, but it seems like he told us who he is and we cant afford to lynch that role. For reference, his post that everyone is uppity over:

No, not at all...was i not clear, becuase short of telling you what i think his role is i thought i said everything i could...apparently not... Just go back and read the special roles in the game...if you reach the evil roles, you have read too far. Hows that for a hint?

I thought long and hard before I posted about whether the post would be taken as a hint that I have a role. I don't. I am just an agent and a lame one at that. If the bad guys went after me thinking I really did have a role I'd actually take that as a moral victory since it'll have protected some more important good guy roles.
And let's back-up. Something is ONLY a slipup if it later shows that I was guilty. So last game when I mentioned wolf? That was somehow a mistake? We're not supposed to say the word during games? That's why I was lynched. I think the idea that my saying the word wolf was an indication that I mess up is poor. In this game I would argue that my name is my 00 agent number. People call bond 007. It's his name. I said my 00 name was lame. It is. I think all this talk about me has been an unhelpful d1 diversion, frankly. |

I don't always think of my death this way. But in this game I would. One needs to find moral victories where they can as a villager since I think dying as a villager means losing the game.

Oh damn, you ment the last few pages of the Lady of Rochelle game.... its a Monday and I should have known DC would not be sarcastic.
Anyway, without going into details, primarily because I can't remember most of them, Barkeep 'slipped up' with his words and got lynched VERY early in the game. Turns out, he was the Seer. Now we just have to realize that BK messes up a lot, so dont hold it against him. |

In the La Rochelle game I had no slipups. I was targeted for a night kill, however someone had sent me a lady of the night and thus I was awake enough to take my attacker out before my attacker shot me. I would argue in neither game did I slip up, though I did get lynched D1 in the last small game as the seer. |

Anyway, right now I am looking at Blade and Barkeep... and possibly Lathum for his 'lets keep it close' throw away vote. But I don't want to vote yet because I need to see what the 3 boys do. I hate to pull out the self preservation card this early in the game
