I downloaded a "International" logo set..I cant seem to get them to show up. I put them in the correct folder.

Any ideas why, do I have to clean the "cache"? I remember seeing this somewhere I just dont know how to do it.

Anyone have a international set that is working?

Option -> Preferences -> "Use Skin Cache".

You can reapply it after the graphical changes have taken place.

Rotated logos for every competition

Rotated logos for clubs from 79 nations

Rotated logos for every national team

These are from the Italian FM head researcher's site. I installed 'em, they're pretty good.

Thanks Emiliano, anyway you could provide a link to some screenshots? I started the download for the whole 79 nations file and saw it was 46MB so I'd like to see them before I downaload/install them...

Also, I meant to post in this thread about the new skin I've been using, the Swooosh skin. The original one is a bit aggressive in its color choice (orange and blue) but the designer made a grey add-on that makes it a bit easier on the eye...

Here are links to some screenshots for the blue/orange one:
http://72.36.166.90/sortitoutsi/uploads/Swooosh5.jpg
http://72.36.166.90/sortitoutsi/uploads/Swooosh6.jpg

And you can get it here:
http://www.sortitoutsi.net/index.php...le&fileid=5599

Here's link to a screenshot of the grey version:
http://72.36.166.90/sortitoutsi/uploads/grey_match.jpg

And you can download this add-on here:
http://www.sortitoutsi.net/index.php...le&fileid=5620

Note that you need the original Swooosh skin for the add-on to work.

I was using the Aurora skin but something was bothering me until I realized that what I liked about the Stone skin of FM2005 was the lack of picture in the background. Aurora, while being a nicely designed skin, has this very nice picture in the background with some transparency on most of the tables. That transparency is what bothered me, but it may be only me... The Swoosh skin is very blocky and bold but I find it much more clearcut in what I'm looking at. I hope you understand what I mean, anyway take a look for yourselve
I also like what he's done with the player profile, adding the stats in there at the bottom of the screen. If you want to I could post a screenshot of that tonight...

One other thing with that skin, it is not compatible with the big rotated logos as of right now but the designer said he is working on a fix for that.
Another skin that was released this week is the Meditate skin. It's kinda dark skin, mostly in blueish tones. I find it interesting but don't have any screenshots for it. Here's a link to the designer's website:
http://www.showcased.net/

He's got a "Matrix" skin that he has started to work on so maybe he'll pump a few more.

I've installed just about every one of the skins and so far I like the Silver Stone skin the best. Nothing fancy, just a good solid backround and for some reason I really dig the font. Plus, it allows for the 2D players icons that I downloaded to show up and some of the other skins don't allow for that to show up for some reason.

hehe, the SilverStone has been my skin with FM2005 for a very long time (that's the one you see on every screenshots in my dynasty threads), so I feel like I'm due for a change, that's why I'm trying a few other ones. That way, '06 can be a little different than '05

Very true. I can't remember what I used last year, but it wasn't the silver stone. But I know what you mean. Having a choice of different skins/views totally helps keep the game fresh. I'm a fan of E2 this year as well.

By the way, I downloaded the competition backgrounds from sortitout and like it a lot.

Oh, and I absolutely love Rixx's 3GT-based kits.
