There's always new-qwa... Neu- most likely is pronounced "new", but for some reason I always said "knee".. and I was right

I picked the name "Havok" for my first ever online gaming Experiance..... Ultima Online!!! I've used it in everyother game/forum since.

Mainly because when i was a baby i used to destroy everything i touched. So my mother nicknamed me "Havoc". I just spell it with as K because im cool like dat

the origin of my name is two fold.

First, I had an affinity for the kraft product. I practically survived off eating it my Freshmen year, so the guys on the hall gave me the nickname.

It officially stuck when my roommate walked in on me and a girl messing around on his bed. He screamed excessively loud (he was drunk) and everyone came running down. One of the guys said I was "macking", and since they already roughly called me Easy Mac, it now worked on 2 levels. They got an empty box from down the hall and pasted it outside my door (along with a Papa Johns box, as they nicknamed my roomate Papa Gino, b/c he ate PJ's a lot.) Man, we had a lot of nicknames on that hall (Champ, Buck, tex, Jersey, Yankee, Sasquatch, Queer...)

It was alright, and whenever I see the guys from my hall, they normally say whats up Easy Mac to get my attention. So it stuck, and I couldn't think of anything else.

Dutch used to be where my ancestor's came from back in the 17th century until MIJB explained to me otherwise.

But when I first used Dutch in 1993, I was a huge Phillies fan and likened it to Darren "Dutch" Daulton. But I no longer really pay any attention to baseball....

I did finally realize that Ronald Reagan was nicknamed Dutch, so I'll hold on to it.....and who doesn't like the old time nickname Dutch? Dutch Shultz for instance.

Oh well...in any event, it's stuck as my on-line persona.

In my OOTP league a star player was Jesus Enriquez. Now of course I assume it would be pronounced Hay-Zeus, but still. I entered his nickname as "Almighty"

Because Jesus "Almighty" Enriquez just sounded too cool.

Wuss Gawd. Let's see. It's an obscure one.

You see, I'm a paper and pencil RPG'er. Mainly Traveller, a Sci-Fi RPG. I've even written books for the game.

In any case, I have run games ftf, and later by IRC for years. In the old days, I used to jibingly refer to myself in the third person to my players as the "Galactic Spirit." or in short, Gawd.

Then one day, a few years, ago, I discovered a comic book called Knights of the Dinner Table, which tells the tale of a GM and his chaotic, barely able to function group of gamers, playing an obvious D&D knockoff called Hackmaster.

One of the more prevalent gods in this gamemaster's universe is Luvia, a god who sides with and tries to protect the various hapless creatures who run up against this group's kill-them-all-and-let-Gawd-sort-them-out philosophy, but Luvia is prohibited from directly interfering in the affairs of mortals, which leads one of the players to refer to Livia as a "Wuss Gawd"

Anyway, I adopted the handle naturally as an IRC nickname for PBIRC, and the rest, as they say, is history.

I needed an online nick for something or other (which is how half of these stories started out), and so I grabbed the thing nearest the computer, which was a phone book. I opened the white pages randomly, and hit a section a few people with the last name "Treadwell". Well, bastardize the spelling, change the capitilzation around a bit, and there ya go.

My friends found out about it later, and I do get called "Tred" every so often by them.

Axxon was the nickname of a character in a story I was writing years ago. I never actually got around to letting the readers meet Axxonopsis but he was characterized enough to be a true character. I had a lot of true characters in that story just no actual story to go with them. Maybe one day I'll figure one out.

Wow, and here I thought I was normal......

RendeR is the first and by far greatest DnD character I ever played. he became the cornerstone of an entire empire over a 10 year (real time) role playing campaign.

its just stuck with me ever since.

I was actualyl thinking of changing it to majecc, which is what my fiancee and I are changing our last names to. it comes from both of our initials JEC for her and CAM for me, mixed up into something interesting....

whats everyone think? should I change my username to that?

SplitPersonality1 is my name beause in almost every sport, I follow two teams.

Minnesota Vikings & Green Bay Packers
I grew up in Minnesota during the glory days of Fran Tarkenton & the Purple People Eaters and moved to Wisconsin back in 1980. Didn't really become a Packer fan until after college and started following the Pack in the late 80s.

Milwaukee Brewers & Boston Red Sox
I started following baseball when i moved to Milwaukee. We went to 20-30 games a year. I went to school in the Boston area, and we used to sneak into Fenway to see the Red Sox play. Seeing Clemons and Boggs in their prime at the the priemer parks in baseball would turn anyone into a Red Sox fan.

College Basketball: North Carolina & Marquette
College Football: Wisconsin & Northwestern (the 80s - shudder)

I was originally just "SplitPersonality". The "1" at the end of my name is there because I forgot my password to get onto FOFC and I didn't want to request it a second time. So I just created a new one.

When I first got on this thing called the Internet, I had no idea what I was doing, and I found out that I needed a nickname for things...I think it was ICQ. I can't remember why, but I was always fond of the Blade nickname (not sure why, as I never read the Blade comics, and this was before the movies).

Now, it seems that I cannot use Blade anywhere, so I came up with one that is a little more "me", so this is the only place that I still have Blade as a username...

Mine could have been mysterious like some others mentioned here, but I was afraid people would take offense to my sig only saying, "got meth?" Reluctantly, I added their link so that people would not be offended. I kind of like the ambiguity of the sig only saying "got meth" so I wish I would have just went for it. After all, I don't see much wrong with meth anyway, but everyone is not as accepting of the drug.

Hmm, let's see.

Back when I was living in Denver one of the newspapers there ran a comic strip that had a character named Wilberforce. Well, for some reason my older brother decided that I reminded him of this Wilberforce character and bastardized my first name (Jeremy) with Wilberforce to come up with Jeeberforce (and why Jeeberforce instead of Jerberforce or Jeremyforce is beyond me).

Well, Jeeberforce stuck with me for a few weeks. Then it started to mutate. One day my brother called me Jeeber instead. And that got changed to Jeeber D Mack for some reason. Then that got shortened to Jeeber D. Jeeber D stuck with me pretty well, but even that has mutated into Jeebs, Jeebers, and JeeberMonkey.

Anyways, when I first got on the internet I always went with JeeberDMack as my name. That got too long and cumbersome after a while, so now I go by JeeberD pretty much everywhere.

Oh, and I explained all this to bbor once in the threadkiller. And if the killer hadn't been deleted I could have just linked to the story instead of having to type it all out again. Bastards...
