They're celebrating 200 years of playing cricket at Lord's Cricket Ground, and throwing an all star friendly game featuring two all star teams (MCC vs Rest of World XI). Game is live in the US on ONE World Sports
Lots of the recent past stars, (Tendulkar, Warne, Lee, Lara, Sehwag, Collingwood), etcetera. While it's... not HYPER competitive (rumor has it that they removed Ajmal from the bowling because he had four wickets in his first four overs), it's still competitive.. (Brett Lee accidentally hit Shane Warne with a beamer line drive delivery, probably breaking his hand) (oh, and there's a new Cricket game out for PC, Donald Bradman cricket.. basically an EA-style cricket game)

Retired England great Ian "Beefy" Botham accidentally posted a picture of his dick on twitter this morning. He claims his account was hacked.

Yesterday, my team (Leicestershire) won their first 4-day county match in nearly three years. That's37 games without victory! Monkey finally off our back, and onwards and upwards!

Some serious thread necromancy here...
I stayed caught up with the ICC world cup in Australia and New Zealand. Also, WatchESPN has cricket on fairly often and i watch those matches every once in a while.
