If I'm there at the beginning, how easy is it to switch me to autopilot if I drop off?

easy, there is a box you can check or if you miss 2 picks in a row it goes to auto pilot

Time to get the poll up with rosters so people can pick the "drafting champ".

What a weird end -- i went to the window, and it was just done -- i didn't even get to say bye, or hear all the congratulations for my Brandon Stokley pick!

And, BTW, it's a doable fantasy option that makes things (nicely) tougher. I was just joking in the draft thread wondering why we had two QB spots.
I DO wish I didn't get screwed out of computer access the first four picks, though. Ugh. |

i disagree...i think it makes it un-doable...it pretty much guarantees that the team without 2 viable starters during a given week is going to lose. |

Puts a premium on making the right choices then. You can always pick backups in expected blowouts if you're a desperate. Or you can go get Joey Harrington. If you're really desperate. |

Honestly, I can swing either way. I am fine with the three guys I got, but if people wanted to drop a QB starting spot for me, that's good, too. I probably drop one then for a skill player or a backup DEF.

I don't care enough either way to argue about it. I drafted with the idea of having to play 2 starting QBs, and that did affect my decisions on drafting. So my preference is to keep it as is but I'm just doing this league for fun, nothing worth getting all upset over

I am all for the getting of Harrington by someone. he probably could be had for a small price.

+1 I mean, if we drafted with the assumption there would be 2 QBs, then there should be 2 QBs. |

this is where i'm at now. I spent my 2/3 picks on QB's, and if we only had one I would have spent like my 3/9 or 3/10 or something. so I would have had a drastically different looking team |

Add me to the list that drafted with the idea that we would be starting two. Based on where they went in the draft order most of the others did as well.
In terms of being caught some week with bad matchups well that is going to happen all of the time in fantasy football at some position or another. Just depends on where you prioritize your picks, injuries, and who has major movement from their "expected" performance. |

Yeah, I wouldn't have minded doing one starting QB, but now that I drafted thinking we had two, I'd rather not change. I certainly would have picked differently in that case.

Nobody talking trash about their team? C'mon, people.
I'm not particularly happy with my QB situation but decided to focus on RB's and WR's before then, so for the most part the Tiny Bodyguards are pleased. Wish I knew what my draft position was though.

I did the exact opposite and focused on RB/QB/Defense and my WRs are probably the worst in the league

Which team are you? Maybe we can swap one of my WR's for a decent backup QB.....

I am the Villagers, but I'm not really interested in trading away a QB just yet I don't think. My gamble was that I would rather have a solid 3 QBs than a slightly better mediocre WR available at the time.. I hope it pays off! |

Saldana ( the dead villagers) and Passacaglia ( Vinager Checking In) have byes. MollyMurphy ( Molly's Murphys) plays ChiefRum ( WolfBlasters) and Lathum ( Lathums Brew Crew) plays alanT ( The Villagers). Thanks to everyone else for playing. It was nice that everyone stayed active and kept it light. I hope you are all back next year. |
