Being able to watch Von Miller on a weekly basis AND having him play on my favorite team is a true joy. Denver has had some fun defensive players to watch over the years like Tom Jackson, Randy Gradishar, Champ Bailey, Dumerville, Dennis Smith and Steve Atwater to name a few (I have read stories of Tomestone Jackson and can only wish I could have seen him), but Von Miller is in his second year the best Broncos defensive player ever.
Dominant doesn't even begin to describe this guy. JJ Watt has played out of this world so far this year. . . he had better keep playing at that level if he wants DPOY. He has 5 tackles and a sack today by conventional numbers. he has also forced an INT that was returned for a TD, made multiple third down tackles behind the line, and caused another 2 sacks by forcing Cam to move up in the pocket. What a player. |

Yeah, I don't know WTF his problem is, but he needs to fix it. Elite doesn't go 3 games without any TD passes.

Peterson is having an amazing year, especially considering that he just came back in time from major knee injury .

Want to see complete implosion with someone not named Eli? That would be the Panthers.

Did the announcer really just suggest that the Saints take a safety here?

Did Moose Johnston just say the Saints should take the safety here?

Falcons 2nd & goal at the one ... incomplete/Turner 1 yd loss/incomplete
Let's note that Turner is the third highest paid Falcon & leave it at that.

I wonder if Ponder completing 75% of his passes for 250+ yards will make the Lions consider the idea of signing actual secondary players this upcoming offseason instead of digging through the junk drawer like they currently do?

I hate how it turns into a wrestling match in the pile. NE probably had that and then all the fattys jumped on the pile

How many of these recent NE/BUF games would have the results flipped if the QB's flipped teams?

After the Bills loss, the AFC playoff picture looks like this:
If you are over .500 and the playoffs started today, you are in. The NFC has four teams over .500 who will not be leading their division after this week and two of them would miss the playoffs. Last edited by TroyF : 11-11-2012 at 03:23 PM. |

I'm usually not very confident in my team, but for some reason I feel like the Eagles will take it to the Cowboys today.
I also feel like it will have no bearing on the playoff hunt (which I don't think the Eagles will ultimately be in).

And the replacement refs made it to the STL/SF game.
How they didn't realize the clock ran off for nearly a minute during a measurement and didn't fix it after a review is baffling.

As bad as this one is, it's still doesn't beat the Broncos punt return TD. I mean, all scoring plays are reviewed, correct? So someone watched that, and said it was OK.
