Fair enough and I can understand that from a legal perspective. But what would you think of that crew if you knew that situation was going on? What would you think of the person who sent them to your school?

If I were the head principal, and one of the crew or you complained to me......I'd say change in separate rooms. If/When her attorney called, I'd tell them to contact the board attorney, but I'd stick by my decision at that point. I'd definitely support your decision if anyone asked me.
