All ensigns were told in their PMs that they are "a regular Ensign Smith."

They are actually all Evil and win with the village. This is the standard non-roled villager.

Please do not use initial PMs to ferret out roles.

Hmm, if there are actually three regular old Smiths then we either have them already between the three of us or someone is lying.

Does it actually say in the roles "three normal villagers, everyone else w/roles"? I'm guessing no ...

Rules say 'possible villager / wolf roles', so it may be that not every role is in the game. Only the wolves know for sure how many roles there are (not implying you're a wolf, just letting you know there could be 4 roles or 7 roles or you might be right and there are a full 13).

Oh and 16 players, I think we likely have 4 wolves no convert or 3 wolves and the convert. 4 wolves and a convert seems overkill for only 16 players.

Man, I'm tired from two jobs.

Just as a reminder, there is NO trivia contest on Day One, so no need to look for any surprise trivia question tomorrow. That will start on Day Two.

Further, if you have a "day action", the sort where you drop a PM to me to trigger it, or if you have a question that relates to your vote, I highly recommend you do this/ask this before 7 p.m. EST daily, as I will be in transition from my main job from that point until probably a half hour before deadline.

While I am at work, I will check in "between files", which computes to roughly 45 mins to an hour and a half per check-in. If time is an immediate issue during the workday, you may email me at my work email mkieta AT firstam DOT com (replace AT with @ and DOT with '.', of course), and I will get back to you as soon as I can. After hours or the weekend, just PM me here.

And some GOOD NEWS. One of my co-workers at my second job is hard up for cash (no, she's not that hard up), and she has bribed me into giving up my Wednesday night shift. Which wasn't hard to do, of course, since I wanted to be home to run the game at the deadline, but I didn't tell her that.

So there should be no delay in the Wednesday late deadline, and we won't have to be concerned about my second job until next Monday.

as i was walking down the driveway into the office today I went "OH SHIT DID I MISS THE DAY ONE DEADLINE!?!?!?!" and I was freaking out. Just had a somewhat busy night last night and got distracted by the book I was reading "Too Big to Fail" by Andrew Sorkin, as well as CBS Monday comedies

Glad to see I didn't.
