As for games with a story - as opposed to say, like, Civilization or a sports management sim - I rarely play a game more than once. In fact, I think Mass Effect 2 & 3 are the only ones I re-played.

The other game that I've played a ton of and am in the midst of my 4th, or so, play through is "Borderlands 2." I never play it solo, only with three friends, but we beat it once on the Xbox 360 and have finished it twice on the PC. We're currently doing what will be our final run in "Ultimate Vault Hunter" mode.

The game remains fun, largely because I like playing with my friends. I have to say, however, that it's a testament to the writing in that game - which, at times, is brilliant - that I still laugh after hearing the dialogue for a forth or fifth time.

As far as story mode games go I would say the Uncharted series has gotten a few playthroughs as well as the mario games.

Just the Mass Effect trilogy, and I think this phenomenon extends beyond video games for me. I'm having a hard time remembering any plot-driven movie (as opposed to something dumb like Armageddon or Battlefield Earth I've watched with friends a few times to make fun of) I've watched multiple times.
