Weird as it is to say- that was the first thing I thought of when I saw it. Don't quite know why except I said to myself "it's a single non-descript building that is famous somehow" and it was the first thing that came to mind. SI

I don't think it's the Animal Kingdom, but I do think Disney is the right track. I looked there for awhile. The fact that the island has no cars is telling. It could be some type of museum.

Oddly enough I didn't see the sign until after I guessed, I was trying to think of the combo of dry hilly terrain, expensive houses, and a famous landmark. After I posted the guess I noticed you can actually make out the sign.
