I don't think it's the Animal Kingdom, but I do think Disney is the right track. I looked there for awhile. The fact that the island has no cars is telling. It could be some type of museum.

It took a while to see the tree but that was the give-away. I had a couple of other ideas but they all seemed too obvious or too obscure. Not sure about this one.

Oddly enough I didn't see the sign until after I guessed, I was trying to think of the combo of dry hilly terrain, expensive houses, and a famous landmark. After I posted the guess I noticed you can actually make out the sign.
