i resigned Beck, Livesey, Cropper, todd and potts. Cropper is turning into a real good GK and im lucky to resign him at this lvl. Potts is a good lg 1 player and will do well in the championship when i get there. Todd is a cheap homegrown player. Livesey is the captain and despite him being as slow as mollassas (5 pace) has been very good (7.57 rating) over the 2 seasons and consistant. Beck is being mentioned for league 1 player of the year and is still young and improving.

i finish the season 300K in the black, much better than last year

Potts got onto the skybet league 1 team of the year at fullback

Id suggest going to your team screen (click on your squad, then your team name) and giving players who need rest a leave (under the players sub menu, extended leave or something similar)

not all is good news. McAleavy told me he needed to move clubs, i told him id sell him at the end of the year. currently a who's who of PL clubs are following him. i put a price of 1 million on him hoping to get some bites. id rather get 750k + 20% future. any offer that large comes in and im sure the board will take over negotiations

heres a list of the games i played during the hollidays. not good. on the plus side im into the JPT north final which is a home/away fixture which should get me some nice cash. and if i win that a trip to wembly for a decent cash game.

i had to sell Promising foward McAleavy for 450K and a 35% future fee to Derby. i hope that future fee is in the millions . i currently have 2 new youngsters coming in from Ireland in a few days and am looking at 1 or 2 more promising guys

Imagebam doesnt seem to be working right now, and i dont trust the other image hosts to stay SFW. sop bear with me

more bad news. Dylan Gray my promising welsh DMC, his contract is running out and he refuses to renew. theres 6 PL team looking at him but his value is so low i dont know how mush i can get for him

Deasy and McKee are my future Centerbacks and Lindsey is a good replacement for McAleavy. my scouts think Lindsey and Deasy have PL potential and both cost around 95k each. McKee cost a mere 13k

sigh. we lost @ Sheffield United 1-0. my midfielders just arnt good enough. the media reports during my slump mentioned the MC's wernt good enough and i agree. we didnt control the games from the MC spot. even if we had won we wouldnt have made the playoffs.

a surprise move. Preston make a 235K bid for Potts. i like pots, hes versatile and plays all his roles well, but hes getting expensive and has maxed out his potential. 235 is more than i will ever get for him so i have to accept

heres the new Cumbrians

Clarke was free and will be a backup/tutor

Frampton cost me 150k, a carlisle record. hes driven and came from a skrill Wimbledon team. i have high hopes he has tons of untapped potential

Jackson cost 50k. ive been watching him for a few years but he had horrible technique, composure and strength. he improved a lot over the years and his pace should make him a real terror in the league

McCarthy was free. will be a backup for now

another free player. backup and hopefully he can develop

i go back to my ol trusty 4-3-2-1 with a DM and 2 wingers.

were up 2-0 at half. why does this formation give me better defense?

2-0 win. whew. nothing worse than starting the season on a losing streak

i put jackson up top and he scores a quick goal again!

woot scott on chesterfield picks up 2 quick yellows and is out

a 2-0 win behind 2 goals from jackson

PL clubs are sniffing around Larmour and Sheldon. both of thier contracts end this season. sheldon wants to move up and wont renew (right now). if a good offer is made i will sell

2-0 at half. Watts scores of a fluky free kick and JJ scores again. damn i love that guy already. never underestimate pure grade A speed in the lower leagues

we blow the lead, but then score in stoppage time to snatch a win from the jaws of a draw

we fall behind 1-0 on some sloppy defending, but then we get our shit together and put pressure on colchesters goal and eventually score 2 before half. "Action" Jackson scores 1
2-1 halftime

JJ scores another in stoppage and we win 3-1

heres the table

Action Jackson swipes a backpass to the keeper and scores an easy goal. you cant teach speed

JJ scores again in the 20th min.
woohoo McKee scores off a corner right before half. 3-0 us!

Jackson ends with a hattrick by the 6th min. we win 4-0 in an ass kicking contest vs a one legged man
