I hated their episode last season but this one wasn't bad. Still, I'd rather it just involve the regular cast. Rafi and Dirty Randy for a whole episode is too much.

I think if Seth Rogan wants a half hour episode, you accommodate him. And I like Mantzoukas a ton. Some good cameos as well.

Should be interesting to see if they incorporate any of the Adrian Petersen or Ray Rice stuff in this season.

Given the Jordan Cameron vs Cameron Jordan episode, I'm hoping for Brandon Marshall on Brandon Marshall confusion later this season. Or maybe that'll be next season's draft fun.

Oh yeah, I kept wondering if that was him.

He did an interview a little while back where he talked about how he was always a fat guy but they made him get skinny for Numb3rs.

One final 13 episode season announced for next year. I'm pretty depressed cause this may be my favorite sitcom of all time. I get that most of the cast wants to do other things, but I feel like it could run forever.

It does seem like a show where they could have swapped in and out cast members from year to year to keep it going. I mean fantasy football leagues change.

Happy we got 7 seasons though. Looks like Duplass has an HBO show coming out soon.

Yeah, I would have thought they could have brought in 2 newbs, made it a 10 teamer and then just let Kroll and Duplass leave after the season. I guess it gets more complex than that though, as Jenny and Duplass are married. Still seems like something could have been worked out.

Boo.

Side note, I'd never heard of "Elf on the Shelf" until this show. And now I see it everywhere. And it creeps me out.

They had "Mensch on a Bench" on Shark Tank last night. This will never end apparently.

How was Raffi in the first episode this season? Isn't he supposed to be dead by now back in the real timeline?

Everytime Rogen makes an appearance on the show i cringe. That whole episode with Rafi and randy's stupid la adventure episode was quite possibly one of the worst episodes ever of a good sitcom.

I'm not the biggest fan of Dirty Randy but Rafi is always a treat.

I thought the LA adventure one was pretty horrible. The "How Rafi Met Randy" one was pretty funny. Glad I didn't skip it like I was going to. (And maybe part of my enjoyment was because I had rock bottom expectations).

'League' Star Steve Rannazzisi -- I Lied About Escaping Twin Towers During 9/11 | TMZ.com

So has the season already been filmed cause this guy is probably going to have a lot of sponsors dropping him since he's gone around talking about this for years. Not sure people wanna back a guy who lied about being in the towers on 9/11.

I'm always amazed when this stuff happens, but when you see it coming from random dudes like this guy to otherwise respected journalists, it makes you wonder just how many of these BS stories don't get caught.

In 2009, comedian Steve Rannazzisi told an interviewer that he was in the south of the World Trade Center tower on Sept. 11.

"As a young man, I made a mistake that I deeply regret and for which apologies may still not be enough"

wtf. he's 37 now, and was 31 when he made those claims. you can't really play the i-was-just-a-dumb-kid card in that situation.

He was 23 or 24 when he first started telling people. The interview was doubling down on it.

Yeah, I can't stand Rafi and Dirty Randy (though Rafi is okay in very small doses), but the origin episode was great.

He's not sorry about the lie, he's sorry about being caught. He did an interview 6 months ago where he gave the same story before the NYTimes piece.

I think this last season was arguably the best of the series. Meegan FTW.
