I assumed before I voted that the Gorillaz would go down. But I do like them a good bit. But that one was tough. I just wish more folks would click on Derek and the Dominoes.

I think it was called Garage USA. Honestly, I've never been able to dig it up anywhere. It aired on our local PBS back in like 2002 or something like that. The band I played bass for was used as an example of a modern day Garage band carrying on the traditions. I was only on there for a few seconds My fingers were playing the opening to "You Really Got Me" by the Kinks but they overdubbed the actual Kinks. Then during the credits they showed us (and even included the sound!) playing Smells Like Teen Spirit |
