I'm tired of detailing how pathetic every one of my youth pulls has been. My excellent YS is not excellent. My solid YS was not solid. Sum total, my YS has cost me only about $12k. It is closer to $262k though, because I trained one of my pulls. Gosh, at least I have the little label of "excellnt" on my screen though. That has to be worth $262k, right?

As long as his experience stays disastrous for a while, we are ok. I have a few other solid leaders that will be popping ahead of him, and stay ahead of him as far as experience is concerned. So he will not be the leader on the field.
If it becomes a bit of a problem, then I will sell him, and have the newbies purchase him
