Another great game out of Teel, Underwood, Rice and Britt. Run defense was disappointing, but Courtney Greene's beautiful diving interception in the end zone was the Toyota Turning Point of the Game.

Teel has been awesome. 226 yards on 14 completions, great. The long balls to Brown (dropped) and Britt (caught for a 50-something yard TD) were as perfectly-thrown as could be.

I love Schiano, but I question his (over)use of Rice. No need to give him 37 carries in this game. He must have had 10 late carries where he was being used just to kill clock. The game was in hand, don't have to worry about fumbling...just give the ball to Kordell Young and let him get his 5 yards a carry.

RR did become Rutgers' all time leading rusher early in this game. Not saying much about past RBs when a kid can break the record 1 game and 2 plays into his junior season.

Thank you, Logan, for ending the suspense. I would have had a lot of trouble sleeping if I hadn't known what the 'Toyota Turning Point Of The Game' was

The Texas-TCU game frightens me. TCU is a strong team, they aren't the same Horned Frogs that used to get pasted regularly back in the SWC days. If there was any blessing to the close win over Arkansas State last weekend for the Horns, it is that it brought focus back to the team to fix the glaring deficiencies, which would have been glossed over if they won 56-7. TCU has a great run defense, and the Texas running game has been pretty pedestrian the past couple of seasons. I absolutely hate this running from a standing stop for Charles out of the shotgun.

I'm a hardcore Orangeblood but I've gotta take TCU and the nine points today. I do some contract work with two TCU alums that are real tight with the program and they've got me pretty convinced that Dalton's a stud. He was the last QB to beat Southlake Carroll and Patterson 'shirted him because he's a potential four year starter. Very intelligent young guy that Ballard basically adopted last year as a fellow gym rat.

Add that up with a offense that gained 190 on the ground against a Big 12 team last week and I'm very concerned.

EDIT: oh yeah, and I love UAB getting 35 points against Florida State today.

I think South Florida will give Auburn problems. I also like TCU to pull the upset.

Why would the announcer say the punter "very wisely" recovered the ball at his own 7? Trying to get it out of the endzone for a safety would probably be the best option in that scenario.

I really hate the empty expressions these guys use when they're not actually applying any sort of actual game logic to what they're saying.

While i wouldn't mind WVU losing, I guess ultimately I want them and Louisville to win basiclaly every game except those against Rutgers.

Kirby Freeman is 1 of 5 for 3 yards.

I know alot of Miami fans were down on Wright, but he's not as bad as this guy. His so-called mobility has not impressed me much.

Is that real? Everything I've heard is that was mostly made up, but you probably know more than I do.

GT 28-0 over Samford late in the 1st after scoring 21 points in the final four minutes of the quarter. Choice has 110 yds & 2 TD's on 11 carries, his backup Dwyer has 1 carry for a 40 yd TD.

Ugh. Miami had the momentum, getting it to an 8 pt. game, then a stupid penalty gives Oklahoma 1st down on the 11 and they score a TD to make it 28-13.

I'm a Ramblin' Wreck from Georgia Tech, and a hell of an Engineer
A Helluva, Helluva, Helluva, Helluva, Helluva Engineer
Like all the jolly good fellows, I drink my whiskey clear.
I'm a Ramblin' Wreck from Georgia Tech and a hell of an Engineer

Oh, if I had a daughter, sir, I'd dress her in white and gold,
And put her on the campus To cheer the brave and bold.
But if I had a son, sir, I'll tell you what he'd do--
He'd yell: 'TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!' Like his daddy used to do.

Oh, I wish I had a barrel of rum, and Sugar three thousand pounds
A college bell to put it in, And a clapper to stir it round.
I'd drink to all the good fellows, who come from far and near.
I'm a Ramblin', Gamblin', HELL OF AN ENGINEER!

Brought him in on 3rd down after letting Booker accomplish nothing in the red zone. Predictably ran the QB draw to set up a FG, now 38-0 GT with 9 mins left in the half.

Randy Shannon really does not know how to coach. So instead of killing the confindence of one QB he will kill the confindence of two.

Marve should go ahead and redshirt, he is not ready to run the full offense coupled with the fact he may still be healing mentally/emotionally from his car wreck.

I don't think miami has ever seen a person other than the QB throw, at least based on how they reacted on the WR pass.

Of course, after getting torched for the long TD, I don't think they've ever seen the forward pass either.

Is Michael Johnson some kind of freak of nature?? I just heard him causing damage for the 2nd time on a punt return. This guy is 6-7, 250!!

Um, I know we're not going to come back, but can we at least pretend that we're still trying? Three straight runs when you're down by 25 in the 4th quarter? At the very least we need to work on our passing offense.

Switching to other games, there was a huge INT by Nebraska in the end zone. They still lead 20-17 with 6 minutes left.
