So, basically, 3D fumbbl.

I'm more excited after reading those features. Still though, going to be very interesting to see how the AI plays out.

The Cage, stalling, elfbowl, etc. So many strategies that need to be included for the various races... I just don't see how the AI opponents are going to not plain suck.

It will be a challenge to have the AI act as it should, but if they can pull it off.......Wow!!

Chaos League wasn't a bad little BB clone. I played the heck out of it for a few months.

Well that sucks.

Probably a good idea though. I always thought non-blockbuster games like this would be better served by coming out during the slower months. I think this game could draw a fair amount of attention if it is decent, but that isn't going to happen when it's battling the Spores and Fallouts.

Disappointing though. I think Cyanide has a pretty strong track record of jacked up games on release, so a few extra months to test can't hurt.

Ugh. To make things worse, it looks like Cyanide are using Starforce on the PC version of Blood Bowl. if so, I simply will not buy it.

There was a poll started on the Cyanide message board about Starforce, as Cyanide have used it on other games.. rather then answer the question, they just deleted the thread. (note, the count was 11 grudging ok's that they'd buy it, and 20 that they would NOT buy it it had Starforce, apparently they think that pissing off your customers is good business.

Well, Starforce is still very prevalent in Europe, so a lot of the time, the Euro release of a game will have it, but the North American game won't. There's still hope!

That's disappointing to hear since they've actually pulled it from some of their older games.

Pretty bad to just delete that thread like that, but they've never struck as me as particularly PR-minded.

This was one I was really planning to get on PC in hopes of some moddability.
