Well, HBP have always been extremely abnormally high in OOTP9. I never did any studies on the actual numbers in comparison to walks, but my guess has always been that walks and HBP would have at least some relation, since Control would seem to be the same primary factor for both. I do think Movement would factor into HBP more than walks, though, so thought that might explain any differences.

But, really, looking at the list above, I don't see too many outliers to suggest that walks and HBP aren't generally arrived at from the same basic stats.
