I already made my tough decision when I cut Sam Miller this past sim. I would have had more leeway to bring in a new pitcher, though, if Brock had opted out of his deal for next year.
Still, I am confident Hammersmith will be even better next season, with at least two new ROY candidate hitters and a couple new young arms (although the best situation would be for the long awaited arrival of George Sweeney, who has taken his own sweet time developing to major league readiness). Congrats Teach on another great season.
