Depends on where you're coming from. I know I'm personally not really into rock chicks - or even any kind of rock/band/concert scene - so I'm not going to be star struck or necessarily impressed with her accomplishments, even if they are strong in the context of her field. So I probably wouldn't be any more awkward than I would be around any other female (which is plenty awkward anyway, mind you).

But to be fair, you could make the same comment about any chick in these polls. And some have. I think that's where the video submissions come in - the "she's much hotter walking and talking than in still pics" argument. You're always going to have the benefit of that experience, and none of us are. So it's not really fair to expect people to judge her by a standard only you're able to meet.

Gave this an extra strenuous look cause of the extreme not vote. I'm just not able to vote hot....the ratio of pics where she'd looked good to "baby that's a man" pics were too high. Guys in the 80s looked more feminine than what I've seen of her.

Obviously having met one of these celebs is going to bias your vote greatly, only going to prove that we're judging on a curve here, and that those who say "oh these chicks are dime a dozen where I live" are probably wrong. If people are still carrying a boner for Lzzy, of the 8% vote, because they met her once, imagine what they'd be saying if they'd met Kate Upton. Nothing. They'd have taken a vow of silence and joined a monastery, to live their lives out in utter peace and fulfillment.

This is something very few have done though. It's really hard to get that across in the pictures, which is what just about everyone bases these things off of. I would say that less than 1% of us have met any of the women on the HoN polls...
