After taking the holding in Haasa, Hofuf, everything else should fall. Miklaf is next door on Arabian too.

Savah – This is Persian and Sunni in Drylands with 7 dev and Grain

Abarqah – Livestock here but just 3 devs next to Zagros and in Mountains. These people are Sunni and Persian too.

Khorramabad – This level 2 Fort growing Grain in the Mountains is our best dev at 9 with Sunni and Luri folks which are accepted.

We still have a 99% warscore with Egypt so I just need to finish capturing in the Arabian Peninsula to ensure we can take it.

11 Nov- Another Minor falls. Can I grab Adan or Hadramut in separate deals? How much would their good development be? Adan’s is higher, but neither of them will do separate deals while they have troops and captured stuff in our area. So we’ll wait until that happens.

Getting Ready for the Next War; Colonial Nation Formed

Now, who should be my next War? Mahra’s 3 provinces in Arabia that connect us by land, and their nearby Isle of Socotra? They are allied to Aden, Baluchistan and nearby big bad Ethiopia. Ethiopia is at War with Egypt and I could DOW them a Defender of the Faith claim or just to take across the strait from Mokha Tajura I have a claim on but they are allied with Portugal so nope

Or I could DOW Medri Bahra next to us in Nubia for their Gems Red Sea of Masassa and they have two Ivory holdings and then are just allied with Ethiopia at war with Egypt.

Then we could DOW in Southern Africa Mutapa next to Inhambane with three claims on Gold and Ivory very rich stuff. They are allied with Mombasa, Makua, Mahafaly and Betsimisaranka - those last two are on Madagascar

Or I could DOW Timurids, or Transoxiana who took out Khorasan we have tons of claims on. The Timurids are allied with Jaunpur, but Transoxiana cut them in half in a big war, so they might make sense instead. They are allied with our ally in Delhi an I’d like to keep them and Baluchistan.

Transoxiana has troop totals of 33k and Delhi 25k. I order my armies over – those are the best bets. I need to punish and grab good stuff from them, and then take nothing from Delhi and hope they don’t join or I can keep them liking me like Sindh after

The 5th Egyptian/Yemeni/Adeni vs Ayyubid War

My goal with this war is to basically finish them off as a major threat and target of opportunity and then maybe the Coup de Gras next time.

I order all of my forces into their spaces as well as Aden and Yemen.

13 Feb 1567 – We win the Battle of Dhafor in Aden

26 Feb – We win the Battle of Sana’a against Yemen. We begin to siege it.

7 Mar – We capture three minors including Qasr Ibrhim.

Next is their captial of Aswan and in the Nile Delta their major army

19 Mar – We win the battle of Aswan against a 4k army and begin the siege.

1 Apr – We win the Battle of Rashid against their main army. They flee

17 Apr – We capture two more minors

27 Apr – A Yemeni minor falls and then Rashid the last high dev Nile Delta but just grain.

7 May – Sana’a falls!!! Next is the Adeni capital of Beihan

28 May – We capture Med Sea minor of Darnah next is Benghazi where their army fled too

9 June – A Yemeni minor falls, we begin the assault of Beihan.

13 June – We get an event about our Ulema leader getting corrupt I punish them but lose some relations with them.

19 June – We win in Benghazi some survive and flee

8 July – Aswan falls and a minor too

15 July – Beihan falls as does Benghazi

Let’s cut off the south, grab the good stuff in the south, and then just reduce their ability to hurt anyone. But the high dev Grain Delta ones may make this higher to deal with. Their only good Trade Good left is Livestock.




Here’s the best I can do, with one high Dev Grain in Rashid and then the Red Sea and south and then one random Terrana too. Cores ordered.

Ras Gharib – Red Sea on the West Coat with Fishing by Egyptian Sunnis and in Coastal Desert with 4 dev,

Farafreh – Arid Desert, Livestock, just 3 dev, with Egyptian and Sunni here

Al Wajh – Eastern Red Sea south of Aqabah, Bedouin and Sunni. 5 dev, Fishing in this Coastal Desert.

Kharga – This Livestock raising, Arid Desert, raising Livestock, with Egyptian and Sunni here and then 3 dev

Isna – This east of Kharga also in a Desert with 5 dev, but not Arid. Then Livestock here with Sunni faith and Egyptian culture here.

Aswan – South of Isna, Sunni and Egyptian and with Livestock and a Farm Estate and 7 dev, this is an Arid Desert.

Qasr Ibrim – Nubian and Sunni, the biggest dev in the area with 8 dev and with Livestock and built here is a Mosque and Farm Estate in an Arid Desert.
