Put in a conditional. If Lathum dukes, follow him. If not, don't.

I agree. Though I have voted hoops so I have no problem with us going that way at all but we need to make sure we have a CoT started.

Wait, are we switching so Lathum doesn't have to use his power? If so, I'll switch. If we want him to use his power to buy trust, then I'll stay on ntn.

If this is a fake reveal, explain why the real duke wouldn't change the vote to Lathum? A fake reveal makes almost zero sense to me.

No, because it's from the "Day" part of the phase.

Werewolf - The Werewolf is a vicious Monster who can intimidate a player once a phase. This will stop whatever ability/action they are trying to perform. This doesn't work on Daphne or Don Knotts. May communicate with the other Monsters.

Exactly, the only gain would be having the BG guard a wolf for a night. That would be worth trading a wolf that had almost no one clamoring for a vote?

I think this is correct:

Hoops 6 - Lathum (774), JAG (954), EF (906), GE (956), Jackal (971), CR (972)
CW 3 - Hoops (777), NTN (849), CR (857)
NTN 5 - Lerri (778), CW (841), MartinD (875), RA (892), PB (970)
JAG 1 - KWhit (903)

The harm to having him prove it is that he loses a one-time power that allows him to take a gut shot. The reward is KNOWING that he is the duke.

I think KWhit is trying to set a record for number of single votes in a game.

PB, there is no reason to fake the duke role, the real duke would know I was a wolf and just duke it to me.

Even if they weren't around for the deadline I would be buying myself a day at best and considering I was under zero pressure it makes no sense for me to fake.

True Lathum, but the duke's power more often than not takes out a villager than a wolf so I would've liked to have seen you use the power.
