I almost wrecked into one of them Sunday night... I know it was a 49er because I thought he was following me into my job to fight me, but it turns out he was there for other purposes. Pretty glad too, do not think I would have won the fight.

My wife, while watching last week's episode, "She's not all that cute, I don't know why Nucky's into her."

Me: "Definitely not, I agree completely."

Of course, my internal dialogue was entirely different, but you never say ANYTHING positive about another woman's looks when your wife is pregnant. Or ever, actually.

I remember reading that the Debartalo family owns half of that state, and there are a massive number of 49ers fans there because of it.

I agree with the "while pregnant" part, but thankfully I married a woman who quite often compliments how hot another woman looks before I do.

Seriously, Zalsa Mister of (864) 220-2568, please have your children stop calling my phone. I don't know what this is about, but this is 8 calls in 13 minutes. This has gone beyond ridiculous.

And yes, I will feel bad when I inevitably find out there's an amber alert about this person in 5 hours.

I'm not sure what's worse. The pain of this growth(assuming it's some sort of abcess or boil) or the smell of the cream that I put on it to ease the pressure. It's like some kind of black stuff that looks like shit mixed with diesel oil.

I was on a boat cruise this past weekend. Was talking to a guy who is 60-something & a bit odd, but seemed nice. I turn to talk to someone else I knew & when I turn back this guy has his camera out & is taking a picture of me. He seemed kinda embarassed that I turned & saw him doing this, but I thought that he might just be taking candid shots.

I looked up twice more during the cruise (and afterward while I'm still on the boat & he's on shore) and he had the camera pointing right at me, then acts weird when I notice him with the camera on me like he wasn't just taking a random shot.

Other than those three times I never saw him taking a pic.

I felt... awkward. Like I was violated.

You know, when I was a kid, online banks had physical buildings you could go to to get your banking needs done. I believe they called them... banks.

In that incident, a 20 year old non-WSU female stated she was at a party at the Pike House, 4251 Cass Avenue when, at approximately 12:01am, she recognized a male WSU student. She and the male student exchanged a hug. During that hug, the male student fondled the female victim without her consent. The victim identified the male offender to responding Officers when she called WSUPD approximately two hours later.

The victim declined to criminally prosecute the offender, but wanted to file a police report to document the incident. Forcible or non-consensual sexual contact or fondling (which is defined by Michigan statute as Criminal Sexual Conduct - 4th Degree) is a High Misdemeanor in Michigan and, upon conviction, can be punishable by up to two (2) years in prison.

Also, any conviction of a number of sexual assault statutes will result in the offender being listed on the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry (MIPSOR). Conviction of CSC - 4th Degree results in the offender being classified as a Tier 1 offender, who will remain on the Sex Offender Registry for 15 years.

What happened to the good old days when if you played a little grab-ass & she wasn't with it she'd just put a well placed knee in an unwelcome area?

Unless you actually know what the "fondling" consisted of, I wouldn't get all judgmental. You don't know what was done or said. Many women get "fondled" without consent in ways which should involve legal repercussions. "Just kick him in the balls and leave the rest of us out of it," shouldn't really count as a person's only avenue of response when someone molests them.

My dad turned 65 today. When I moved home ~5 years ago we weren't sure he'd make it a year, and we've had a number of scary times where we had to seriously wonder if he'd make it through the night, but he's been remarkably stable (knock on wood) the last few months and it made me really happy to be able to wish him happy birthday today.

Went out to Glory Days to eat with my wife and son on Saturday (daughter was at a friend's). We had to wait a little while to be seated while the restaurant set up to accommodate a large group of mostly young women who appeared to be there after some sort of practice. I figured they were maybe something like a field hockey team from the local Hood College, or even some intramural group or something.

Turns out, judging from their color scheme and at least one of their t-shirts, they were members of the Baltimore Charm. Wouldn't have guessed that upon first inspection.

Dear Driver That Ignored A Yield Sign:

Sorry that you failed to yield to traffic and you had to stop to avoid you from sideswiping my car and then getting mad at me for your mistake and then flashing your lights at me for the next 2 or 3 miles.

Just because there's a 3 car gap between me and the car in front of me, doesn't mean you have or can try and squeeze in that little gap while I'm already going close to 50mph.

Oh and sorry that I've seen you do that to other people over the course of the last year or so forcing them to slam their brakes on and that you failed miserably this morning.

Learn what 'Yield' means and you shouldn't have that problem anymore.

Are you saying said hubbah squared is premature?

Those are tough calls, especially when it looks like they've already committed. You see a gap and you can easily make it as long as that person does indeed turn, but, when they change their mind, unless you just say screw it, I'll wait anyway, you're stuck in no mans land.
