I still really want to hear from simbo because he's still high on my suspect list for being a main spawn.

Would it make sense to assign the task to someone who might be dead? You yourself didn't assign it to Simbo, you said, because you were afraid he might be dead. I don't get what you're not getting. By the time it came time to pick someone for the role, Mauboy already had a bunch of votes. |

Why earlier in the day were you discussing Simbo then? Back when it was 4-4-3. Shiggles over mauboy, initially just because I felt slightly worse about mau than Shiggles, and then later because he wasn't in danger of being lynched. |

I thought the vote was due by eight central. At that time Simbo would have been lynched, not mauboy, which is why I picked him.
I missed the jag post about Shiggles. |

It's all taken care of Autumn, no worries.
I also designated Britrock for study as a trainer in case we decide we want another or a replacement if Abe dies or is found to be spawn. Since he's already a scientist, we don't have to worry about tying up multiple people with supervising his training. And I had an extra AP so what the heck. |

Certainly possible. LSG's move seemed like a better case for Spawn activity than Simbo's one post though. As much as I like to listen to my gut, sometimes it's best to play the odds. Especially if we lose a miner rather than an engineer. We can examine Simbo tomorrow, if we like, and know the truth.

Yeah I'm not overly upset about it, he wasn't important for building purposes and we are bound to lynch some villagers as we can use the info later

The fact that Mauboy never came back to move his vote doesn't hint strongly at him being a bad guy. But I'm hoping he's off having a hamburger and will curse loudly when he returns to his computer.

Man, this morning it was all teamwork, now its all pointing fingers. I haven't done shit but get hungover, do dishes and cook this pot roast since we've been here, so it will be nice to be utilized tomorrow. There has to be something I can do other than be lazy and unclean. At least tonight I get to experience a little excitement while I guard the water facility.

BK, the Officers Offices should be 7 units of work. 5 for the slaves, two for the other guys. Right?

The comity which had been present for so long suffered towards the end of the day.
Before that occurs there is some activity, however. First LSG decrees that mauboy become a medic. “Acutally, my faifthful second officer, it is a much better idea for Shiggles to be our new medic,” Captain JAG decides. “Further, britrock I would like you to start training tonight as a trainer while Dr. Schmidty you are to begin research into the Spawn detector immediately. With the business out of the way, you decide that you must start finding the Spawn before they find you and you turn your attention to mauboy who had been so quiet it was easy to forget that he was even around. Posing as little resistance as possible, he was soon vivisected. What the ravenous crowd finds only indicates that he was a SURVIVOR. Final vote count: mauboy 8 - chief (759) simbo (784) abe (918) saldana 923 autumn 1027 jag 1034 chubby (1046) Lonestar 1050 simbo 4 - packerfan (761) CrimsonFox (886) Danny 976 Zinto 1003 schmidty 1 - mauboy (894) LSG 1 - dubb (1011) Locations Building A: Warehouse 4 7 cycles required for conversion 40 / 40 units filled Warehouse 5 7 cycles required for conversion 40 / 40 units filled Water Supply – 16 units (Enough reserves for just under 1 day at current consumption) Crystilium Supply – 64 units (at least 20 required for lift-off) Slave Pens Fully Operational Slave Pen 1 2 cycles required for conversion 4 slaves present Slave Pen 2 2 cycles required for conversion 4 slaves present Slave Pen 3 2 cycles required for conversion 4 slaves present Slave Pen 4 2 cycles required for conversion 4 slaves present Slave Pen 5 2 cycles required for conversion 4 slaves present Building B: Power Facilities Fully Operational Power Facility 1 5 cycles required for conversion Powering Building B Power Facility 2 5 cycles required for conversion Powering Building C Power Facility 3 5 cycles required for conversion Powering Building D Power Facility 4 5 cycles required for conversion Powering Security Fences Power Facility 5 5 cycles required for conversion Back-up Water Plant Fully Operational 7 cycles required for conversion Producing enough water for all Survivors each day Building C: Security HQ Fully Operational 2 cycles required for conversion Armory Fully Operational 4 cycles required for conversion 19 phasers accounted for Brig Fully Operational 4 cycles required for conversion No crew being held Building D: Crew Quarters Fully Operational; 20 sleeping berths 10 cycles required for conversion Medical Facilities Fully Operational 4 cycles required for conversion Scientists’ Lab Fully Operational 2 cycles required for conversion Peremiter Fence Fully Operational Ship Warehouse 1 Converted Inaccessible Warehouse 2 Converted Inaccessible Warehouse 3 Converted Inaccessible Officers’ Offices Fully Operational Converted The Crew Command Staff Captain - JAG First Officer - Autumn Exhausted Second Officer - Lonestargirl Security Chief - Packerfantic Exhausted Ensign - Zinto Chief Engineer - hoopsguy Engineers Crimson Exhausted Darth Simbo Medical Staff Doctor - saldana Security Staff Sergeant at Arms - Danny Exhausted Slavemaster - Chubby Gally Master - Julio Security Crewman - Chief Rum Exhausted Security Crewman - dubb Exhausted Scientists Schmidty britrock Miners Shiggles Abe Sargent Slaves 20 slaves accounted for Deceased mauboy - Lynched Day 2 SURVIVOR Night 2 has begun Last edited by Barkeep49 : 06-20-2012 at 08:57 AM. |

So, hey! Mr Jag! i am honored by your request to assign me to medical staff, but those needles scare meee, and isnt it also possible to promote personell to an engineer? i do happen to be good with tools with my mining talents, and since were almost (or entirely?) out of need for mining (unless the spawn can deplete our stores) for the near future, promotion seems the logical choice.
Alas, i was not able to cast a vote, although i woulda probably gone with simbo, i just got back too late. It may be worth a scan for senior simbo, because being an engineer shouldnt be a get out of jail free card unless hes scanned clean. Whats the process for promoting/training?? Seems like if the engineers get all bit up then we'll have some problems though, so i see why people started offing us miners. |

Well, that at least makes me look less at Lonestargirl. Her actions mostly seemed weird to me if they were trying to keep Mauboy out of the vote. I still wonder a bit about her, but not nearly as much.
Glad to see we got our work done without any hiccups. I feel like that all went well today. If we can manage our night actions just as well, we're in a good spot. |

Ok so medic is able to cure wounds during the day as the only benefit, and has a 15% chance of being doctor if he is killed. Im cool with that, no being trapped in the room with the spawn, unless they took phaser shots, in which case im going to scream out repeatedly and run to lock myself in the brig. any phaser wounds? RUN AWAY!!! :-P.
Ok im totally fine with being medic then, i just hope miss saldana likes her job, cause there's no envy from me lol. fyi, can i increase chances of A. survival of either of us by "assisting" with the scanning procedure? and B. can i increase the chances of becoming a doctor by helping? |

No one's quite sure, Shiggles. I think she's having some identity confusion issues these days.
