I'm not feeling well, so I'm out for the night. I should, hopefully, be on time in the morning, but if not I'm probably just running late. Don't fret! And don't lynch anybody while I'm gone.

I don't think he did -- there's no reason he'd be able to send it to me via PM. And no, I didn't win the BG. And I'm not sure why he was laughing at me in the earlier post. What's the deal, JAG? |

How's this for nutty? Since both wolves we caught in Lathum's group were from the Lupino family, it's still likely that my logic from earlier holds, and we have at least one more wolf in the group, from the other family.
Some money is coming from somewhere. I swung and missed on most of my bids. Nice $5 bids there. Goes to show we all should be betting even a little amount on all of the services, just in case.

Still contemplating. I'm actually thinking about not using it, since extending the game is in the village's favor by allowing us more time to get in scans. |

Morning breaks in Vegas, gray and warm. Everyone flips on the TV news automatically now. But seems there's nothing new. Tiger attack in the casino. Three rappers dead. But nothing to do with you, or the mob. Seems you had a quiet night.

Good choice, JAG. We really don't want villagers killing villagers.

Actually, here's the funny thing. I decided to send Knuckles vs. saldana and he came back to me he wouldn't do the kill because sal is a mobster and doesn't want to get involved in mob activity. So that makes today easy.

The services you can bid on today are:
Tank Wallace, Professional Bodyguard - hire Tank for protection Mario Juarez, Private Investigator - Mario will get the dirt on anyone you want Cassie's Escort Agency - there's lots of things to do in Vegas at night Speedeez Courier Service - you need to send a message, Speedeez will get it there Kalustian Betting Parlor - This bookie's got his fingers in every bet in town Black Market Services - "Crazy Legs" Louie - Maybe he's not as professional as Knuckles was, but he'll do any hit Bill Werthers, crooked cop - Not every cop in Vegas wears a white hat. This one can get you out of trouble, or someone else in it. |

I doubt Jag would put himself on the line like this to get rid of Saldana if Saldana is proved a villager.

Actually, my issue with the mechanic is that it's *less* power than it should have. So this thing can only kill villagers, and if it hits a mobster, we don't even get the success, and instead it needs to be taken to the court of public opinion? It's probably designed so that mobsters don't attack other mobsters, but if it's villager attacking mobster, it's pretty weak. Granted, if I had won it, I wouldn't have done something this stupid (no offense JAG ). |

It looks like every time a wolf dies, they get access to a new Black Market category. Cool balancing mechanism.

Also, for the record, another 6,516 was spent last night, bringing the grand total to 25,995 over the four nights.

they likely dont have much money left, especially the Lupinos (assuming there were 3 to start)...unless they hit a bet somewhere, do you have the total amount spent for Knuckles....might be worth looking at the people that have won bets to see if the total for Knuckles is more than 3 people would have started with. |

no...most of it was based on the way he kept trying to ride me yesterday, well into the evening, and well after he should have moved his vote to one of the relevant candidates. he only went to DT when he absolutely had to or risk being considered a throw away or pile on. |

Well, if a wolf won it, I don't expect they would reveal it. But I received some information that could potentially clear a villager and the data from it would be helpful in doing so. Unvote nightfall Just so I don't have to get a bid in early. |

you cant unvote nightfall (if autumn is even accepting nightfall votes)
as far as my money goes, i havent spent any of it. I lost bids the first two nights i think, and then was robbed for most of my money one night, and then robbed again for the rest of it last night. i have no money, and won no bids. |

Also, even though we have an obviously big issue to discuss already, we still have the Private Investigator and the Betting Parlor reveals. I don't think this is a reason to hold off on those, since we should get as much info out here as possible.

I'm thinking JAG is probably on the up and up about this, would make sense to me that the guy everyone can bid on doesn't want to kill mobsters. But would that have happened if the mobsters sent him after each other? That's where I don't know if I follow it, though it would reveal to one family the identity of one of the members of the other family.

I gotta say... this is an interesting twist. Especially in light of the new hit guy - Crazy Legs. His description is that he is not as "professional", and he will do "any hit". Putting those two pieces together, I'm also inclined to believe JAG. And if we're being played, then I vote this the top post of the thread. |

The only thing that I would be concerned about the reveal is if one mafia group takes out the other do they automatically win. So if Sal is the last member of the Lupino family Jag could be taking a calculated risk to win the game.

And as I looked at the rules again I am not seeing anything about hidden victory conditions so I doubt they are in there.

There is this, though:

But that might have been hoops and CR. Anyway, you have to get rid of one family before the other -- we can't eliminate them both at exactly the same time -- so I think we'll have to cede a minor victory to one of them. |
