Well, I can put a vote on Cronin to put him up three votes - he was the other person I was weighing between when casting my earlier vote. Or I can go after another person with votes who is further back, but I'm not inclined to vote for Grey at this point.

I'll go with MrW, as I think he had one of the worst votes yesterday. I don't have a particularly strong feeling on him, but it is a smidge stronger than my Barkeep sentiment right now.

VOTE Mr. Wednesday

Okay, I've spent about an hour or so now catching up on stuff. I was four pages behind, thanks to being called into work to make a quick $100.

Anyways, my vote is:

vote mr wednsday

I'm not thrilled with this vote, but I'm not going to let the company try to make it a one vote race either.

I was hoping it would be a worthy vote but it seems Cronin is already the run-away. My suspicions of Mr. W are the same as hoops. He made the vote a +2 yesterday before all the votes were in so he could blend in... and he definitely blended in.

Beyond that, I don't have much to go off. I don't believe anybody should be voting for Greyroofoo based on the Ollie stuff. And Thomkal should not have revealed himself. I wish I could've been in this thread earlier to basically harp on the fact that he's a good guy. I believed him to be good somewhere on page 20 I believe. .maybe it was 21, all the pages seems to go together when you read it straight through.

I'll try to make more sense if I've got some extra time today by going back and putting together my reasonings.

Anyways, my vote was for Mr W as stated in my previous post.

JH: SnDvls voted for cronin in 1109 not cronin.

Can someone recap the case against cronin? I've understood the cases against me, Grey, MR. W and thomkal far more (even schmidty I've understood more).

If you've got a feeling he's good. Why not switch? Doesn't make sense. I have a bigger feeling on Mr W but I wasn't going to votee Cronin because it seemed like everyone was.

Getting a vote on Mr W from roofoo and Neon would still get a lynched Cronin. But it makes things a lot more interesting.

Can you recap why you think he's bad?

And what do you think we learn from his death?

The case on Cronin is that he was putting the early vote on Ardent but wasn't able to get his vote off of him late without attracting attention. He had a couple of posts down the stretch that could be construed as trying to influence people to vote for someone besides the person he was voting for in the thread.

It is an argument that you would make against an experienced player, not a new player.

Also why not place you vote on me? Go down on the record saying you think I'm bad. That way if I were to turn up bad later you'd have evidence of being right again. Of course when I turn up good later you'll look foolish, but establish the record, with your vote, of what you thought at the time.

It is an argument that you would make against an experienced player, not a new player.

In addition, the reason I pushed Ardent the day before was his interaction with Cronin.. Cronin kept tossing out the whats up with Pass/Alan thing, which Ardent didn't comment on but then voted on without any reason despite the fact that Cronin had voted for Ardent both days.

its just the type of interplay I would expect if Ardent and Cronin are wolves. So if Cronin and Ardent are wolves, I'm really smart. if cronin isn't a wolf, then I just got lucky yesterday.

Seems weak, but I understand it. Too bad cronin wasn't around to defend himself today cause I think we'd be lynching elsewhere (perhaps even me) if he had been.

You better believe I'm not a fan of this continually lynching players who aren't around to defend themselves, and have stated as much. I think it gives rise to people lying about their availabilities.

Nail in the coffin vote, I guess.

I did hope we'd have a close vote tonight between two candidates, but the late landslide on Cronin was too much to overcome.

Vote St.Cronin

I hate it when people lie about things like that, it should be illegal as a werewolf play.. but that'd be pretty hard to enforce. There's too many friendships to not give people the benefit of the doubt in those situations, and that screws with WW games.

Oh I agree that it's unethical behavior. I just think we create an incentive to lie when we repeatedly lynch people who say that they're going to be away. Your damned if you don't state that you're away cause then you're ignoring questions, and you're damned if you do since then you become easy pickings.
