Pass, so you think Abe is not bad but you're going to lynch a guy who's been arguing to not lynch him? At the last second? Fishy.

Read my post man, it wasan;t a night action, it was done before the deadline. And I was asking because of strategy, getting the rules cleared.

That is the second time I have made that mistake. I made a typo on my master copy. The DT vote on himself is meant to be Telle. It is fixed now. Sorry about that.

Yes, the start of the day being when we discovered that he had let pass out of jail, who we thought at the time could very well be a wolf.

Pass takes the throne and much like his predecessor the first day of his reign is fairly uneventful. The main discussion falls on the merits of the jail system and about how Pass managed to escape from jail.
Prior to being elected, King Pass explains that Abe was the one who was able to sneak him out. The citizens of Metou come to the following agreement: 1.The escaped convict Passacaglia is to be elected king. 2.The man allegedly responsible for sneaking the newly crowned king out of prison, Abe, is to be jailed in his place. Abe Sargent is booked into Woebegone prison on charges of being a follower of The Dark One. His fate is in the hands of the man he allegedly helped escape from prison. Abe Sargent is currently jailed in Woebegone Prison. Day 3 has come to an end. Night 3 has begun. Night actions are due by 10am est Thursday. 1. Barkeep49 2. lerriuqs 3. USFLTechmo 4. Abe - Jailed Day 3 5. MartinD 6. 7. Passacaglia - Elected King Day 3 8. Telle 9. The Jackal 10. 11. Autumn 12. Lathum 13. SnDvls 14. RendeR 15. Chief Rum 16. saldana 17. DaddyTorgo 18. 19. path12 20. KWhit 21.

Sorry for the wait. I have to wait until atleast 2310 to start the write-up as the King has until 2310 to change the outcome of the vote.

Either I am in the minority or I missed the GMing memo. I'm having more fun running this game than I have ever had playing. I should have jumped into GMing long ago.

In truth, I still feel Abe's okay. I don't buy the conspiracy theories on his relation with Pass; I think that's all a bit over wrought and paranoid. So I would have preferred him not even in jail, but free. To me at least, Pass scanning Abe as good teaches me little, but putting someone else there and finding a wolf (or clearing someone we have no information on) is of more benefit in my mind.
Still, I am glad we jailed him rather than lynched him.

i wont get into too much of anything since the night phase is still running, but if we dont lynch someone today, i am gonna lose my mind....we still know absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!
it is day 4 and all we have to base votes on are perceived behavior patterns in discussion...not even in votes....we are letting the freaking wolves pick off people at night and we are no closer to finding one of them than Lathum is to being elected Miss America! Jail has done absolutely ZERO for us to this point in terms of finding a wolf..yes, there are 2 likely villagers left in the game that would have been killled by the vote, but at the cost of still being on day 1 four days into the game, i hardly think that is an equal exchange. |

I really enjoy both playing and running games, but I've been flat exhausted after the last two games I moderated. Which just reminds me that it is a good thing I only moderate about one game per year.

Personally, I can get behind a lynch vote, but I'd like to see the pro-lynchers get votes started early -- if people are voting lynch just for the sake of lynching someone (and voting against jailing someone), I think it loses a lot of its effectiveness.
