Seems that is going between Government and medical centre, an as an expert playing stracraft, rol and many other things, medical centre is more important specially with things coming from the sky and slowing down before hit Mars.... The war is coming guys, better start to be ready to fight.

I can say that I am the top scientist, no doubt in my mind. My engineering background is fairly high as I can often find ways to test my scientific theories by building devices. I am decent around people but I cannot do any manual labor. I am not good with medicine or healing people.

Government: Better chance of defending ourselves? Less chance of vote manipulation? Less effectiveness for saboteurs? Sheriff is more effective?

Medical Center: Easier to gain health back? Medics are more effective? Less chance of losing people to disease, low health, etc?

(Communication): Talk to Earth, maybe that would help clear some unknowns or give us more info about danger? Maybe we can contact others(?) on the planet? Maintain contact with search parties?

Supplies vs Next Project vs Exploration is a tough one, I tend to like either supplies or next project but find myself wanting established projects asap and hoping the biodome will provide food for us.

Government - Keeps getting put off for other projects. We will need the infrastructure this provides going forward with a murderer in our midst.

Medical Center - A necessity in the future, but it wont bring our corpse back to life.

Supply Run - Something landed over the mountains. Anyone going to collect supplies may run into whatever that is.

Government needs to be the priority today. Stop getting ourselves diverted into other projects which only gives this vile fiend more time to stalk us from the shadows.
