Nothing to report from my excursion, I went to the turtle farm again, and it was once again crowded, although not necessarily with anybody from the cruise.

Looking at the player list, only Swaggs has a note by his name now.
So I take it PB, BK and SY are all back? |

I'm thinking it might be one of the items that have already been found by people on the boat. Speaking of, Sonic Youth gave nfg22 the 2nd half of the necklace to complete it. The other item was nfg22 passing half to oliegirl to complete it. I'm wondering if this item might help me? Did anyone find anything useful when shopping?? |

Folks, just read my pm. I received the other half of my item from mccollins, so I suspect he is good. If anyone can help him, please, do so.

I have a choice, and it's very, very, very problematic. Therefore, in case I die, I am sending my completed item to another. It's very potent, I suspect, but in case I am killed during my response to this action, I want another to have it.

When the person I passed the item to gets it, please do not post you have it. That way, the underground cannot trace you. It's very powerful.
I just hope you aren't underground.

I can't speak for Sonic, but our leisurely pace was a bit too slow and so we didn't make it back to the boat in time. PB and I spent the night in a hotel room and found our way back to the boat today. I was in my room and watched TV and otherwise didn't see anything.

I;m trying to decide what's ethical or not ethical to respond, but I guess it's all good.
The underground have appraoched me to join them, and claimed they have planted evidence at a crime scene should I choose to rejest them. I am rejecting them, though.

Hence, i suspect that SY may have also been appraoched by the underground, and turrned them down, and thus was arrested due to planted evidence.

Hrm. The only doubt I have in this thought of yours Anxiety is, why would the underground choose SY?
I mean if I was a wolf, looking to get more wolves, I don't think I'd pick the guy who had amassed like 16 votes over 2 days and by the accounts of most games should be gone. |

There's been speculation that a certain minimum number of votes are needed to "lynch" somebody. I had argued that that seemed unlikely to me, that there were other explanations for what we have seen. |

Frankly, I agree. I wouldn;t have gone after SY either, but ti fits my current level of knowledge. WHy would trhe police escort him off Our previous theory was that it was a consequence of lynching, but after we voted Swaggs off, we saw that emcahnic was done immediately, and not delayed and no police.

Ok looking at things I have less a circle of trust than a triangle of trepidation.
I suspect: Cronin - The lies and inconsistencies add up. It seems like he keeps trying to prevent us from doing good things. Prevent us from lynching, with claims that it was this or that that had prevented us from lynching rather than not enough numbers. Stating that having people account for their where abouts isn't a good way to find the Underground. Stuff like that. Lathum - Classic wolf Lathum move is to come out with accurate information about bad guy activity in order to gain trust. Perhaps he knew about the rope cutting because it was he who had done it. Most people I wouldn't think like this, but this is EXACTLY what he does as a wolf time and time again. Jackal - Stated publicly he was going to have stayed with PB and I on a leisurely route. A leisurely route which meant that PB and I were immune from wolves. Then when push comes to shove does the OPPOSITE of lesiure. I think there's safety in numbers. |

Ok that's what I thought. I thought your explanation was a reasonable one after the tied vote, but think you were pretty obviously and clearly off base with today's vote.

BK, I didn't say I was going to go slowly, I said I'd consider it. I understand all four of us together would've kept us from getting killed, maybe, but since there was no real way of communicating/trusting what speed we were all going at, I thought I'd push it. Good exercise.

On the whole crime scene issue: what crime scene? We've seen no evidence of a crime yet. Perhaps I should add Anxiety and make it a square of suspicion instead.

I think Anxiety was just saying that since we have no idea why SY was removed from the boat, that maybe the police found some evidence planted against him.

It wasn't really about a disadvantage. I believe I said this in my first post of today - I figured that maybe if the groups split up there was a chance of finding an item, or something along those lines. I realize that it was risky but in all honesty it was the first action I'd had during the game and I wanted to maybe try and make something fun happen. |

Besides, Qwik chose moderate anyways, so even if I had gone slow wed've outgained you eventually. For some reason I just didn't believe that everyone was gonna pick slow and leisurely, sorry if I misled you.
