The only thing you're basing your vote on is a lack of posts which is weak at best. I've tried to help our party in our own thread as recently as today with suggesting our bill is a bust that will most likely not even pass the Supreme Court, but still voted for it for the good of the party and the mere hope that it skims by undetected by our judicial friends.

I had instructions via email from Passacaglia to vote yes on the Republican bill (which I would guess was not yet proposed), and to abstain from the Democrat bill.
