Alright, so as of right now I'm converting the crew quarters and the slave master is giving me a team to assist, right? I'm going to hold off submitting anything for a while since I'll be around and it seems that the lines of communication are getting crossed a bit right now.

I think Chief manning the security HQ and dubb going to the doctor would be a good idea. JAG could fill in for Chief's spot on the conversion crew couldn't he?

I concur dubb should be the scan. We have corroboration he was attacked so we should confirm he's clean. If we find out he was infected, it will give us useful info on a spawn attack.

If I am guarding, I would of course like a gun again. Otherwise, some Z's would be sweet.

Different spawn can target different people. There can be multiple attacks each night

I actually (more or less) cut and paste the order from your thread for my PM. And when I came back, asking that we provide more clarity on the order on re-routing power, that was based on a PM from Barkeep saying that more clarity is good on these orders. So I didn't expect to see that the order had been processed, let alone to see that the fence was squared away.

I suspect I was targeted for no following "orders."

That makes me a very serious wild card to the spawn.

I also suspect the spawn want us guarding buildings in the short term as they build numbers. Any security personal roaming the crew quarters is a giant threat to them.

I do not trust my supervising offers ATM. I feel they have their priorities wrong and/or in a manner that minimizes resistance to the spawn threat.

If we think spawn might fake a work order, we can send extra people to work under hoops' supervision to make sure it gets done. Otherwise, I don't have a great suggestion for what to do with our other folks who don't have a task.

I pass out locations people can guard. I certainly dont tell someone to actually guard them. I just dont want people doubling up guarding the same location. I have no issue (in fact I like it) with what you and Chief did night 1. You'll notice I did the same last night.

I think that is a set of unfortunate circumstances that BK processed the order I submitted, that it was implemented in an unintended fashion, and that CrimsonFox put his order in within a pretty small window to result in him losing an action.

That said, I'm not sure how someone would concoct the idea that I somehow masterminded this. If you want to be suspicious that I'm not more active in planning the day-to-day activities, that makes more sense to me. I've already posted in thread about real-life work stuff screwing with my schedule a bit, but I don't want to belabor that point. Since I'm signed up, I expect to participate at a reasonably high level and I've struggled at times to do that.

I do believe that my actions in-thread have been consistent with the plans outlined by our leaders, that I've gone out of my way to make sure I was correctly understanding intent, and that when I've been available I've tried to assist with prior Spawn knowledge.

I don't have any role-specific defense - I've got a public role, you can probably replace me easily enough.

If you think I'm the right vote today, go for it. I'll put up a fight, but I would do that as a villager or a wolf.

If you think I'm the right scan for today, I think you are probably wrong since Dubb seems pretty certain he was targeted last night. Come scan me whatever future day you want, assuming I'm still alive.

Actually this might be a good idea for a different reason--dubb's allegiance is in question because of last night's incident (although personally, I think he's okay, at least for today). So it makes sense to have dubb do conversion work and go see the doc, while I man the security HQ. That way if something can be seen from the HQ, it will come from me, rather than dubb. I am not cleared, of course, but nothing has happened to me to indicate I was attacked.

Seriously, I want to respond if there are concerns. Not because of any "I'M THE SEER!!!!" type stuff like we have in most games, but mainly because this is one of my favorite rulesets and I would hate to be voted out as a villager because I was too unavailable/passive/whatever.

FWIW, hoops, I think the charges on you have been rather trumped up. That doesn't mean that I think you're clear--you're the same now as you were before, from my perspective. The new "evidence" is inconclusive.

I feel that some people are getting a little heated about things or jumping to conclusions without thinking things through completely. They may be right and you're a Spawn, but I haven't much liked the direction their thinking has gone (from a prove you're a Spawn perspective), so to me you're same as you have been.

Yes, I think the fence-related stuff doesn't make any sense to get all suspicious of Hoops for. He actually helped us by fixing the fence. That would not be a very sneaky wolf move.

I'd like to see people putting in work orders though. Particularly I'd like to see Dubb scanned soon, and the fence repaired soon. These are things we want to see results of sooner than later.
