Let's help people understand that Miranda Rights are not required to be read when getting arrested. It is only if the police are questioning you. You don't get a "get out of jail free" card when an officer does not read you a Miranda Warning during an arrest. It would only help you possibly get questions you answered under interrogation thrown out of court.

A report by NBC News stated that about half have failed an open-book and open-notes test on immigration and constitutional law.
