I would if I had a vote. Or if votes counted for anything. Instead Team Double K will arise victorious. We have PB. We have hoops. We have someone else that I can't remember. We rule.

Poli, I don't really have animosity towards you, I was just expecting you to take a step back from things and let it cool down, I'm still shocked about what happened and I think others are too

I am still curious about the response the DJ gave us when we walked past chest one. As if we missed something important.

He snickered at us, yes? It's hard to tell what that means at this juncture, we might've missed a monster or something like that since other people seemed to have gained experience yesterday.

I'd back the two people who have run RPG/maze like games before if I were you (being me and Abe)

I am thinking that chest 3 held the battle/negative result (the one we seemed to be caustioned against). I could be reading too much into things though.

If CR wants to go back and check that chest he's welcome to but I think I'm gonna drink that green fountain
Should we put in a conditional to say that if nothing positive happens that I'll drink from the red, or if I'm unconscious or something, one of you drinks from it? |

I am thinking that we should put in conditionals like that (so we don't get stuck in the room).
Combining may be an option that we put into one of our conditionals. |

If we can do conditionals we could include CR going back to check chest one if other options aren't working. If CR is good with that.

We'll see if CR pops in in the next 30 minutes, if not, I'll drink from the green fountain, and if nothing happens would you rather drink from the red or combine the two and drink that?

I guess there are a couple questions now. If one person could go back and check chest one while others perform tasks in this room and if conditionals can be given.

I guess we need to put together a plan now though, then we can adjust it if other ideas come up prior to the deadline.

Plan:
A) Jackal drinks from the green fountain if no exit is found and Jackal is still conscious: B1) Jackal drinks from the red fountain if no exit is found and Jackal is unconscious: B2) EF combines the liquids and drinks it if no exit is found after this then CR backtracks to box 1? |

Overthinking again but what colors do green and red usually represent in RPG games?
Isn't red usually a health bar or portions? |

Red is generally a health bar, yes. Green I'm not so sure about.

Blue is mana, or power, or whatever, in general.
Green is movement, sometimes? |

IF we are going in that order should we all go back with CR? Jus tin case there is some sort of battle triggered?
I agree with making that the last possible option, just in case. |

I'd let me drink it first and see what happens. If any of these are successful I think we put in the condition that the rest of the team follows suit.

Something like this...?
A) Jackal drinks from the green fountain if positive result we all drink green (unless we have already found exit then we leave) if no exit is found and Jackal is still conscious: B1) Jackal drinks from the red fountain if positive result from this we all drink red (unless we have already found exit then we leave) if no exit is found and Jackal is unconscious: B2) EF combines the liquids and drinks it if positive result from this we all drink combined (unless we have already found exit then we leave) if no exit is found after this then all backtrack to box 1 where CR detects and opens? |

Stupid early file work. Way too late for me to contribute here.
You guys have hit on most of the points I had been thinking, with drinking one of the liquids being the best option. Maybe even drinking both (one of us drinks one, one of us drinks the other). Too bad we don't have an empty flask (one was for sale at the shop). I don't like the idea of going back. I don't see a benefit worth doing so, at the cost of losing time. Unless we have no choice, of course.

BTW, I was think red light-green light, too.
But, FWIW, while green means poison, red often means danger. I don't know we can make a good read either way. I didn't know what to make of the symbols. Weird that we can make out the sun-moon, but not the ones on the other fountain. Maybe that's the hint? The muddled symbols==confusion. The sun-moon==clarity (clear as night and day)?

I think the main reason EF wanted to go back was because he felt that first chest may have contained the key to exiting this current room, but I think drinking liquids should get it done.

In that case, I would drink from the sun-moon fountain, if we drink from one.

Well, too late to switch things now, but I think as long as the green fountain doesn't kill me the time wasted by drinking that first if it isn't the correct choice won't be too terrible.

Late thought now but it just hit me, I was wonding if the chest one contained something that would allow us to interpret the symbols on the one fountain.
More overthinking on my part most likley... |

You decide to press on with your plan and Jackal drinks from the green fountain. It appears to heal you. You all drink.
Just then, smoke begins to spread from somewhere around the fountain. A tiny Imp materializes out of it. He smiles at you. He wishes you luck on your journey and hands Jackal a Medallion of Evil. You're not sure what it does, but the Imp assures you that it will help you. Let me know if you want to wear it (and who is wearing it). The imp ushers you through a secret door and into the next room. |
