After the three goal flurry in the last 3 minutes of the half: "Halftime score was 3 - 0. The fortyfive minutes were dominated by Hippopotami, with an impressive 65 percent possession of the ball."

Negative Waves holding their own against Div IV 1-1 at half. More suprisingly they only held possession 52% (they must have tried to PIC me).

Somehow, we're containing them. It's 1-1 at the half...their only goal was off an event (corner).
We also have the midfield advantage (58%)

What the hell. How the heck am I down 1-0? He has to be playing his B team, and PICing. I should be losing 10-0. My teamID is 72093 in case anyone wants to see if I can come from behind. And does the game set default Penalty kickers?

Some fine manouvering on the left lead to an 47:th minute Wabiit goal, making it 0 - 3. Nate Camp was noted down as the scorer. At that, Nate Camp was noted down for a hat trick.

I'm up 2-0, 67% possession in the 1st half. On to round 4 baby!
In other news, TargetPractice is only up 1-0 on a bot team. Hmmm.

The game had been on for 50 minutes when Arturo Gómez broke through to the right, upping the score to the home crowd´s dismay. Rochester´s were up 0 - 3.

Damn...after holding them scoreless in the first half (due to some amazing saves by my goalie), it's now 1-0 bad guys 7 minutes into the second half
I've had 0 scoring chances against his ridiculously good defense.

you should ALWAYS set your PK lineup. I'm not aware (though I'm no expert) of it having a default cup/friendly lineup. My understanding from the rules it the 'Make this default' for lineup only affects league games. scratch I think it sets a default for all games but only one default. so you will have to manually set your B Team lineup to ensure good training. DK could probably answer better than I

Well, my boys are getting their ass kicked, as I expected though.
Down 5-0, they had 66% possession in the first half. Yeah I'm playing scrubs, yeah they're a division higher...it still stings a bit. What also sucks is the fact this is my first game with my newly expanded stadium, and IT'S POURING DOWN RAIN. So I've got about 4500 folks there. All in all, this is a wasted game. |

A bit later, a magnificent combination in the middle resulted in McGees´s Thad Amos putting the lead up to 2 - 0.
At least we have some breathing room now. Still a long way to go before we pull of the upset.

In good news, my Solid playmaker sold for $141,000, and I got like $121,000 of it. Bad news: pouring rain and I don't sell out my stadium for the cup game, with 5,611 spectators showing up...should this worry me, considering I'm in the middle of a 7,000 seat Arena expansion? I do expect to walk over most of my league, and finish top 3 in the series.

uh oh...It's not looking good
Dani Mário Araújo of Complex received a yellow card in the 59:th minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. In the 59:th minute of the game, Complex´s Dani Mário Araújo had to leave the pitch after receiving his second booking. For those of you following along with my team, Dani may sound familiar. He has now been kicked out of all three cup matches. Still down 1-0. |

Down a man, but Tony Spicer comes through!!!
Tony Spicer finished off a quick charge from the left of the field by chipping the ball just past the home sides keeper, making the score 1 - 1 in the 63rd minute. Heading for a great finish. (team ID 72176) |

goldurnears took the lead after 70 minutes with 0 - 1. Oriol Villaver placed the ball out of reach for the home sides keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left.
