Breaking News
Cannon Pace was released from Foote Hospital in Jackson, MI early this evening following his hard wreck in today's Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway. Cannon suffered a broken left wrist and had concussion like symptoms. There is no word yet on his status for the Coors 400 at Colorado National Speedway but Cannon's younger brother, current Truck Series driver Jackson Pace will be ready to go if Pace Racing needs him to step into the #80 car. |

All-Star Race Announcement
After our 6th race of the season, the Coors 400 from Colorado, will be holding our very first ever FOFC Racing All-Star race from the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The race will feature all race winners from the FOFC Sprint Cup Series' first two seasons as well as all race winners from the FOFC Camping World Truck Series. The current entrants are listed below. Al Cohallik Bo Duke Benton Gale Comrade Twelve David Ginsberg Deacon Palmer Hawk Grey Jace Hunter Mustafa Henderson Patrick Hutt Rex D'Car Red Neckanback Rob Nielsen Stroker Ace Wallace Bryant Connor Root Jackson Pace Jeremy Letto Max Gresham The race will be a 40 lap shootout. The winner won't receive any points but will get bragging rights as the very first ever All-Star race winner as well as a cool $250,000 bonus to add to their career earnings. This will also give Truck Series drivers a chance to prove their worth against the Cup drivers. One more race for each series remains before the All-Star race so if drivers do not have a win yet they better get going at Colorado or Bristol. Drivers without a victory we also have one final shot at making it to the All-Star race. Before the race we will hold a qualifying race for both the Sprint Cup and Truck Series. These races will only include drivers who do not have a victory. The winner of each race will also gain an entry into the All-Star race. These races will be 20 lap shootouts. Race #6 of 15 - Coors 400 Results
Erie, CO - We headed to the shortest track on the circuit today, the 0.375 mile Colorado National Speedway. Colorado is new to the circuit this year and the team's were not given the opportunity to test here, so coming into the race it was anybody's to win.
The polesitter for the Coors 400 today was Dicky Woodhouse. This was Dicky's third pole on the season. He led the race's first 36 laps before losing the lead to Bo Duke. Dicky would later be involved in an accident and finish 32nd. Bo took the lead for a while before being passed by Indy Wahl. Indy's car looked very strong and was the car to beat for the middle portions of the race as he led 168 laps. His car would fade a bit later on and lose the lead but still finish the race 3rd. As we headed to the later stages of the race Dexter Jackson Sr. took the lead and led for 26 laps before being passed by Nile Kinnick who would go on to lead the race's next 11 laps. But, a hard charging Bo Duke was tough to beat as Bo Duke took the lead from Kinnick and took the win by 6.27 seconds over Kinnick. Indy Wahl was 3rd, Dexter Jackson Sr 4th and Helen Wheels 5th. Questions surrounded Cannon Pace on if he would be able to race today after his crash at Michigan. Cannon was able to suit up and put together a great 8th place finish while driving a special edition Golden State Warriors paint scheme in honor of the upcoming NBA Finals. YES! Great day for Dixieland to pick up it's second team win ever. Both drivers are still contending for the playoffs. Things are looking up for the Duke boys.

Race #2
Sprint Cup Qualifying Race Just like the Truck race, the Cup race winner only led the race's final lap. In this one, a lap 14 caution set up a 3 lap shootout for the win. Hana Ginsberg and Magnus Nielsen battled for the win in this one. Nielsen was able to make the last lap pass and take the victory. Last edited by cmp : 06-02-2015 at 04:43 PM. |

FOFC All-Star Race
Now for the main event. On the pole for the 40 lap all-star race was Rob Nielsen. In 2nd was Truck series driver Jackson Pace. Early on the racing action was intense as a big crash on lap 5 occurred that knocked out Rob Nielsen, Magnus Nielsen, Max Gresham, and Mustafa Henderson. From there Jackson Pace led for 9 laps and Stroker Ace and Deacon Palmer led a few before Bo Duke took over. Duke was dominate. He constantly was challenged by the likes of Deacon Palmer, Will Kizer, and Benton Gale but refused to give up the lead as he led 22 laps and took the victory in the very first ever FOFC Sprint Cup All-Star race. Benton Gale came home 2nd, truck series driver Will Kizer was 3rd. Deacon Palmer was 4th followed by truck series drivers Connor Root and Jeremy Letto in 5th and 6th. Truck series drivers raced extremely well as they took 4 of the top 8 positions. Gresham was the only truck driver not in the top 8 but he was involved in the early wreck while running near the front. Our sponsors for the race, T.G.I. Friday's, Gatorade, Monster, Budweiser and Quaker State all provided a car for the truck drivers. Will Kizer drove the #5 T.G.I. Friday's car, Jackson Pace drove the #88 Gatorade car, Max Gresham was in the #61 Monster car and went for a spectacular ride which you will see in the video. Connor Root drove the #75 Budweiser car and Jeremy Letto was in the #81 Quaker State care. Last edited by cmp : 06-03-2015 at 12:19 AM. |

Race #7 of 15 - Coca-Cola 600 Results
The Charlotte Motor Speedway provides some terrific racing and we saw that again today as we saw 39 lead changes among 14 drivers over the course of the race's 400 laps. Early on the dominate car belonged to Wheely McStephens who led a race high 74 laps. McStephens and Bo Duke, who led 73 laps, traded the lead often until they were caught a lap down when a caution flew during green flag pit stops. Duke would gain his lap back and finish 15th, McStephens stayed a lap down and finished 18th. The lead would change hands numerous times after that. Blue Neckansack led for a while, as did Indy Wahl, Stroker Ace, Benton Gale, Rob Nielsen and Zach Topper before finally Comrade Path took the lead from Topper with 18 laps remaining and cruised to his very first victory.

Race #8 of 15 - Cheez-It 355 Results
The defending champion of the FOFC's Sprint Cup Series, Rob Nielsen, made a huge statement today as he crushed the competition in the Cheez-It 355 from Watkins Glen International. Nielsen started on the pole and led 50 of the race's 90 laps and despite losing the lead a few times due to pit stops, he was never really challenged for the victory and won by a 10.13 second margin. Seamus Archer had his best career finish with a 2nd. Hana Ginsberg was 3rd followed by Kyle Kappe and Lew Sifford. Luke Duke and Douglas Douglas were the only drivers who failed to finish.

Only two more races remain until the playoff field is set. Benton Gale holds the points lead and is followed by Cohallik, McStephens, Wheels and Rob Nielsen who has now vaulted to 5th following the terrible start he had to the season. The Ginsberg, David and Hana are 6th and 7th. Bo Duke is 8th, Cannon Pace 9th and Stroker Ace holds the final playoff spot in 10th. Comrade Path and Jace Hunter currently hold the two wild card positions.

Race #9 of 15 - Geico 500 Results
The Rob Nielsen show continues. Rob dominated the Geico 500 today leading 81 laps on the day. Other drivers would take the lead from time to time but it was always the #21 car getting back to the front in no time. Rex D'Car came in 2nd, followed by Hana Ginsberg, Bo Danville and Al Cohallik.
The race featured 5 cautions that put a lot of cars back in the field with damage. |
