HBO is probably regretting renewing it for a 5th season. Ratings have tanked and the show just isn't good anymore. That actor who played Charlie was right to leave the show and it's been downhill since.

hmm. i've never been a big fan of the show, but watch dutifully with my wife. however, i thought the birthing scene last night was hilarious: really the first laugh-out-loud moment i've seen.
