**Third Match: The Zodiac vs. Jushin "Thunder" Liger (c)**

The mood changes as The Zodiac, a spectacle in his own right, strides down the ramp. His bizarre antics have the crowd intrigued but uneasy. The atmosphere turns electric as the defending champion, Jushin "Thunder" Liger, accompanied by a dazzling pyrotechnic display, heads to the ring.

**Match Summary:**

The match starts with The Zodiac trying to impose his will, locking Liger in a bearhug. Liger, however, manages to break free and hits a quick dropkick that sends The Zodiac into the ropes. Capitalizing on his speed, Liger follows with a hurricanrana.

Zodiac regains control for a bit with a sidewalk slam and tries to go for a moonsault, showcasing his range. Liger rolls out of the way and gains momentum, landing a series of chops followed by a flying forearm.

The Zodiac, not to be outdone, catches Liger in a corner and utilizes some underhanded tactics. A thumb to the eye and a quick snapmare give him some breathing room. He attempts a leg drop but misses, allowing Liger to climb the turnbuckle.

Seizing the opportunity, Liger hits a Shooting Star Press from the top rope and quickly goes for the cover.

**Winner: Jushin "Thunder" Liger**

**Rating: 3.75 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Jushin Liger retains his title in another breathtaking performance, proving why he's one of the best in the business."

Bobby Heenan: "You've got to give credit to The Zodiac too, Tony. He gave Liger a run for his money, but in the end, the champion's experience and skill were just too much."

As Liger celebrates his victory, the camera cuts to a close-up of the championship belt, emphasizing what this win means for his already impressive legacy.

**Fourth Match: Scott Norton vs. Chris Benoit (c) for the Cruiserweight Championship**

The arena is buzzing as Scott Norton, an imposing figure, makes his way to the ring. The crowd erupts when the Cruiserweight Champion, Chris Benoit, enters. His stern demeanor tells everyone that he's all business tonight.

**Match Summary:**

Both men lock up, and Norton uses his power to shove Benoit into the corner. Benoit quickly reverses the position and unleashes a series of stiff chops that echo through the arena. He attempts to whip Norton into the opposite corner but is reversed due to Norton's sheer power.

Norton seizes the momentum, hitting a devastating spinebuster. He goes for a powerbomb, but Benoit counters with a quick roll-up, only getting a two-count. Frustrated, Norton retaliates with a stiff clothesline, but Benoit shakes it off and locks in a sharpshooter, putting pressure on Norton's lower back.

Norton reaches the ropes, forcing the break. Benoit, sensing his opportunity, climbs the turnbuckle. However, Norton intercepts and attempts a superplex. Benoit counters, knocking Norton off the turnbuckle and swiftly landing a diving headbutt.

Seizing the moment, Benoit locks in the Crippler Crossface. Norton fights it but ultimately has no choice but to tap out.

**Winner: Chris Benoit**

**Rating: 3.75 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Chris Benoit retains the Cruiserweight Championship, and what a hard-fought victory it was!"

Bobby Heenan: "Norton had his moments, but Benoit's technical mastery was the difference-maker here. Another impressive defense for the champion."

The crowd roars in approval as Benoit holds his Cruiserweight Championship high, a testament to his skill and fortitude.

**Fifth Match: Booker T with Sensational Sherri vs. Sabu with The Sheik**

The tension is palpable as Booker T, accompanied by Sensational Sherri, makes his way to the ring. The crowd is on their feet, eagerly anticipating what promises to be a thrilling match. Sabu, escorted by The Sheik, enters next, exuding a chaotic energy that captures everyone's attention.

**Match Summary:**

The bell rings, and the two men circle each other cautiously. Sabu strikes first with a hurricanrana, but Booker T is quick to respond with a spinning heel kick that connects squarely with Sabu's jaw. Booker T follows up with a missile dropkick from the top rope, but Sabu rolls out of the way and counters with a springboard leg drop.

Sabu takes a steel chair from The Sheik, setting it up in the ring. He uses it as a launchpad for a triple jump moonsault, but Booker T dodges just in time. Booker capitalizes with a Harlem Sidekick, sending Sabu crashing into the chair.

Booker T nails a gutwrench suplex and signals for the Scissor Kick. However, Sabu counters with a snapmare and goes for a springboard moonsault. Booker T rolls out of harm's way, then hits the Book End. He goes for the cover, and it's a three-count.

**Winner: Booker T**

**Rating: 4.25 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What an incredible match! Both competitors put on a show, but Booker T walks away with the win."

Bobby Heenan: "Booker T was exceptional tonight. His blend of power and agility was too much for Sabu, despite some high-risk moves."

As Booker T celebrates with Sensational Sherri, the crowd gives both competitors a standing ovation, recognizing the remarkable athletic display they've just witnessed.

**Sixth Match: Dick Slater & Bunkhouse Buck vs. The Blue Bloods (Hair vs. Hair Match)**

The stakes are incredibly high as both teams, known for their rough-and-tumble heel tactics, risk their treasured locks in this Hair vs. Hair match. Dick Slater and Bunkhouse Buck make their way down to the ring first, their faces set in grim determination. Following them are The Blue Bloods, looking equally resolute but with an air of nobility that they carry wherever they go.

**Match Summary:**

The bell rings and chaos ensues almost immediately. Slater and Buck double-team one of the Blue Bloods, launching him into the ropes before delivering a devastating double clothesline. Meanwhile, the other member of The Blue Bloods retaliates with a European uppercut, sending Buck staggering back.

Midway through the match, the "Holy Shit" moment occurs. Slater is perched on the top rope, and as one of the Blue Bloods attempts to superplex him, Bunkhouse Buck interferes. This sets up Slater to hit a super DDT off the top rope onto a steel chair! The crowd goes absolutely berserk.

Both teams pull out all the stops, using every dirty trick they know. Eventually, Buck hits a surprise Bunkhouse Stampede on one of the Blue Bloods. Slater quickly follows it up with his finishing move, the Russian leg sweep. The ref counts to three, and Slater and Buck are the winners!

**Winner: Dick Slater & Bunkhouse Buck**

**Rating: 4.25 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "That was an action-packed match from start to finish, folks. Both teams gave it their all, but Slater and Buck were just a little bit better tonight."

Bobby Heenan: "I can't believe what I just saw! That super DDT was incredible. Now, let's see some hair get cut!"

**Post-Match: The Hair Shaving**

Slater and Buck, looking utterly triumphant, grab the barber's chairs and shears. The Blue Bloods, realizing their impending follicular doom, resist fervently. The crowd is on their feet, loving every tense moment.

After some struggle, they manage to strap one of the Blue Bloods to the chair. The shears come down, snipping away a considerable chunk of his once-prized hair. The other member of The Blue Bloods isn't as fortunate; despite his efforts to resist, he too gets a disastrous haircut, losing a sizable amount of his locks.

As The Blue Bloods hastily retreat, their dignity severely damaged and heads noticeably lighter, Slater and Buck stand in the ring, shears in hand, taunting them all the way to the locker room.

Tony Schiavone: "Well, they lost their hair and the match, a double whammy for The Blue Bloods."

Bobby Heenan: "I've seen a lot of things in wrestling, but this is one for the books. Incredible!"

**Seventh Match: DDP (Heel) vs. Johnny B Badd (Face)**

Diamond Dallas Page, accompanied by his signature swagger, steps into the ring as the crowd showers him with boos. Johnny B Badd isn't far behind, glittering robe and all, as he strides down the ramp to a mixed reaction. The tension is palpable; however, it's clear that this feud may have run its course.

**Match Summary:**

Both wrestlers square off in the center of the ring, starting with a lock-up that DDP quickly turns into a wristlock. Johnny B Badd reverses it into a hammerlock, but DDP counters with a hip toss. The bout sees a string of relatively uninspiring moves; it's clear the chemistry is lacking.

DDP tries to spice things up with a short-arm clothesline followed by an elbow drop, while Johnny B Badd attempts to rally the crowd with a dropkick and a head scissors takedown.

Towards the end, DDP attempts to land the Diamond Cutter, but Johnny B Badd counters. However, DDP, always the opportunist, rolls him up in a schoolboy pin, using the ropes for leverage unbeknownst to the referee. The referee counts the three, and DDP steals the win.

**Winner: DDP**

**Rating: 3.25 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "A win for DDP, but you have to admit, this feud seems to have lost its spark. They just didn't seem to click tonight."

Bobby Heenan: "Absolutely, Tony. You can only push a narrative so far if the chemistry isn't there. Maybe it's time for both of them to move on."

Given the lack of heat, it appears this feud might be coming to an unspectacular end. The wrestlers themselves seem aware of it as they exit, each possibly pondering what's next for them. This could be a feud that gets blown off soon, perhaps as early as the next episode of Nitro.

**Eighth Match: Big Bubba Rogers (Heel) vs. The Giant (Heel)**

The atmosphere is tense as Big Bubba Rogers walks down to the ring, scowling at the crowd. The tension skyrockets when The Giant makes his way to the ring, his imposing figure casting a shadow over the entire arena. Kevin Sullivan, the former leader of the Dungeon of Doom, is present but surprisingly keeps his interference to a minimum.

**Match Summary:**

Both giants stare down each other before locking up in the middle of the ring, pushing and pulling to test each other's strength. Eventually, The Giant gains an advantage with a massive shoulder block that sends Big Bubba sprawling to the canvas.

Big Bubba tries to mount a comeback with a series of punches and a big boot, but The Giant counters with a clothesline that almost decapitates him. The match consists of power moves, with each trying to outmuscle the other.

The Giant takes control with a scoop slam followed by a leg drop. Big Bubba tries to rally, delivering a sidewalk slam, but it barely fazes The Giant, who gets back up immediately.

As the match reaches its climax, The Giant hoists Big Bubba up for a chokeslam, planting him in the center of the ring. He goes for the pin and gets the three count, solidifying his dominance.

**Winner: The Giant**

**Rating: 3.5 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "The Giant secures another victory, and you have to wonder what this means for the dynamics of the Dungeon of Doom. Sullivan didn't interfere much; is this a sign of things to come?"

Bobby Heenan: "Who knows, Tony, but one thing's for sure—The Giant is not a man to be trifled with. He's a monster, plain and simple."

The Giant stands triumphant in the ring, sparing a glance at Sullivan, who seems pleased but not overly so. It's another win for The Giant, but the questions surrounding his relationship with Sullivan continue to loom.

**Ninth Match: Randy Savage (Heel) vs. Sting (Face) for the United States Championship**

The arena lights dim as "Pomp and Circumstance" blares through the speakers. Randy Savage, oozing machismo and disdain for everyone around him, saunters down the aisle. He's focused, eyes locked onto the ring, making it a point to ignore the jeering crowd. He climbs into the ring and taunts the audience, fully embracing his heel persona.

The lights then go up, and the iconic music for Sting hits. The crowd erupts as the Stinger sprints to the ring, full of energy and charisma. He's the antithesis of Savage tonight—beloved, cheerful, and fighting for the pride of the championship.

**Match Summary:**

The match begins with both men circling each other cautiously. Savage is the first to engage, executing a series of quick jabs and chops that force Sting to the corner. Sting counters by whipping Savage into the opposite corner and follows it up with a Stinger Splash. The crowd roars in approval.

Savage rolls out of the ring to catch his breath but also to show his utter contempt for the crowd. He takes his sweet time, jawing with fans at ringside and even grabbing a sign from a young fan to rip it in half. The crowd boos vociferously, but Savage soaks it in, enjoying every moment of their hatred.

Back in the ring, the two lock up again. The psychology of the match shines through as Savage begins working on Sting's arm, wrenching it with various holds and striking it whenever possible. He's cutting the ring in half, keeping Sting away from the ropes and the hopeful momentum shifts that come with them.

Sting eventually rallies, feeding off the crowd's energy. He reverses a hold into a back body drop and follows it up with a dropkick. Savage, reeling from the sudden shift, attempts a flying elbow drop but misses as Sting rolls away.

The Stinger mounts the turnbuckle, poised for a high-flying move. But as he leaps, Savage instinctively puts his knees up, countering the move and regaining control. Wasting no time, Savage quickly climbs the top rope and successfully lands his patented flying elbow drop.

Savage goes for the pin: 1, 2, 3.

**Winner: Randy Savage**

**Rating: 4.75 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What a match! The psychology, the storytelling, the sheer will to win; it had everything, Bobby!"

Bobby Heenan: "Savage is a genius in that ring, Tony. He knew exactly what he was doing, drawing energy from the crowd's disdain and using it to fuel his tactics. Sting put up an incredible fight, but tonight, the Macho Man was just one step ahead."

Tony Schiavone: "And with this win, Savage is your new United States Champion. A highly psychological match that has surely left a lasting impact on both competitors and the audience alike."

Savage stands in the ring, clutching the United States Championship belt. He gives one last sneer to the crowd before exiting, content with his victory but forever discontent with the world around him. It was a match full of emotion, strategy, and stellar wrestling, encapsulating the best of what the sport can offer.

**Tenth Match: Nasty Boys (Heel) vs. American Males (Heel, Champions) for the Tag Team Championship**

**Match Summary:**

The Nasty Boys, Jerry Sags and Brian Knobbs, make their way to the ring first. They lumber down the aisle, snarling and acting every bit as nasty as their names suggest. Once they're in the ring, the tension begins to rise.

Finally, the American Males, Marcus Bagwell and Scotty Riggs, make their entrance. With the Tag Team Championship belts glinting under the arena lights, they cockily stride into the ring, betraying their heel personas as they prepare to defend their titles.

The bell rings, and Marcus Bagwell and Jerry Sags start off the match. Sags goes for a quick clothesline, but Bagwell ducks and counters with a neckbreaker. Sags tags in Knobbs, who enters the ring but faces a double dropkick from the American Males.

Riggs is tagged in, and the American Males execute a double-suplex on Knobbs. Riggs goes for the pin but only gets a two-count. Knobbs then hits a low blow when the referee is distracted, changing the momentum.

Sags is tagged back in, and the Nasty Boys perform their signature double DDT on Riggs. They take turns pummeling him in the corner, keeping him isolated from his partner.

Bagwell eventually gets the hot tag and cleans house, hitting Sags with a flying crossbody and Knobbs with a spinning heel kick. Just as it looks like the American Males might retain, Knobbs sneaks a foreign object to Sags.

While the ref is busy admonishing Bagwell for arguing, Sags hits Riggs with the foreign object and quickly disposes of it. He then lands their finisher, the running powerslam, and covers Riggs for the three-count.

**Winner: Nasty Boys**

**Rating: 3 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Well, it wasn't pretty, but the Nasty Boys have done it. They are your new Tag Team Champions!"

Bobby Heenan: "That's how the Nasty Boys operate, Tony. They don't care about the rules; they care about results. And tonight, they got the result they wanted."

Tony Schiavone: "Indeed they did, but at what cost? Using a foreign object is not the way to win a championship, but for the Nasty Boys, any win is a good win."

As the Nasty Boys celebrate, their raucous laughter fills the arena. They grab the Tag Team Championship belts and hoist them high, indifferent to the boos cascading from the crowd. Their victory may be marred by controversy, but for them, the end justifies the means.

**Main Event: Ric Flair (Heel) vs. Hulk Hogan (Face, Champion) for the World Heavyweight Championship**

---

**Entrances:**

The arena dims, and "Also sprach Zarathustra" fills the air. Ric Flair, adorned in a sequin-covered robe, struts down the ramp. The Nature Boy is in the building, and he knows it. Woo!

Then, the opening riff of "Real American" blasts through the arena. Hulk Hogan emerges, the crowd erupting in a mix of cheers and boos. He's larger than life, and as he tears his shirt off at ringside, he steps into the squared circle, holding up the World Heavyweight Championship one last time before handing it to the referee.

---

**Match Summary:**

The bell rings. Both men lock up in a collar-and-elbow tie-up, Hogan overpowering Flair into the corner. They break, and Flair comes back with a knife-edge chop that echoes in the arena. Hogan counters with a scoop slam, then follows with an elbow drop.

Flair quickly pokes Hogan in the eyes while the referee is momentarily distracted, gaining the upper hand. He drags Hogan to the corner and executes a series of vicious chops. Hogan's chest is turning red, but just as it seems Flair has the control, Hogan hulks up. He absorbs a chop, points at Flair, and the crowd goes wild.

Hogan lands a series of punches, followed by an Irish whip and a big boot. He goes for his leg drop, but Flair rolls out of the way. Flair seizes this opportunity to drop a knee on Hogan's forehead, then lands a snap suplex. Not wasting a moment, Flair locks in the Figure-Four Leglock. The crowd is buzzing, Hogan is grimacing, but he doesn't tap. Instead, he manages to reverse the pressure, forcing Flair to break the hold.

Both men are exhausted. They're dripping sweat, visibly worn out but not willing to give an inch. Flair attempts a piledriver, but Hogan reverses it into a backdrop. Hogan lands a couple of elbow drops and signals for another big boot. He runs, but Flair pulls the referee in the way. The ref is down!

Seizing the moment, Flair takes out a pair of brass knuckles from his trunks and lands a loaded punch on Hogan. He tosses the knuckles away just as the referee regains consciousness. Flair goes for the cover: 1...2...no! Hogan kicks out, much to Flair’s disbelief.

Feeling the energy of the crowd, Hogan hulks up once more. He no-sells Flair’s desperate chops, points his finger at him and lands a thunderous big boot. But this time, he doesn’t go for the leg drop; he lifts Flair up and nails him with a running powerslam. He goes for the pin, but Flair grabs the bottom rope at the last second.

Suddenly, Flair catches Hogan in a small package out of nowhere: 1...2...3!

---

---

**Winner: Ric Flair**

**Rating: 5 stars**

**Match Note: Interesting Story**

---

In a shocking turn of events, Ric Flair grabs the World Heavyweight Championship and doesn't waste a second. He dashes up the ramp with the title held high, a mixture of a triumphant and relieved expression on his face. He doesn't even look back.

Hogan, meanwhile, sits up, a look of sheer disbelief etched across his face. Jimmy Hart rushes to his side, but Hogan's eyes are glued to Flair's disappearing figure at the top of the ramp. Slowly, disbelief turns to anger, an emotion clearly visible even from a distance.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, we have just witnessed an epic battle for the ages, and Ric Flair... Ric Flair has just high-tailed it out of here with the World Heavyweight Championship!"

Bobby Heenan: "That's why he's the dirtiest player in the game, and now, he's the World Heavyweight Champion! What a night!"

Tony Schiavone: "For all of us here, thank you for witnessing history. Hulk Hogan is beside himself in disbelief and anger, but the story tonight is that Ric Flair is once again the man to beat. Goodnight!"

The last image is of Hogan in the ring, almost shaking with fury, Jimmy Hart attempting to console him but failing. This is a man scorned, and the repercussions could be felt for months. The show goes off the air with that unforgettable image.

**Segment: Backstage Brawl between Big Bubba Rogers (with Kevin Sullivan) and The Giant**

---

As Nitro comes on the air, the cameras are already in motion, rushing through the backstage area. We can hear shouts and crashes echoing through the hallways, an indication that something intense is happening off-screen.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Monday Nitro! We're just kicking things off, and it seems like we already have an explosive situation backstage!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is why I love Nitro; we're not even a minute in, and there's already chaos!"

The camera finally catches up to the action. Big Bubba Rogers and The Giant are brawling near the equipment area. Kevin Sullivan stands a few feet away, shouting encouragement to Rogers. The two colossal men are trading heavy blows, neither willing to give an inch.

The Giant grabs Rogers and hurls him into a stack of crates, but Rogers rebounds quickly, tackling The Giant into a lighting rig. Sparks fly as both men struggle to their feet. Sullivan tries to interfere, swinging a lead pipe at The Giant, but The Giant bats it away. Before either man gains a significant advantage, security and backstage officials swarm in, pulling them apart.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Security finally intervening here, and thank goodness because who knows what kind of damage these two could have done!"

Bobby Heenan: "This feud between The Giant and Kevin Sullivan is really escalating, and Big Bubba Rogers is right in the thick of it!"

---

As the segment ends, we see The Giant and Rogers being restrained on opposite sides of the room. The tensions between The Giant and Sullivan, and by extension Rogers, have clearly escalated, setting the stage for more confrontations down the line.

**Effectiveness: 100%**

**Feud Heat: Increases by 15% to 29**

The screen fades out with the faces of The Giant and Big Bubba Rogers, both seething with rage, imprinted in our minds. And so begins another unpredictable episode of Monday Nitro.

**Match: Eddie Guerrero (F) vs Lord Steven Regal (H)**

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Up next, we have an exciting bout between Eddie Guerrero and Lord Steven Regal, who's looking, let's say, a little less regal than usual after that hair vs hair match at World War 3."

Bobby Heenan: "Regal might have lost some hair, but don't underestimate the man. He's got a mean streak a mile long!"

**Match Description:**

The match kicks off with both competitors locking up in the center of the ring. Regal quickly shifts into a wrist lock, but Guerrero counters with an athletic flip and reverses into a wrist lock of his own. The crowd cheers, clearly interested in the action.

Regal manages to break free and connects with a European uppercut that sends Guerrero staggering back. Regal follows it up with a textbook suplex, but Guerrero kicks out at two. Frustration is apparent on the freshly-shaved head of Regal.

Guerrero starts to gain momentum with a series of high-flying moves. He nails a tilt-a-whirl headscissors and then a perfect dropkick that sends Regal to the corner. Sensing an opportunity, Guerrero attempts a corner splash, but Regal sidesteps and Guerrero hits the turnbuckle hard.

Regal tries to lock in a Regal Stretch, but Guerrero rolls through and lands a hurricanrana, followed by a quick pin attempt. Regal kicks out but seems stunned. Guerrero seizes the moment, launching into the ropes and executing his patented Frog Splash. He hooks Regal's leg for the pin.

**1, 2, 3!**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "And Eddie Guerrero does it! What a match, folks!"

Bobby Heenan: "It was a fantastic match, and the crowd was eating it up! Despite his hair loss, Regal showed why he's not to be taken lightly. But tonight, Guerrero was just the better man."

**Winner: Eddie Guerrero**

**Rating: 4 Stars**

**Match Note: High Crowd Interest**

---

The crowd erupts in cheers as Guerrero's hand is raised in victory. Regal, although defeated, gives Guerrero a nod of respect before exiting the ring, his bald head glistening under the lights as he makes his way back up the ramp.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Welcome back to Monday Nitro! We're about to have Johnny B Badd address the WCW Universe. Let's see what he has to say."

Bobby Heenan: "After their somewhat lackluster feud, I'm interested to see where this goes."

**In-Ring Segment:**

Johnny B Badd's music hits, and he walks down to the ring with a microphone in hand. The crowd greets him with a mixture of cheers and curiosity.

Johnny B Badd: "Now, I know you all are wondering why I'm out here tonight. I've been doing some thinking, and I've realized something important. DDP, can you come out here?"

Diamond Dallas Page's music hits, and DDP walks out to the ring, flanked by Max Muscle. He seems cautious as he grabs a mic.

DDP: "Alright, Badd, I'm here. What's so important?"

Johnny B Badd: "Look, DDP, I've always looked up to you, man. You're a hell of a wrestler, and you know how to put on a show. We've had our differences, we've had our fights, but I'm done. I don't want to feud with you anymore."

DDP seems skeptical but listens intently.

Johnny B Badd: "I'm extending my hand to you, not as an enemy, but as someone who respects you. So what do you say, can we put this feud behind us?"

The crowd watches in anticipation as DDP considers the offer. After a moment of tension, he extends his hand and shakes Johnny B Badd's.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Wow, what a moment, folks! It looks like this feud is finally over."

Bobby Heenan: "I've got to give it to Badd for taking the high road. That's a rare quality in this business."

---

**Effectiveness: 90%**

**Feud Heat: Ends at 25** and a 3.5* feud

---

DDP leaves the ring and Johnny B Badd is left in the ring with a referee because his match is NEXT!

**Match: Johnny B Badd (F) vs. Harley Race (H)**

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Up next, we have Johnny B Badd taking on the legendary Harley Race. This should be interesting, especially after that emotional segment earlier."

Bobby Heenan: "You never know what's going to happen here in WCW. This could be explosive!"

---

**Match Summary:**

The match starts with Harley Race trying to overpower Johnny B Badd, using old-school wrestling techniques. Badd counters with his speed and agility, but neither man gains a clear advantage. The crowd seems a bit disengaged, possibly still buzzing from the emotional resolution between Badd and DDP.

Suddenly, Marcus "Buff" Bagwell storms into the ring, and without any warning, he attacks Johnny B Badd with a vicious clothesline from behind!

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Wait a minute, what is Marcus Bagwell doing here?!"

Bobby Heenan: "He's ruining the match is what he's doing!"

---

The referee immediately calls for the bell, signaling a disqualification due to Bagwell's interference.

**Winner: Johnny B Badd by DQ**

**Rating: 2.5 stars**

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Well, this match might not have lived up to the hype, but it looks like we've got the start of something between Marcus Bagwell and Johnny B Badd."

Bobby Heenan: "Sometimes, it's not about the match, Tony. It's about what comes next."

---

As Bagwell stands over a fallen Johnny B Badd, glaring at him with a newfound disdain, it's clear that this is only the beginning of a new chapter in WCW. Harley Race seems puzzled but also somewhat amused as he leaves the ring, letting the younger wrestlers sort out their issues.

**Expanded Segment: In-Ring Promo with Sting and Randy Savage**

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Monday Nitro! Strap in because we've got something special coming up."

Bobby Heenan: "Oh, do we ever, Tony. I can feel the tension in the air. After the events of World War 3, things are about to reach a boiling point!"

**The Arena:**

The arena lights dim and a spotlight shines on the entryway. A roar erupts from the crowd as Sting's music blasts through the arena. Wearing his signature face paint and a scowl to match, Sting strides to the ring, slapping hands with fans along the way.

---

**Sting in the Ring:**

Sting grabs a mic, takes a deep breath, and paces around the ring. "You know, I usually love coming out here, feeling the energy from all of you, the Stinger's fans!"

The crowd erupts into cheers, filling the arena with a wall of sound.

"But today," Sting's face turns stern, "today is different. Randy Savage, you tarnished everything that United States Championship stands for at World War 3!"

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Strong words from a clearly agitated Sting!"

Bobby Heenan: "Well, he's not wrong, Tony. That was a shady victory, even by my standards!"

---

**Sting Continues:**

Sting resumes, "Macho Man, you think you're something special because you've got that belt? That belt is only as good as the man who holds it. And let me tell you something, you don't deserve to call yourself a champion!"

The crowd bursts into applause and chants of "Sting! Sting! Sting!"

"So, Macho Man, I'm laying down the challenge. Right here, right now. I want my rematch!"

---

**Savage's Entrance:**

The crowd waits in heightened anticipation. The seconds feel like hours. Just when it seems like Randy Savage is going to no-show, "Pomp and Circumstance" begins to play. The camera pans to the top of the ramp where Savage appears, draped in his sparkling robe and the U.S. Championship slung over his shoulder.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Here he is! The Macho Man!"

Bobby Heenan: "Look at that smug look on his face. He loves keeping people waiting!"

---

**Randy Savage on the Mic:**

Savage lifts the mic to his lips, "Ooooh yeaaah, Sting, you're out here preaching to the choir, aren't you? But let me give you a little sermon of my own. I won this," he pats the championship belt, "fair and square, brother!"

The crowd erupts in boos, but Savage simply smirks and continues, "So you're all fired up and you want to fight? Oooh, I'm trembling. You'll get your rematch, Stinger. But it's not going to be tonight! No, tonight, you're going to have to dream about what could have been!"

Savage flips his sunglasses down and struts back through the curtain, leaving Sting fuming in the ring.

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What a cowardly act by Randy Savage, keeping us all hanging!"

Bobby Heenan: "That's psychological warfare, Tony. Savage knows what he's doing!"

---

**Segment Effectiveness: 100%**

---

The camera lingers on Sting's furious face as the crowd's disapproval for Savage reaches a cacophony. It's clear that this feud is far from over and the stakes have never been higher.

Tony Schiavone: "I can't believe what we're witnessing, folks. This is far from over!"

Bobby Heenan: "You're telling me, Tony. When these two finally clash again, the roof is going to blow off this place!"

The segment fades to black, but the story is far from over.

**WCW Monday Nitro: Match for the WCW TV Championship**

---

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, up next we have a match that could very well steal the show. We've got Jushin 'Thunder' Liger defending his TV Championship against the high-flying Brian Pillman!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is gonna be an aerial showcase, Tony. Get ready for some high-flying, jaw-dropping action!"

---

**Entrances:**

The arena dims and Brian Pillman's theme hits the PA system. Pillman rushes down the ramp, high-fiving fans, his face a picture of determination.

Jushin 'Thunder' Liger's music then hits, and the crowd erupts as the reigning TV Champion makes his way to the ring, adorned in his iconic mask and outfit.

---

**Match:**

* Ding, Ding, Ding!

Both men circle each other cautiously. They lock up, and Liger gains the upper hand with a quick arm drag. Pillman is up in a flash and delivers a dropkick that sends Liger backpedaling into the ropes.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Look at the agility on display here!"

Bobby Heenan: "These two are evenly matched, it's going to come down to who wants it more."

---

* Mid-Match Highlights:

Pillman attempts a springboard crossbody but Liger dodges, causing Pillman to crash and burn. Liger seizes the moment with a running Shooting Star Press but only gets a two-count.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "Near fall! Pillman just got his shoulder up!"

Bobby Heenan: "Liger is starting to find his rhythm, Pillman needs to regroup quickly."

---

* Closing Moments:

Pillman goes for a Tornado DDT but Liger counters, lifting Pillman and hitting a devastating Liger Bomb. Pillman looks out of it as Liger scales the turnbuckle.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "He's going for it, the signature 450 Splash!"

Bobby Heenan: "If he hits this, it's all over!"

Liger soars through the air, nailing the 450 Splash, and quickly hooks the leg.

* 1...2...3!

---

**Post-Match:**

Jushin 'Thunder' Liger stands victorious, retaining his TV Championship. The ref hands him the belt, and he celebrates in the ring as Pillman rolls out, visibly frustrated but respectful.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What a match! Both competitors gave it their all, but in the end, Jushin 'Thunder' Liger was just too much for Brian Pillman."

Bobby Heenan: "Credit where credit is due, both of these men put on a TV Championship match that we'll be talking about for weeks!"

---

Winner = Jushin Liger
**Match Rating: 3.5 Stars**

---

As the crowd showers Liger with cheers, the camera pans to a disappointed Pillman on the outside, making it clear that this rivalry may not be over just yet.

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, don't go away. We've still got a lot more action to come!"

The camera fades to black for the commercial break.

The arena lights dim as Ric Flair's iconic entrance music blares through the speakers. "Wooooo!" echoes from the crowd, a chorus in tribute to the 16-time World Champion. The Nature Boy makes his grand entrance, strutting down the aisle in a sparkling robe that could only be described as regal. His hand clutches the World Heavyweight Championship belt—his holy grail.

As Flair steps into the ring, he soaks in the atmosphere—a setting fit for a king. Gold and silver confetti rain down, framing him in a picture of victory. Velvet drapery adorns the ring ropes, each easel displaying a snapshot from his storied career: Flair with the championship belt from yesteryears, arms raised high, always the victor.

Climbing each turnbuckle in sequence, Flair holds the belt high above his head, the crowd's "Wooos" elevating in decibels with each display. Finally, he takes a microphone, almost unnecessary given the projection of his voice.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, feast your eyes on greatness," he starts, "Sixteen times, that's right, sixteen times your World Heavyweight Champion!"

He pauses, allowing for cheers and a chorus of "Woooo" to cascade through the crowd.

"Do you have any idea what it takes to be a 16-time world champion? Of course, you don't. Because there's only one man on God's green Earth who does. And you're looking at him!" He raises the belt for emphasis, his eyes almost glassy, overwhelmed by his own sense of accomplishment.

"I've walked that aisle, I've styled and profiled, and I've outshone every single wrestler who has ever set foot in this ring. And let me make this clear—I have no intention of stopping!"

Flair's voice crescendos, fueled by his own ego, his own legend. "So for all you contenders out there, get in line. Take a number. Because the Nature Boy is here to stay, and this," he pats the championship belt, "isn't going anywhere!"

He lets out a final, ear-piercing "Woooo!", setting the crowd ablaze. The camera cuts to various fans imitating his strut, his shout, his exuberance. But as the segment comes to a close, there are no challengers, no surprise attacks—just Ric Flair standing alone in the ring, basking in his own glory as the epitome of wrestling greatness.

The show cuts to commercial, but the image lingers—a spectacle of self-celebration, a tribute to a career like no other, a night where Ric Flair, the 16-time World Champion, reigns supreme without contest. And the world of wrestling, for that brief moment, revolves solely around him.

100% effectiveness

The show gets 4*

Jimmy Hart has let me know that he doesn't intend to stay on past his contract expiration in 5 months. While that isn't always written in stone hopefully I can make him happy enough to stay over that time.

On WWF Razor Ramon & Bret Hart scored a 4.25* segment in their feud

On ECW Raven and Norman Smiley scored a 4.25* segment in their feud

On USWA Jeff Jarrett scored a 4.25* segment on a solo promo while Billy Jack Haynes and Jesse James Armstrong held a 4.25* segment in their feud. Right before that though Jesse James Armstrong kicked off another feud with Tracy Smothers and ticked a 4.75* segment.

On NJPW Power Warrior Kensuke Sasaki and Shinya Hashimoto scored a 4.25* Segment in their feud

Nitro kicks off with a bang as Cruiserweight Champion Jushin "Thunder" Liger stands ready in the ring, his belt shining under the arena lights. The atmosphere is electric, but it's about to get even more intense. "Pomp and Circumstance" blasts through the speakers, and out comes the Macho Man Randy Savage, United States Championship over his shoulder.

"Oooh yeah! Two belts, that's how the Macho Man rolls, just like God intended!" Savage bellows into the camera, pointing at Liger's belt, before making his way into the ring.

As soon as the bell rings, it's a whirlwind of action. Liger brings his high-flying A-game, diving and flipping around the ring. But Savage is no slouch, retaliating with his signature elbow strikes and powerful slams. Just when it seems like Liger might secure a win, the crowd erupts.

Sting emerges from the backstage, baseball bat in hand. The Stinger makes a beeline for the ring, his eyes locked onto Savage. He slides into the ring, and before the Macho Man knows it, WHAM! Sting swings the bat, connecting squarely with Savage and sending him tumbling to the mat.

The ref immediately calls for the bell, signaling a disqualification. Savage loses, and Liger retains his championship. But the action is far from over. Sting, filled with a renewed sense of purpose, continues to attack Savage, landing punches and bat swings.

Savage tries to retaliate, but the element of surprise and Sting's unrelenting onslaught are too much. They spill out of the ring and brawl into the crowd, with Sting clearly having the upper hand. The two wrestling icons disappear into the backstage area, their feud set to explode.

As the camera cuts back to the ring, Liger clutches his belt, perhaps relieved that he gets to live another day as champion. But tonight, the story is about the emerging war between Sting and Randy Savage. And if this intense opening is any indication, Nitro promises to be a night full of drama and excitement.

Match: Lex Luger (N) vs. Alex Wright (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Well folks, coming up next we have the total package, Lex Luger, taking on 'Das Wunderkind' Alex Wright. Both men have something to prove here tonight."

Bobby Heenan: "Alex Wright is going to need more than dance moves to take down a powerhouse like Lex Luger, Tony!"

Match Summary:

The match kicks off with Alex Wright showing off his agility, trying to keep Luger on his toes with a flurry of arm drags and dropkicks. However, Luger quickly regains his footing and delivers a powerful clothesline that sends Wright spiraling to the canvas.

Wright attempts a high-risk maneuver from the top rope but is caught in mid-air by Luger, who smoothly transitions into a devastating backbreaker. Seeing the opportunity, Luger hoists Wright onto his shoulders and applies the Torture Rack. The screams of agony fill the arena as Alex Wright is forced to tap out.

Winner: Lex Luger

Rating: 2.5 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "And just like that, Lex Luger shows why he's one of the most dominant forces in WCW. What a decisive victory!"

Bobby Heenan: "I told you, Tony, when it comes to raw power, few can match Lex Luger. Alex Wright learned that the hard way."

As Lex Luger celebrates his victory, flexing his biceps and soaking in the cheers from the crowd, it's clear that he remains a force to be reckoned with in WCW. Alex Wright, on the other hand, rolls out of the ring, his youthful enthusiasm dampened by a loss to the more experienced and stronger Lex Luger.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, we were expecting a match between Johnny B Badd and Marcus Bagwell, but what's going on here?"

Bobby Heenan: "Look at that, someone's attacking Johnny B Badd on the ramp! Who could it be?"

Segment Summary:

Johnny B Badd is making his way to the ring, excited for his showdown with Marcus "Buff" Bagwell. However, a masked assailant suddenly sprints from the backstage area and ambuscades Badd on the ramp. The masked attacker pummels Badd mercilessly, leaving him battered and bruised.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "This is absolutely uncalled for! Who is that man?"

Bobby Heenan: "Whoever he is, he's giving Johnny B Badd a beating he won't forget!"

Segment Summary:

The attacker lifts the beaten Johnny B Badd and slowly walks him down to the ring, rolling him inside like a broken doll. Bagwell watches from the ring, puzzled but not intervening. The masked man then starts walking back up the ramp but changes his walk mid-way.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Wait a minute... that walk looks familiar. Could it be?"

Bobby Heenan: "I've seen that swagger before, Tony!"

Segment Summary:

The masked assailant reaches the top of the ramp and dramatically removes his mask, revealing none other than Lord Steven Regal! The crowd erupts into boos and jeers as Regal smirks, satisfied with his deception and ambush.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Oh my God, it's Lord Steven Regal! What's he doing here? What business does he have with Johnny B Badd?"

Bobby Heenan: "Regal just turned this into a whole new game, Tony. Things in WCW are heating up like never before!"

As Regal stands at the top of the ramp soaking in the animosity from the crowd, the camera cuts to a battered Johnny B Badd in the ring and Marcus Bagwell looking as confused as everyone else. The tension is palpable, and it's clear this saga is far from over.

Match: Johnny B Badd (F) vs. Marcus "Buff" Bagwell (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Well folks, after that shocking interruption by Lord Steven Regal, we're now finally getting the match we were supposed to have—Johnny B Badd versus Marcus Bagwell."

Bobby Heenan: "Don't count your chickens yet, Tony. Regal's still lurking around. Anything could happen."

Match Summary:

The match officially starts with Johnny B Badd clearly disoriented and not fully recovered from the earlier attack. Marcus Bagwell takes advantage of this, landing some solid blows and performing high-impact moves. However, Johnny B Badd shows his resilience by attempting to mount a comeback.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Johnny B Badd is showing some heart here, despite the earlier assault."

Bobby Heenan: "He better watch his back. Look who's coming down the aisle!"

Match Summary:

Just as Badd seems to be getting back into the match, Lord Steven Regal reappears, making his way down to the ring. The distraction is enough to throw Badd off his game. Regal walks around the ring, staring menacingly and gesturing at Badd.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "This is absolutely unfair. Regal's just tormenting Johnny B Badd at this point."

Bobby Heenan: "Well, it may not be fair, but it's certainly effective!"

Match Summary:

Distracted and visibly shaken, Johnny B Badd fails to defend against a sudden move by Marcus Bagwell, who takes advantage of the situation to score the pin.

Winner: Marcus "Buff" Bagwell

Rating: 1.5 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Marcus Bagwell gets the win, but let's be honest, he had more than a little help."

Bobby Heenan: "A win's a win, Tony. You use whatever advantage you can get!"

As Marcus Bagwell celebrates his dubious victory, Lord Steven Regal smirks from the outside, clearly pleased with his handiwork. Johnny B Badd lies in the ring, frustrated and overwhelmed, as it becomes evident that the issues between him and Regal are far from settled.

Segment: Backstage Promo by Kevin Sullivan (H) Directed at The Giant (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, we're taking you backstage where Kevin Sullivan has requested time to speak. He's got something on his mind, and it's about The Giant."

Bobby Heenan: "Whenever Sullivan speaks, you can bet it's going to be eerie. This should be good."

Segment Summary:

The camera cuts to Kevin Sullivan, his face stern and eyes piercing. He stands in a dimly lit area backstage, adding to the ominous atmosphere.

Kevin Sullivan: "Giant, do you remember the past? Do you remember when I used to guide you, steer your path of destruction? You turned your back on me, you betrayed the loyalty, the family! Well, let me tell you something, Giant. You might think you're invincible, but every monster has his downfall, every giant has his David. And it's time for you to realize that I haven't forgotten. I haven't forgotten the slights, the betrayals, the backstabbing!"

Kevin Sullivan continues, his voice growing more intense: "You walk around here like you own the place, but remember, I'm the one who knows your weaknesses. I'm the man who knows how to take you down, how to bury you! You may be preoccupied with my new minion Bubba Rogers, but don't forget who made you what you are. And I won't rest, I won't sleep, I won't find peace until I've brought you down from that mountain you've placed yourself on, until I've buried you in the rubble of your own making!"

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Strong, chilling words from Kevin Sullivan there. He's clearly not letting go of the past."

Bobby Heenan: "When Sullivan holds a grudge, it's like etching it in stone. The Giant should be worried."

Segment Rating: 2.75 stars

Feud Heat: Climbs slightly to 97

only 65% effectiveness

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "The heat between these two is almost unbearable. I can't imagine what's going to happen when they eventually collide."

Bobby Heenan: "It's going to be like a volcano erupting, Tony. And I, for one, can't wait to see it!"

The camera fades out on Kevin Sullivan's scowling face, making it clear that this feud is far from over and the tension between him and The Giant is only escalating.

Match: Harlem Heat (F) w/ Sensational Sherri vs. The Blue Bloods (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "We've got tag team action up next! Harlem Heat with Sensational Sherri at their side, facing off against The Blue Bloods. This could be the start of something big, folks."

Bobby Heenan: "Harlem Heat is fiery, but The Blue Bloods have that European style and finesse. This will be interesting!"

Match Summary:

The match begins with Harlem Heat's Stevie Ray and The Blue Bloods' Lord Steven Regal in the ring. Both teams showcase their distinct styles: Harlem Heat with their high-energy, aggressive approach, and The Blue Bloods focusing on mat wrestling and technical skill. After several minutes of back-and-forth action, Sensational Sherri tries to intervene on behalf of Harlem Heat, but her plans backfire, leading to some miscommunication between Booker T and Stevie Ray.

Seizing the moment, The Blue Bloods manage to execute a perfect double team move on Stevie Ray, leading to a pinfall.

Winner: The Blue Bloods

Rating: 3.25 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "What a match! The Blue Bloods capitalized on that mistake from Harlem Heat, and they take the win."

Bobby Heenan: "A win like this is going to stir the pot, Tony. The tag team division just got a lot more exciting!"

Feud Heat: Kicks off at 21 heat

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "It's clear that these two teams have a lot of issues to sort out. This feud is just starting, and it's already heating up!"

Bobby Heenan: "Oh, you better believe it. Harlem Heat won't take this loss lying down, and The Blue Bloods are certainly not going to give up their newfound momentum."

With tensions rising and a new feud beginning, both teams exit the ring, glaring at each other as they head backstage. The landscape of the WCW tag team division has shifted, and it's anyone's guess where it will lead.

Tony Schiavone: "Hold on, folks, we're hearing that there's something going on backstage. We're going to switch to our camera crew back there. What's happening?!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is live TV, Tony! Anything can happen!"

Backstage Segment:

Camera crews rush through the backstage area, finally catching up to Randy Savage as he furiously kicks open door after door, searching for Sting. His eyes are wild, and you can see the rage building. Finally, he finds Sting in one of the dressing rooms. Without a word, Savage lunges at him, surprising the Stinger.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "My God, Savage has found Sting, and it looks like he's out for blood!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is chaos! Pure chaos!"

Backstage Segment:

Security and other wrestlers try to break up the fight multiple times, but each time they manage to separate Savage and Sting, the two break free and go at it again, fists flying and both men landing heavy blows. It's a complete melee, and it's clear that the animosity between these two is at a boiling point.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "We've got personnel trying to separate them, but they just keep going back at it!"

Bobby Heenan: "You can't stop something like this, Tony. This is personal!"

As the camera captures the unrelenting chaos, the credits for WCW Nitro start to roll on the screen.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, we're out of time! We have to go!"

Bobby Heenan: "Don't miss next week, this war is far from over!"

The last image before the broadcast ends is Savage and Sting being pulled apart yet again, both their faces twisted in fury, setting the stage for what promises to be an explosive continuation of their feud.

The show only earns 3*

We double WWF viewership

Savage has now 'marked out' with his Macho Man gimmick

Feud begins b/w The Blue Bloods and Harlem Heat as to who the better Tag Team is

Bagwell and Badd have now begun a jealousy feud

On Raw Razor Ramon and Bret Hart continue their feud 4.25*
Waylon Mercy plays a trick on Bret Hart in a silly segment that gets 4.25*
But the show opened with Hart laying down the law and getting a 5* segment on his solo promo

On ECW Psicosis and Raven put up a 4.25* segment
New Jack and Sandman went at it in a 4.75* segment that begins their feud

On USWA Billy Jack Haynes and Jerry Lawler kick off a feud and a 4.75* segment

On NJPW Tatsumi Fujinami and Antonio Inoki went at it and earned 4.25*
Akira Nogami and Fujinami has a run in prior to the match and picked up 4.25*

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another electrifying episode of WCW Monday Nitro! Wait a minute, we're getting word that something's happening in the parking lot. Let's go there right now!"

Bobby Heenan: "Already? We just started the show!"

Backstage Segment:

The camera crew rushes to the parking lot just in time to see The Giant attacking Kevin Sullivan as he's arriving at the building. The Giant is relentless, landing heavy blows and showing no mercy. Sullivan tries to defend himself but is clearly overmatched.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Oh my! The Giant is taking it to Kevin Sullivan in the parking lot! This is intense!"

Bobby Heenan: "The Giant is getting his revenge, Tony. Sullivan had this coming."

Backstage Segment:

Just when it looks like The Giant is about to deliver a final devastating move, Big Bubba Rogers rushes into the frame. Sensing the new arrival, The Giant pauses, gives both Sullivan and Rogers a menacing look, and then slinks away back into the building.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Here comes Big Bubba Rogers! The Giant decides to retreat, but the damage has been done."

Bobby Heenan: "Wise move by The Giant. He made his point, and there'll be another day to settle scores."

Sullivan is left beside his car, nursing his wounds, a grimace of pain and anger on his face as he watches The Giant disappear into the building.

Tony Schiavone: "What an explosive way to start Nitro! Don't go away, we've got a jam-packed show for you tonight!"

Bobby Heenan: "If this is how we're starting, I can't wait to see what's next."

Very Good segment - 100% effectiveness
The feud picks up 10% heat to 108 and that was HOT segment

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, as we try to catch our breath from that explosive opening, we've got something special for you now—a prepackaged interview segment featuring none other than Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan!"

Bobby Heenan: "Two legends, two icons, and a whole lot of ego in one interview. This should be good."

Prepackaged Interview Segment:

The scene shifts to a split screen. On one side is Ric Flair, the World Heavyweight Champion, sitting comfortably with the title belt draped over his shoulder. On the other is Hulk Hogan, visibly irritated but focused. The interviewer, revealed to be the legendary "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, sits at a desk with a WCW backdrop.

Dusty Rhodes: "Alright, alright, alright! This is the 'American Dream' Dusty Rhodes, and I'm here with two of the greatest to ever lace up the boots—'Nature Boy' Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan. Gentlemen, what's the current state of your rivalry?"

Ric Flair: "Woo! Dusty, the current state is simple—I'm the man to beat! Hogan had his shot, and he fell short. Now the gold is where it belongs, custom-made from head to toe!"

Hulk Hogan: "Well let me tell you something, brother! Flair may have snuck away with the title, but he hasn't beaten Hulkamania. This is far from over, dude!"

Dusty Rhodes: "Hogan, after losing the title, what's next for you?"

Hulk Hogan: "The next step, Dream, is to get what belongs to me. Flair may have the belt, but he doesn't have the heart of a champion. I'm coming for you, Ric!"

Ric Flair: "Ha! Hogan, you've got another thing coming if you think you're taking this title away from me. To be the man, you gotta beat the man, and you are looking at the man! Woo!"

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Wow, what an interview! The tension between these two is off the charts!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is a powder keg waiting to explode, Tony. I can't wait to see when these two clash again!"

Tony Schiavone: "Neither can I, Brain. What a time to be a part of WCW!"

Match: Lex Luger (N) vs. Scotty Riggs (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Up next, we have 'The Total Package' Lex Luger facing off against Scotty Riggs. After the intensity we've witnessed between Hogan and Flair, this should be another barn burner!"

Bobby Heenan: "Luger's got the experience and the muscle, Tony. Riggs will need more than luck to pull off a win here."

Match Summary:

The match kicks off with a test of strength, Luger easily overpowering Riggs and pushing him into the corner. Riggs counters with speed, throwing a series of kicks and dropkicks, but it's not enough to keep Luger down. A brief moment outside the ring sees Riggs attempting a high-flying maneuver, but Luger catches him, slamming him into the barricade.

Back inside the squared circle, Riggs finds a second wind, landing a few good strikes and even securing a two-count after a crossbody from the top rope. Just when it looks like Riggs might turn the tide, Luger locks in his Torture Rack. Riggs can't withstand the pain and taps out.

Winner: Lex Luger

Rating: 3 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Lex Luger proves once again why he's 'The Total Package.' A dominant win tonight."

Bobby Heenan: "Riggs put up a good fight, but it was clear from the get-go, this was Luger's match to lose."

Tony Schiavone: "Another exciting match in the books, and folks, we're far from done. Stay tuned for more WCW Nitro action!"

Segment: Backstage Promo with Marcus "Buff" Bagwell

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "We're taking you backstage now, where it looks like Marcus 'Buff' Bagwell has something to say."

Bobby Heenan: "After the chaos last week, I can only imagine what's on his mind."

Backstage Promo:

Marcus Bagwell: "Last week, Lord Steven Regal decided to stick his nose where it doesn't belong. But let me make something clear: I didn't need his help to beat Johnny B Badd. I had it all under control, and I would've walked away with the win."

(Suddenly, Johnny B Badd appears in the frame, lunging at Bagwell. He unleashes a flurry of punches, and the two wrestlers tumble over some nearby production equipment.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Oh my goodness! Johnny B Badd just ambushed Bagwell during his promo!"

Bobby Heenan: "It looks like Johnny B Badd has had enough of the talk and wants to settle things the old-fashioned way!"

(Security rushes in to pull the two brawlers apart, but not before Johnny B Badd lands one more solid punch to Bagwell's face.)

Marcus Bagwell: (Grimacing and touching his jaw) "You think this is over, Badd? This is far from over!"

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "High tension backstage between Bagwell and Badd. This feud is escalating, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here."

Bobby Heenan: "Neither can I, Tony. When these two finally meet in the ring again, you better believe it's going to be explosive!"

Tony Schiavone: "Indeed, Bobby, indeed. Let's get back to the action in the ring!"

Segment: Hallway Brawl Between The Blue Bloods and Harlem Heat

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, we can't even catch our breath here tonight. Our camera crew is picking up another altercation further up the hall."

Bobby Heenan: "You said it, Tony! The tension in WCW right now is like a powder keg ready to explode!"

Hallway Brawl:

(The Blue Bloods, Earl Robert Eaton and Lord Steven Regal, are engaged in a heated discussion with Harlem Heat, Booker T and Stevie Ray, along with their manager Sensational Sherri. As the camera crew gets closer, Lord Steven Regal throws the first punch at Booker T, and all hell breaks loose.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Oh, my! Lord Steven Regal just took a swing at Booker T, and now it's chaos!"

Bobby Heenan: "WCW has never been this out of control! And I love it!"

(The brawl spills over, knocking down a set of steel chairs lined against the wall. Harlem Heat and The Blue Bloods are trading punches and kicks. Sensational Sherri tries to intervene but ultimately steps back as the fight intensifies.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Security needs to get a handle on this, and fast. We have fights breaking out all over the place!"

Bobby Heenan: "These teams have significant history, and it looks like neither is willing to back down. This isn't just a fight; this is a statement!"

(Security finally arrives to separate the two teams, but the glares and shouts make it clear that this fight is far from over.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Wow, what a night! If this is any indication of what's to come, WCW fans are in for an unforgettable ride!"

Bobby Heenan: "I've been in this business a long time, Tony, and I've never seen anything like this. The tension here is palpable, and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds!"

Tony Schiavone: "Neither can I, Bobby. Let's head back to the ring for more action. Stay with us, folks; you don't want to miss what happens next!"

Segment: Bubba Rogers Hunts Down The Giant, Leading to a Brawl

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "We're back on WCW Nitro, and we're following Bubba Rogers backstage. He looks like he's on the hunt for something, or someone!"

Bobby Heenan: "That someone is The Giant, Tony! This place is like a powder keg ready to blow!"

Backstage Brawl:

(Camera trails behind Bubba Rogers as he stalks through the backstage maze. Finally, his eyes lock onto The Giant. With a war cry, Rogers charges and the two titans collide, initiating a furious brawl that sends them crashing through equipment.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "My God, look at this chaos! Bubba Rogers and The Giant are going at it backstage!"

Bobby Heenan: "They're like two bulls in a china shop, Tony! This is insanity!"

Ring Brawl:

(The fight escalates and finds its way to the ring. The Giant gains an advantage, hoists Rogers up by his neck, and it looks like he's about to deliver his infamous chokeslam.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "The Giant's got him! He's going for the chokeslam!"

Bobby Heenan: "This could be the end for Bubba Rogers!"

(Just as The Giant is about to execute the chokeslam, Rogers wriggles free and escapes out of the ring.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Unbelievable! Rogers narrowly avoids the chokeslam!"

Bobby Heenan: "Rogers had a life-flashing-before-his-eyes moment there, no doubt about it!"

(The Giant stands in the ring, pointing furiously at the retreating Rogers and Sullivan, making it clear this battle is far from over.)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Rogers escapes this time, but the tension between these men is through the roof!"

Bobby Heenan: "There's a storm brewing, Tony, and when it breaks, you don't want to be in its path!"

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, don't go away! More WCW Nitro action coming your way!"

JOW: Dawn of the Monday Night Wars (WCW Side)

### Match: Randy Savage (H)vs. Arn Anderson (F) for the WCW US Championship

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Ladies and gentlemen, get ready because up next is our main event! Randy Savage is set to take on Arn Anderson for the WCW United States Championship!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "This is the kind of action you only see here in WCW, Tony! Two legends, one title. Let's get this show on the road!"

#### Match Summary:

The match begins with a bang as both wrestlers come flying out of their corners. Arn goes for a quick suplex, but Savage blocks and counters with a backdrop. The crowd is electric, sensing that they're in for something special tonight.

Both men continue to trade moves, Savage with his high-flying attacks, Arn with his technically sound mat wrestling. Arn targets Savage's leg, attempting to weaken him for his patented Spinebuster, while Savage uses every opportunity to go to the top rope.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Arn is trying to ground Savage, keep him from using that top rope to his advantage."

**Bobby Heenan**: "Well, that's smart wrestling, Tony. You can't let a man like Savage get air beneath his feet."

As the match progresses, both men start showing signs of fatigue. The atmosphere is tense; the crowd can sense that one big move could swing the momentum entirely. Finally, Arn hits a massive Spinebuster and goes for the pin, but Savage kicks out at 2.9!

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "What a Spinebuster from Arn Anderson, but it’s not enough!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "I can't believe it, Tony! How did Savage kick out of that?"

Summoning his last reserves of energy, Savage reverses an Arn DDT attempt into a backslide pin. 1, 2, 3! Savage is still the WCW United States Champion!

#### Winner: Randy Savage

#### Rating: 4.5 stars

#### Post-Match Celebration:

Savage, ever the showman, climbs the turnbuckle and hoists the championship belt high above his head. He's visibly emotional, soaking in the jeers of the crowd.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "savage is still the WCW United States Champion! What a win for Randy Savage!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "You can't argue with that performance, Tony. Pure guts and determination!"

Suddenly, Savage grabs a mic and screams into the camera: "You see this, Sting? This is just the beginning! I want you!"

The arena goes dark, and when the lights come back on, it's Sting! He’s at the entrance ramp and makes his way to the ring.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "My God, it’s Sting! Sting is here!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "Things are about to get even more intense, Tony!"

Sting and Savage finally stand nose to nose in the ring, the tension palpable. The crowd is electric. They talk to each other, threats whispered, not a single punch thrown.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Look at this, ladies and gentlemen. Two icons, face to face! What a way to end Nitro!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "You could cut this tension with a knife, Tony! This is a powder keg ready to explode!"

As the camera pulls back, capturing this electric moment, we go off the air, leaving the audience salivating for what comes next.

End segment is 4.25*
Their feudstarts at 59!

The show almost earns 4*

Stings Surfer Sting gimick progressed from Average to Good

We more than double WWF's viewership

On USWA Billy Jack Haynes and Jess James Armstrong had a segment that scored 4.75*
Sweet Georgia Brown turned heel

On WWF Razor Ramon and Psycho Sid began a feud with a 4.25* segment
while the Undertaker and Razonr Ramon held a 4.5* segment
Men on a Mission won a 4 team tornado match to capture the Tag Team Championships over The Bushwhackers, the 1-2-3 kid & Razor Ramon, and DDS & Bigelow
Psycho Sid def the Undertaker to retain the WWF All Action Title in a Brawl for All match and they also begin a feud

On ECW Raven took to the ring for an "I quit" promo that garnered 4.25* but also signifies some time off for Raven and Beulah
Prior to that Raven went nose to nose with Norman Smiley and scored a 4.25* segment but this feud will be on pause for a few months due to Raven's I quit segment

In WAW The Liverpool Lads def the Superflys for the WAW world Tag Team Championships and Jamaica George and Roy Knight went to a time limit draw in a match for the WAW British Heavyweight Championship so the belt did not change hands.

and we only have 1 show to Starrcade

#### Backstage Confrontation:

As Johnny B Badd steps out of his car in the dimly lit parking lot, he spots Marcus "Buff" Bagwell leaning casually against a nearby vehicle. It's clear that Bagwell has been waiting for this moment.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Folks, we've got tension building backstage as Johnny B Badd arrives and finds Marcus Bagwell waiting for him."

**Bobby Heenan**: "You can cut the tension with a knife, Tony! It's like a powder keg back there!"

#### Confrontation:

Johnny B Badd: "Bagwell, what's the deal? You stalking me now?"

Marcus Bagwell: "Stalking you? Please, I'm giving you the courtesy of facing you man-to-man before Starrcade. No ambush, no tricks."

Johnny B Badd: "Oh, how considerate of you. So you've decided to grow a conscience?"

Marcus Bagwell: "Conscience has nothing to do with it. I want to beat you fair and square so there are no excuses when you lose."

Johnny B Badd: "Is that right? You're going to need more than courtesy to beat me at Starrcade, let me tell you that."

Marcus Bagwell: "Courtesy won't be what I bring to the ring, Johnny. I'll bring skill, stamina, and a will to win. And you? What will you bring, aside from your usual theatrics?"

Johnny B Badd: "I'll be bringing the fight you've been asking for, Bagwell. Get ready for a lesson in humility."

Both men lock eyes, the tension thickening. It's a standoff neither wants to end, but they eventually pull away, reserving their physical energy for Starrcade but leaving a palpable sense of unfinished business hanging in the air.

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Wow, just wow. The electricity between these two is unbelievable. Starrcade can't come soon enough!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "Mark my words, Tony, the fireworks between Johnny B Badd and Marcus Bagwell at Starrcade are going to be epic. Epic!"

#### Match: The Renegade (F) vs. Alex Wright (H)

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Kicking things off tonight, we have The Renegade going up against Alex Wright. This is an interesting match-up. What do you think, Bobby?"

**Bobby Heenan**: "Interesting is one way to put it, Tony. Let's see how this plays out."

#### Match Summary:

The match starts with The Renegade rushing Alex Wright, trying to catch him off guard with his frenetic energy. Wright uses his technical skills to evade and counter, but it's clear the match lacks a certain chemistry. The crowd seems disinterested as both wrestlers struggle to find their rhythm.

After some back-and-forth with minimal impact, The Renegade finally gains the upper hand. He lands a few heavy blows, throws Alex Wright into the ropes, and finishes him off with a running clothesline for the pin.

#### Winner: The Renegade

#### Rating: 1 star

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Well, that was a quick one, and not necessarily in a good way. The Renegade picks up the win, but this match was missing something."

**Bobby Heenan**: "Yeah, like wrestling skill. But hey, a win is a win, and The Renegade will take it."

The Renegade celebrates briefly before exiting the ring, his victory doing little to raise the match's low energy level. It's clear that both wrestlers will need to up their game if they hope to make an impact at Starrcade.

#### Segment: Sting's Promo

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Ladies and gentlemen, we're back from commercial, and would you listen to that crowd! The Stinger is about to make his entrance!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "Here comes the man who defines WCW, Tony. Let's hear what Sting has to say!"

Bright neon lights accompany the upbeat rock music as Sting, adorned in his colorful face paint and scorpion-themed attire, rushes down to the ring, high-fiving fans along the way. He leaps into the ring and grabs a mic, the crowd’s "Sting! Sting! Sting!" chants filling the arena.

#### Sting's Promo:

**Sting**: "Whooo! The Stinger is in the house! Hey, all my little Stingers out there, are you feeling good tonight?"

The crowd erupts into cheers.

**Sting**: "That's right! Because we're talking about Starrcade, the granddaddy of 'em all! And Macho Man, you've been running around here, talking about being the man, huh? Well, let me tell you something, brother, you haven't been the man until you've beat the man, and that's Sting!"

The crowd roars in approval.

**Sting**: "I've gone toe-to-toe with the best. I've battled legends and come out the other side. And Randy, you’re just another chapter in the book of Sting!"

More cheers fill the arena.

**Sting**: "It's not about titles and it's not about your ego, it's about respect! And at Starrcade, that US Championship is going to mean more than just a belt, it’s going to mean respect!"

**Sting**: "So, Savage, let's do this! You, me, one-on-one at Starrcade! Let's give these fans a show they'll never forget!"

The crowd goes ballistic at the match confirmation.

**Sting**: "Macho Man, come Starrcade, you're gonna feel the Stinger's Sting! And that US Championship is coming home with me!"

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Incredible, Bobby! Sting has laid down the challenge, and it’s one that will surely rock the foundation of WCW!"

**Bobby Heenan**: "This is what it's all about, Tony. Respect, legacy, and championship gold. Starrcade can't come soon enough!"

Sting tosses the mic aside and raises his arms, sending the crowd into another round of ecstatic cheers. As the camera zooms in on his excited, painted face, the anticipation for Starrcade becomes palpable.

#### Segment: Video Package on Flair and Hogan Feud

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Ladies and gentlemen, you've just heard from Sting and the monumental clash he'll have with Macho Man Randy Savage at Starrcade. But let's not forget another marquee matchup we're about to witness."

**Bobby Heenan**: "Absolutely, Tony! We're talking about Ric Flair versus Hulk Hogan. If you're new to wrestling, first of all, where have you been? And secondly, we've got something special for you. We're about to dive into one of the most storied rivalries in professional wrestling history!"

**Video Package Starts**

The video package starts with grainy footage from the late '80s. The narrator's voice chimes in:

**Narrator**: "Two legends, destined to collide. Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair. For years, they've defined what it means to be a wrestling superstar."

Footage rolls of a younger Ric Flair, robe flowing, as he holds up championship belts. Then it cuts to Hulk Hogan, his arm being raised by referees, thousands of fans ("Hulkamaniacs") cheering him on.

**Narrator**: "In one corner, the Nature Boy. Fouteen-time World Champion, the stylin', profilin', limousine ridin', jet flyin', kiss-stealin', wheelin' n' dealin' son of a gun."

We see Flair's famous strut, his chops, and then a clip of him shouting, "To be the man, you gotta beat the man!"

**Narrator**: "In the opposite corner, the Immortal Hulk Hogan. A man who turned professional wrestling into a global phenomenon."

Hogan's iconic moments flash across the screen: ripping his shirt, flexing his 24-inch pythons, and leg-dropping opponent after opponent.

**Narrator**: "Now, in a feud reignited, they seek to settle the score once and for all. Who is the true icon? Who is the real World's Champion?"

Dramatic music swells as the video shows the most recent confrontations between Flair and Hogan, each man equally determined and fierce.

**Narrator**: "At Starrcade, two legends will collide, but only one will emerge as the icon, the symbol, the epitome of professional wrestling."

**Video Package Ends**

#### Commentary:

**Tony Schiavone**: "Wow, just wow. If that video package doesn't give you chills, I don't know what will."

**Bobby Heenan**: "I've got goosebumps, Tony. The sheer history between these two men is staggering, and it all comes to a head at Starrcade."

**Tony Schiavone**: "Indeed, it's a clash for the ages, and it's only at Starrcade! Folks, you do not want to miss this!"

Segment: Backstage Confrontation Between The Giant and Kevin Sullivan

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Folks, we've got a volatile situation backstage. Let's take you there now!"

The camera cuts to backstage where The Giant and Kevin Sullivan are in a heated verbal exchange. Their faces are red, and their voices are raised.

Kevin Sullivan: "You think you can just attack me like that and get away with it?!"

The Giant: "I've had enough of you, Sullivan! You're nothing but a snake!"

Just then, the General Manager of the night, wrestling legend Dusty Rhodes, steps in between them.

Dusty Rhodes: "Listen up, baby! Y'all been at each other's throats for weeks now. It's time to settle this!"

Sullivan and The Giant both turn to face Rhodes, tension filling the air.

Dusty Rhodes: "So I've got some news for you two. You want to tear each other apart? You're gonna do it at Starrcade... in a Steel Cage Match!"

The camera captures the stunned expressions on both The Giant and Sullivan's faces.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Wow! What an announcement by our General Manager for the night, Dusty Rhodes!"

Bobby Heenan: "A Steel Cage Match at Starrcade? This is going to be off the charts!"

The camera focuses once more on The Giant and Sullivan, both men now eyeing each other with even greater animosity, realizing the magnitude of the fight that awaits them.

Tony Schiavone: "It's official, folks. The Giant vs. Kevin Sullivan in a Steel Cage Match at Starrcade. That's one you won't want to miss!"

Match: Johnny B Badd (F) vs. Scotty Riggs (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Up next, we have Johnny B Badd taking on Scotty Riggs. Can Johnny B Badd focus after the distraction we saw earlier tonight?"

Bobby Heenan: "Well, you know what they say, Tony. Distractions make for great wrestling, or something like that."

Match Summary:

Johnny B Badd starts off strong, hitting a few high-flying moves and getting the crowd behind him. Scotty Riggs counters with some technical wrestling but struggles to get the upper hand. Just when it seems like Badd is about to go for his finisher, Marcus "Buff" Bagwell appears at ringside.

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "And look who's here! Marcus Bagwell! What's he doing here?"

Bobby Heenan: "I told you, distractions make for great wrestling!"

Taking advantage of the distraction, Riggs hits a quick move and rolls Badd up for the pin, stealing the victory.

Winner: Scotty Riggs

Rating: 2.25 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Well, thanks to some underhanded tactics by Marcus Bagwell, Scotty Riggs steals this one."

Bobby Heenan: "Hey, a win is a win, Tony. Riggs capitalized, and that's what matters."

The camera cuts to Bagwell, who is grinning from ear to ear at his successful distraction, while Johnny B Badd looks visibly frustrated, aware that he let the victory slip away.

Tony Schiavone: "One has to wonder how this will affect Johnny B Badd going forward, especially with everything that's been going on between him and Bagwell."

2.25*

Bagwell and Badd's feud picks up about 6% heat to 24

Bobby Heenan: "You got that right, Tony. Both of these men are powerhouses, and I can't wait to see them collide!"

The show garners 3*

Alex Wright overness decreased to "Not Popular" and The Renegade's morale dropped to dissatisfied

The show is just shy of doubling Raw

The renegade lets it be known that he is unhappy that I chose to book him on a weekly show when he asked not to be... could've reminded me but it was also random.

USWA held a segment between Billy Jack Haynes and Jesse James Armstrong, in their feud and got 4.25*

Tommy Rich beat Haynes to retain the heavyweight championship but it was a real stinker: .5*

Also, Jerry Lawler and Jesse James Armstrong achieved 4.25* in a segment

On ECW Cactus Jack and Psycosis were told that they would be a tag team in a segment that achieved 4.75*

On WWF The Undertake w/ Paul Bearer continued their feud with Psycho Sid w/ Ted Dibiase in a backstage attack that got 4.75*

On NJPW Keiji Mutoh def Tatsumi Fujinami for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in a 5* match

Match: Jeff Farmer (F) vs. Meng (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Welcome to Starrcade, ladies and gentlemen! We're kicking things off with Jeff Farmer taking on the monstrous Meng. What a way to set the stage for tonight!"

The bell rings, and Jeff Farmer starts with a flurry of high-energy offense, trying to use his agility to counter Meng's brute strength. However, Meng eventually catches Farmer in a devastating power slam, turning the tide of the match. Meng then begins to systematically wear down Farmer with a series of hard-hitting moves, including a vicious Tongan Death Grip.

Jeff Farmer makes a valiant comeback attempt, rallying the crowd behind him, but Meng counters with a devastating kick, followed by his finishing move, the Tongan Spike, to secure the pinfall victory.

Match: Arn Anderson (F) vs. Jerry Lynn (F) vs. Disco Inferno (N) vs. The Zodiac (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "Well, if you thought the first match was intense, get ready for this Fatal 4-Way! Arn Anderson, Jerry Lynn, Disco Inferno, and The Zodiac, all in one ring!"

Bobby Heenan: "This is going to be chaos, Tony. Pure, unadulterated chaos."

Match Summary:

The match starts off with an explosion of action as all four men look to assert dominance. Arn Anderson and Jerry Lynn pair off, focusing on technical wrestling, while Disco Inferno and The Zodiac rely on more showboating and power moves.

The action spills outside the ring several times, keeping the referee on his toes as he tries to maintain some semblance of order. A highlight comes when Arn Anderson hits a spinebuster on Disco Inferno, only for Jerry Lynn to break up the pin with a missile dropkick.

As the match reaches its peak, all four men find themselves in the ring. Arn Anderson hits a DDT on Disco Inferno while at the same time, Jerry Lynn lands a cradle piledriver on The Zodiac. Both men go for the pin at the same time, and the referee counts to three!

Winner: No Contest due to double pin

Rating: 2.75 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "What just happened? Was that a double pin?!"

Bobby Heenan: "I've been in this business for a long time, Tony, and I've never seen anything like that. It's a No Contest!"

The crowd is buzzing with confusion and excitement as all four men argue with the referee, each insisting that they had the pin. The controversy sets a frenetic pace for the rest of Starrcade, leaving everyone wondering what could possibly happen next.

Match: Lex Luger (N) vs. Bald Bobby Eaton (H)

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "We're still reeling from that chaotic Fatal 4-Way, but we've got to move on. Up next, Lex Luger takes on a very different looking Bobby Eaton. What's going on with his hair?"

Bobby Heenan: "I don't know, Tony, but I think he's going for the aerodynamic advantage. Less hair, more speed!"

Match Summary:

The match kicks off with Bobby Eaton trying to catch Luger off guard with some quick strikes, but Luger counters with his strength and raw power. The crowd is clearly behind Luger as he delivers a series of punishing body slams.

Bobby Eaton uses his veteran instincts to catch Luger in some precarious positions, even managing to hit a swinging neckbreaker that almost secures him the win. But Luger fights back, and the energy in the arena builds up as he signals for his finisher, The Torture Rack.

Luger lifts Eaton into The Torture Rack, and after a few agonizing seconds, Eaton has no choice but to tap out.

Winner: Lex Luger

Rating: 3.25 stars

Commentary:

Tony Schiavone: "And there you have it, folks. Lex Luger wins this match convincingly. Eaton gave it his all but fell short."

Bobby Heenan: "Luger is on a roll, Tony. I wouldn't want to be the man who has to face him next."

As Lex Luger celebrates in the ring, the crowd roars in approval. This victory solidifies his momentum going into future challenges, and it's clear that Lex Luger is a force to be reckoned with in WCW.
