You guys can post my poem in the other thread if you think you like it. There is something else to discuss here.
I think that from BK's post this morning, whoever volunteered is evil. That being said, we're safe from evil tonight. Here's a question for strategy for you guys: Should we throw this challenge? Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Another tribe could be safe tonight from the wolves. I believe that eventually we'll be merged, so as far as later on down the road it may behoove us to allow another team to win immunity today. Cons: I don't like to lose. Also, the more we let other teams lose members, the fewer people they have in the challenges, thus making it easier for us until we merge. When we do merge, we merge with greater numbers. Thanks to ITC, we're already one member more than two other tribes. I'm good with either strategy, but it may be something we want to discuss before we post our poems in the main thread. I'm out until after work today, so good luck! |

I think we should try to win if we can win. Are the poems due tonight by 7 PM EST?

I believe they are. Also note: It's not wise to have me post them. I have run time errors on this VB script at work and can't use the fancy editing things like posting in red.I like RA's suggestion of titling, as well.

Just woke up. I only have a few seconds before I go pick my daughter up from daycare, and go eat lunch. I haven't read the threads in depth, but I see that we have to write 4 types of poems.
If you guys need me to do a poem, I would be happy to. I know this is hard to believe, but I'm a published poet. Of course, it's been years (since my college days, and a couple after that), but I think it'd be a lot of fun. Anyway, I'll be back in a few hours, so if you guys want to assign something to me, let me know. |

Here is my attempt at a limerick.
The Traitor There was once a villager in the game Who seeked Werewolf fame So the villager switched to the other side Hoping that his course with fame would collide But he was caught, it just brought himself shame

GE,It should read There once was a...You should also try to make it resemble a flowing type of poem...example:A flea and a fly in a flueWere caught, so what could they do?Said the fly, "Let us flee.""Let us fly," said the flea.So they flew through a flaw in the flue.See what I mean? It's flowing...it's hard to explain, considering how this will end up format wise...there's a "flow" to it, though.

Technically speaking a haiku has to present an image, and usually it's of nature. I'm here, will be around until deadline. Catching up on the other thread now.

Acoustic:
Trials of a Villager Where would we be without this game? Everyone thinks the same. Regardless, we're happy to be here Except the wolves, who rather be chewing on ears Wolves are wussies Oh, how I hate the wolves Like I hate the Navy, I hate the wolves Forever. Limerick: Ardent’s Plight There once was a guy named Ardent Who went to a forum so he could vent He said, "I never lie" They said, "You do, you must die!" Poor Ardent was left with resent! 8-20 line poem with Rhyme Scheme (Shakespearan Sonnet): How We Came To Be It started when we came to the Sideline, To muse and talk about the game of Jim, Blacky left and SkyDog said “This is mine!” So he made a website for a text-sim. And that was how eff oh eff see started, SkyDog up front, Ryan S in the rear, The board filled up until someone farted, Then we voted someone out with a jeer. And that was how WereWolf was brought about, With no whistles and certainly no bells, No, there are no polls, there is not a trout, We vote to lynch WereWolves to save ourselves. We kill all Werewolves and their evil kin, And that is when we will finally win Haiku: The Hunter moonlit night in march werewolf footprints towards the woods blood drops on the grass |

So, I'm confused ... was there a "tribal council" at the end of the last challenge? Has anybody been "eliminated"?

No one has been eliminated. The first tribal council is tonight for the two tribes where it says the deadline is 10 PM.

I'm finding this game very disorienting. Are we expecting a wolf attack tonight? Do we have a seer? (I don't want to know WHO the seer is, but I thought we were supposed to get one).
I don't know what else I have missed. I'm just finding it hard to figure out what's going on. |

We should all vote our thread 5 stars and recruit others outside the game to invade other team threads and give them 1 stars.

that's an excellent idea
So Barkeep said "Information is power" or something like that. I was thinking about printing up the "meet the survivors" thread thinking that maybe Bk was going to quiz us on it or something. |
